What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 8.5
- Favored Team – TAM -110
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Ivan Nova has been as good at home with a 2.78 ERA and .237 BAA. He is on fire here in July with a 2.25 ERA and .176 BAA. This TAM team is very tough and they own a .310 BAA versus him in 2 games on the season. He might be worth a look in a GPP because the numbers support him producing. TAM is batting .259 on the road, .250 versus right-handers, and .288 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 6
- Away Since the turn of July, Chris Archer has thrown 28 IP with 3 ER and 16 Ks while holding opponents to a .163 BAA. Can you think of a player that has better numbers than that for the month? He has been rock solid on the year as well and NYY has been struggling. NYY is batting .247 at home, .246 versus right-handers, and .244 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 7
Batter Grind Down
- Home Robinson Cano at home versus any right-hander is worth a look. Brett Garner has been running well also. RG Stack Rating 4
- Away Ivan Nova has been a reverse split pitcher and right-handers are batting .290 versus him on the year. Wil Myers and Evan Longoria have been hot for TAM Desmond Jennings is 5-15 versus Nova. Evan Longoria is 4-18 with 1 HR. Sean Rodriguez is 5-12 with with HR versus him as well. Myers, James Loney, Sean Rodriguez and Ben Zobrist are all hitting right-handers at a high clip RG Stack Rating 5

HOU vs R | HOU BvP | TOR vs L | TOR BvP
What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 9.5
- Favored Team – TOR -230
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home I don’t think you need a reason to start Josh Johnson today. Here is why I will not be. He has a beyond belief home ERA 7.66. He has an almost that bad 6.75 ERA in July and He is allowing right-handers a .330 BAA versus him. It’s not that I believe in HOU today despite the line. It is just that I have less faith in Josh Johnson than I do HOU. HOU is batting .242 on the road, .230 versus right-handers, and .241 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 5
- Away If you hate yourself, have no friends, and like inflicting pain on yourself so that the feelings on the outside match your feelings on the inside then start Dallas Kuechel. TOR is batting .263 at home, .252 versus left-handers and .275 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 2
Batter Grind Down
- Home Jose Reyes has been super hot with 39 fp over the last 7 days. Edwin Encarnacion has been very hot as well with 33.25 fp. Brett Lawrie and Jose Bautista have been hot also. Everyone from TOR is playable. Stack away. RG Stack Rating 8
- Away Jonathan Villar is a nice cheap option at the top of the LU. Jason Castro is always worth a look. Jose Altuve has been hot over the last 7 days. I think there is a chance that Johnson pitches bad again so consider everyone in play. RG Stack Rating 6

STL vs R | STL BvP | ATL vs R | ATL BvP
What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 8.5
- Favored Team – ATL -125
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Julio Teheran has been great at home with a 3.07 ERA and has the peripheral numbers you would like to see. He is capable of a big game against the Cardinals but we know how risky this offense that currently ranks 4th in runs scored can be. STL is batting .272 on the road, .286 versus right-handers, and .279 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 6
- Away All though his starts have been productive, Joe Kelly has yet to throw over 80 pitches in any of them. Even when pitching well, a starter usually throws around 15 pitches per inning so 5 IP is about all you can expect from him and that’s only if ATL does not get to him. ATL is batting .258 at home, .251 versus right-handers, and .233 over the last 7 days RG Start-Ability 1
Batter Grind Down
- Home Dan Uggla continues is hot streak with 30 fp over the last 7 days. Brian McCann, Freddie Freeman, and Chris Johnson are all batting over .300 versus right-handers. Justin Upton is in a terrible slump but he went 2-3 the last time he faced Kelly. RG Stack Rating 4
- Away Teheran is allowing left-handers to bat .290 versus him so Jon Jay, Matt Carpenter, and Matt Adams would be the best plays here but STL hits right-handers very well as a team and the OU is high enough that I think everyone is worth a look. RG Stack Rating 4

What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 8.5
- Favored Team – WAS -145
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Dan Haren has been a gas can at home with a 6.92 ERA and a .318 BAA. At this point, he is worthless in daily fantasy because he has only thrown over 6 IP in 1 of his last 11 starts. Even in the starts that went well, he was gone before he threw 100 pitches. Do not be fooled by his July 3.98 ERA. Two of those 3 starts were on the road where he is much better and they were against MIA and PHI. NYM is batting .250 on the road, .236 versus right-handers, and .277 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 3
- Away Dillon Gee is almost as bad on the road as Haren is at home. His road ERA is a 5.46 and he is allowing opponents a .313 BAA. Unlike Haren, his 2.73 June ERA and his 2.30 ERA in July are not the product of a favorable schedule. He has faced some pretty tough opponents in that stretch including a stop here in WAS where he held the Nats to only 1 ER in 7 IP. Furthermore, the HR problems that plagued him early on have vanished and he has not surrendered an HR in his last 5 starts. He is trending upwards if that means anything to you. WAS is batting .259 at home, .250 versus right-handers, and .228 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 6
Batter Grind Down
- Home Left-handers are batting .316 versus Gee with a .889 OPS so Bryce Harper, Adam LaRoche, and Denard Span are all in play. Jayson Werth has been super hot with 39.25 fp over the last 7 days. He is 7-25 versus Gee. Ian Desmond has 2 HRs versus Gee in 23 AB. RG Stack Rating 3
- Away Right-handers are batting .317 versus Haren. Left-handers are batting .276. Don’t worry about the mules just load the wagon. David Wright ;s BvPs of 5-18 with 2 HRs and Marlon Byrd ‘s BvPs of 10-18 with 2 HRs versus Haren are notable. RG Stack Rating 7

What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 8
- Favored Team – SEA -142
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home If SEA were my fantasy baseball team I would trade Felix Hernandez for 2 good arms because outside of him and Iwakuma, SEA rotation is pretty bad. Aaron Harang is one of the bad ones. He has a 4.55 ERA in Safeco field. The only bright spot is that he catches a MIN team that has struggled all year and has recorded the most Ks for the month of July. We saw what he did at home to an equally bad HOU team earlier this year when he threw a complete game 2 hitter with 10 Ks. Plus, the team will be without their best player in Joe Mauer. I cannot believe I am doing this but I recommending you take Aaron Harang. MIN is batting .229 on the road, .239 versus right-handers, and .211 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 7
- Away Samuel Deduno is pitching some really great baseball on the year and should get some help from this park but he only has 36 Ks in 11 starts on the year and he is catching a SEA team that is finally clicking offensively. SEA is ranked 1st in runs scored for the month of July. Plus, I cannot see his team scoring him enough runs for him to get the win today. SEA is batting .252 at home, .250 versus right-handers, and .232 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 4
Batter Grind Down
- Home Kyle Seager, Justin Smoak, Chavez, and Nate Franklin are all hitting right-handers at a high clip. Brad Miller is producing well at the top of the order also. RG Stack Rating 4
- Away Ryan Doumit is 11-32 with 3 HRs versus Harang. Josh Willingham is 4-16 with 1 HR. RG Stack Rating 3
