2:30PM Eastern time – Ownership Percentages & First Half Highlights

Ten Highest-Owned Players:
Le’Veon Bell – 53.3%
Tyreek Hill – 32.2%
LeSean McCoy – 30.6%
Spencer Ware – 30.6%
Theo Riddick – 24.4%
Golden Tate – 23.3%
Andrew Luck – 22.2%
T.Y. Hilton – 21.1%
DeMarco Murray – 21.1%
Donte Moncrief – 20.0%

The Colts passing game is highly owned, but running back Frank Gore has 14.6 points at halftime at just 5% ownership. A DeMarco Murray touchdown just before halftime will shake up the standings. A.J. Green hurt his hamstring in the first quarter and hasn’t returned. He’s 8.3% owned. Xavier Rhodes returned an interception 100 yards for a touchdown. The Vikings D/ST is only 3.3% owned.

2:00PM Eastern time

An hour into the early games, ChipotleAddict is in the lead thanks to Le’Veon Bell, his Luck/Hilton pairing and the Bills defense/special teams at only 2% ownership, which nearly had a pick-six.

Welcome to Round 1 of the DraftKings King of the Beach, or as I like to think of it, The Black Friday of DFS Tournaments. Some customers will have a good day, snap up the big ticket item on the cheap, and rest easy. Many others will be turned away at the door, returning to their friends and families with money in their pockets, but no airline tickets to the Bahamas.

If you aren’t familiar with the King of the Beach format, here’s how it works: DK ran tournaments starting in Week 1 of the NFL season to qualify for the Week 11 Semifinals. All of the qualifiers had a maximum of three or five entries per user, and ranged from $1 to $100 buy-in levels. 180 seats were available for this week’s online contest, and there were no direct buy-ins to this event. The maximum number of seats a user is allowed is five. The top 50 finishers today will receive a four-night stay at Atlantis Resort to compete for the $100,000 top prize in Week 13. Follow along live with us here on RotoGrinders as we keep a close eye on the standings throughout the day and sweat the tournament with the following RG contributors:
