Grinders member AVirk51 crushed the 200k Monster on FanDuel Friday evening scoring 62.5 points and taking first and second place for $45,000. A mix of Indians and White Sox bats lead him to victory. Friday night on DraftKings 00oreo00 won his way to Atlantis for the Fantasy Baseball Championship by winning FBC Qualifier #30 with a score of 146.2.

- Paul George Injury – If you haven’t seen the video of the gruesome leg injury Paul George sustained Friday night during the team USA scrimmage, I highly recommend not watching it. While defending James Harden at the rim Paul George landed awkwardly against the stanchion and fractured his tibia and fibula. He underwent surgery this weekend and his recovery time is expected to take at least one year.
- NFL is Back! – The first preseason game of the season is in the books. Last night the Giants beat the Bills 17-13 in the Hall of Fame game. We have a lot of preseason action this week, unfortunately not much of it is televised.

His last start was an 85 pitch complete game 3 hit shutout vs the Mariners. Alfredo Simon (12-6, 2.84) has lost his last 3 starts and has not faced the Indians since 2011. Michael Brantley is 4-6 lifetime vs Simon.
7:05pm – Tigers (61-47) @ Yankees (57-53) – Max Scherzer has 56 k’s in his last 7 starts and is 13-3 on the season with a 3.27 ERA. He has started 7 times vs the Yankees in his career and is 6-1. Brett Gardner is 0-14 vs Scherzer lifetime. Brandon McCarthy get the start for the Yankees, ToriI Hunter is 8-16 lifetime vs him and has a dong and 3 doubles.
7:05pm – Orioles (62-48) @ Nationals (60-49) – Baltimore has won 7 of their last 10 games. Tanner Roark has been pitching very well for he Nationals in his last 10 games going 8-2 with a 2.20 ERA over that period.
8:10pm – Rangers (43-68) @ White Sox (54-58) – Nick Martinez (1-7, 5.08) takes the mound for the Rangers this evening. He has had a rough year and it could get worse tonight. The White Sox have beaten the Rangers in 7 of their last 8 games at home.
10:05pm – Rays (54-57) @ Athletics (67-43) – Alex Cobb has not lost a game in his last 6 starts. He will face Jeff Samardzija and the Oakland Athletics who seem to be struggling offensively the last few games.
10:10pm – Angels (66-44) @ Dodgers (63-49) – Garrett Richards (11-4, 2.74) vs Zack Greinke (12-6, 2.65 ERA). Mike Trout is 2-3 off Greinke while Dee Gordon is 4-6 off Richards. The current Vegas line for this game is set at 6.5 with Greinke being a -130 favorite.
