Joel Embiid Over/Under 11.5 Rebounds
During the month of November, the Lakers rank 16th in rebound percentage and 18th in opponent rebounds per game. In that same stretch, Joel Embiid is averaging 11.5 rebounds and 19.8 rebound chances per game. Last year, Embiid converted 59.0% of his rebound chances into actual rebounds, and that ratio has remained consistent to begin the new campaign. In the last two weeks alone, the Lakers have allowed 16 rebounds to Domantas Sabonis, 12 rebounds to Deandre Ayton, and 14 rebounds to Jarrett Allen. Embiid had 12 rebounds in one game against Anthony Davis last season in a game that went to overtime. At plus money, the over makes sense here.

Obi Toppin Over/Under 3.5 Rebounds
Obi Toppin has seen an increase in minutes in recent weeks, which includes three games of at least 34 minutes and only one game of fewer than 24 minutes since the middle of November. In his last five games, Toppin is averaging 3.4 rebounds and 7.8 rebound chances. Even in his last three games, Toppin is averaging 7.0 rebound chances, despite only grabbing 2.3 actual rebounds per contest in that stretch. Simply, the opportunities have been there for Toppin of late, and he gets an extremely favorable matchup on Monday against a Trail Blazers team that ranks 25th in rebound percentage and 26th in opponent rebounds per game this month. Four of the last five power forwards to face the Trail Blazers have gone over their pre-game market number for rebounds, and 13 of the last 15 power forwards to face Portland have recorded at least four rebounds. This is a worthwhile risk on Monday.

Cade Cunningham More/Less Than 7.0 Assists
Entering play on Monday, Cade Cunningham is averaging 7.6 assists and 12.8 potential assists per game at home this season. Playing at home against the Wizards in November, Damian Lillard had 10 assists and 20 potential assists, Trae Young had 10 assists and 20 potential assists, and LaMelo Ball averaged 10 assists on 17.5 potential assists in two such games. According to props.cash, eight of the last 11 point guards to face the Wizards have eclipsed their pre-game default line for assists. Since November 15 alone, Luka Doncic, Jalen Brunson, Damian Lillard (twice), LaMelo Ball, and Trae Young have recorded at least seven assists against the Wizards. This is a strong look for tonight’s slate.
