On Monday, we took an early swing at NFL Week 11 lines and betting picks, but a lot has already changed over just a few days. NFL Week 11 Betting Lines — Biggest Movers
Atlanta Falcons at Carolina Panthers -4.5, O/U 49.5
Opened: Panthers -6.5, O/U 50.5
- The Panthers opened as 7-point and 6.5-point favorites at various sports betting sites, but the line has fallen to -4.5 at FanDuel Sportsbook. You can get the Falcons +5.5 at PointsBet.
- Nearly 70% of bets are on Carolina and 85% of bets are on the Under, according to our friends at Vegasinsider.com
Dallas Cowboys at Detroit Lions +5
Opened: Lions +3
- Matt Stafford continues to miss practice and the Dallas Cowboys continue to become bigger favorites according to oddsmakers as 61% of bets are behind Dak Prescott. I’m happy we jumped on this one early Monday to make the Cowboys one of our early NFL picks when they were only -3.5.
- There is not a total posted at most sportsbooks due to the uncertainty surrounding Stafford.
Arizona Cardinals at San Francisco 49ers -11, O/U 45
Opened: 49ers -13.5
- This is the most lopsided action of the week as of Thursday afternoon. With nearly 90% of bets on Arizona, the line has fallen to -11 at FanDuel, -10.5 at DraftKings, and -10 (-105) at PointsBet.
- Another reason for the line movement is that 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan has ruled out TE George Kittle. To add to their injury problems, WR Emmanuel Sanders exited Monday night’s game with a rib injury, and according to Shanahan, is a true game-time decision. Sanders missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday. Expect the 49ers to be cautious with their star playmakers with a huge Sunday Night Football game against the Green Bay Packers in Week 12. The game could determine who has home-field advantage in the playoffs.
Denver Broncos at Minnesota Vikings -10.5, O/U 40.5
O/U Opened: 38.5
- Brandon Allen didn’t look bad in his first NFL start, which resulted in a win against the Cleveland Browns. Bettors must be counting on a similar performance in Week 11 as 80% of bets of poured in on the Over, moving the line from 38.5 to 40.5.

Best NFL Week 12 Lookahead Bets
Colts at Texans -4.5
If the Texans upset the Ravens and the Colts fall to the Jaguars, this line could jump a point or two. I like the Texans to at least cover against the Ravens, so I think there’s some value with Texans -4.5 early.
Broncos +5.5 at Bills
The Bills’ six wins have come against teams that are a combined 12-47 for the season. We still don’t know much about Denver’s quarterback, Brandon Allen, but he is 1-0. If the Dolphins play the Bills close, will the Bills really be favored by 6 points against Denver?
New York Giants at Chicago Bears -7.5
There’s talk in New York that the Giants could shut down running back Saquon Barkley in hopes of preserving his shelf life for upcoming years. I’ll put a small bet on this number early in case those rumors come to fruition.
Dallas Cowboys +7 at New England Patriots
A lot of people are down on the Cowboys after a disappointing loss to the Minnesota Vikings in Week 10. They’re in a perfect spot to bounce back against the injured Lions. The Patriots, on the other hand, are in a vulnerable spot on the road in Philadelphia. New England is only favored by 3.5 points in that game, so an upset is plausible. I think this line will be more like 6 or 6.5 next Monday.
Baltimore Ravens -1 at Los Angeles Rams
The Rams have problems and I won’t be shocked if they persist against the Khalil Mack and the Chicago Bears. I’ll lock in the Ravens -1 while I can.
