NHL DFS Picks: DraftKings Expert Survey for Monday, February 19
Who is your top overall play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
Moneyball16: Tage Thompson – At home versus the Ducks is a great matchup, especially for Tage, who does a lot of his damage on the power play, and the Ducks are a team that spends a ton of time in the penalty box. He also correlates great with other strong plays on the slate in Alex Tuch, Jeff Skinner, and Rasmus Dahlin and remains too cheap at $6,100.
ezellmt: Tage Thompson – The matchup is wonderful, as he faces the same Ducks team who just allowed 9 goals to the Maple Leafs. Thompson has 5+ SOG in 4 of his last 5 games and should have plenty of opportunities on the power play against the team taking the most penalties in the NHL.
Joda: Connor McDavid – With Connor Ingram on the shelf, Arizona will turn to their 3rd-string goalie. They also had a grinder of a game last night in Colorado. McDavid’s speed should take full advantage of the tired Coyote legs. Look for a multi-point effort to come with relative ease from McDavid.
