NBA Player Props, February 4, 2023

Jrue Holiday o4.5 rebounds (-150), DraftKings

In five games since Bobby Portis last played, Jrue Holiday is averaging 7.6 rebounds and 13.8 rebound chances per game. In that span, he has eclipsed this market number four times, with his lone miss being a four-rebound performance against the Los Angeles Clippers. Despite missing the mark on his rebounding prop on Thursday, this market number is simply too low for Holiday in this spot, who has experienced a tremendous increase in rebound chances with Portis on the sidelines. Per CourtIQ, Holiday is averaging 6.7 rebounds per 36 minutes of action this season when Portis is off of the floor. Take the over here and live with the result.

Kyle Kuzma o7.5 rebounds (+115), DraftKings

Across his last eight games, Kyle Kuzma is averaging 9.3 rebounds and 13.5 rebound chances per game. During that stretch, he has eclipsed this market number six times, including four games with at least 10 rebounds. Tonight, he gets a favorable matchup against a Brooklyn Nets team that ranks 30th in rebound percentage and 29th in opponent rebounds per game since Kevin Durant last played on January 8. Expect Kuzma to be active on the glass on Saturday. This is a worthwhile risk for bettors, especially at plus-money.

LeBron James u2.5 three-pointers made (-140), PointsBet

In 42 games played this season, LeBron James has eclipsed this market number only 12 times – good for a 28.6% hit-rate on the over. In 22 road games, he has eclipsed this number only six times, which is a 27.2% hit-rate to the over. According to props.cash, James has only eclipsed this market number in 7-of-22 games played on one day of rest this year, which translates to a 31.8% hit-rate. Across the last 30 days, the New Orleans Pelicans rank eighth out of 30 teams in opponent three-point percentage. The under is the smart play in this spot.
