DFS Tournament Report: NFL Week 15
For the first time all season the leaders heading into Monday Night Football would all hold on for the win despite a fairly high scoring game. There were a couple sweats but in the end the high scores posted on Sunday in what was a crazy NFL week would prevail. Here’s a quick recap along with screenshots of the top 10 for each tournament and the winner’s lineup.
DraftKings $5M Millionaire Maker Special ($20 entry)
Cflanders002 had an amazing six players top 25 fantasy points including three (Cam Newton, David Johnson, and Antonio Brown) that topped 47.9 to post a score of 272.8. Lazgetfits started the night in ninth place and needed a little over 14 points from Tim Hightower to take the top spot. For a moment he had it but a TD run by Hightower was called back by penalty and he’d have to settle for second place. New78york would also make a late push with Brandin Cooks but would end up in fifth place.
Final Standings:

DraftKings $1M Play-Action ($3 entry)
Milesma2 came in with a staggering score of 291.1 which was more than 20 points than the closest competitor. Newton, Johnson, Brown, and Emmanuel Sanders led the way and it was never close despite chocobadger moving into second place on the strength of Golden Tate two TD game.
Final Standings:

DraftKings $750K Blitz ($300 entry)
Top DFS player TwoGun would move all the way from 28th place to 4th place thanks to Golden Tate but he was no match for zbb123 who used the Newton, Johnson, Brown trio to cruise to the $150,000 first-place prize.
Final Standings:

FanDuel $1.75M Sunday Million ($25 entry fee)
Dank18 had to sweat a kicker as ehafner had Kai Forbath left and the lead was down to just 3.8 points. No more Forbath field goals meant ehafner finished in fourth and Dank18 with a Denver Broncos (Osweiler, Sanders, D.Thomas) stack to go along with David Johnson, Antonio Brown, and Jordan Reed took home the $175,000 prize for the win.
Final Standings:

FanDuel $1.2M Rush ($5 entry fee)
Meanscreen put up a score of 243.4 which would have won the Sunday Million by more than 15 points on his way to winning the $100,000 top prize in the $1.2M Rush. He had the winning trio of Newton/Johnson/Brown along with huge games from Danny Woodhead (4 TD’s), Sammy Watkins, “(player-popup)Ted Ginn Jr, and Jordan Reed to give him a score that had no chance of being surpassed. Donnelly25 was able to move from 13th to 3rd with the leg of Kai Forbath but that was as close as anyone would come.
