Monday, July 17th
The first of many $100K+ paydays would be awarded on Monday as mavngoose (#83 in the RG TPOY race) would take down $100,000 for winning the Grand Slam on DraftKings. It was a relatively low-scoring team headlined by solid pitching from Josh Tomlin and Jake Odorizzi paired with a Coors stack and solid one-off’s from Mike Zunino and Anthony Rizzo. He would also take 1st and 2nd in the Rally Cap for another $70,000 bringing his one day haul to $170,000.

Tuesday, July 18th
There were two more $100K winners on Tuesday with sircharles1982 winning the Enormous Monster on FanDuel by the slimmest of margins over dacoltz (he finished less than 2 points behind) with a stellar 61 fpt game from Michael Wacha paired with almost 60 points from Nick Castellanos as well as 35+ point outings from Evan Gattis and Bryce Harper. On DraftKings, the big payday would go to Broseidon13 who topped a tough field in the Full Count with big games from the aforementioned Castellanos, Gattis,and Harper to go with a massive game from Chris Davis. It’s not often you win $100K in a DK GPP with only 28.7 fpts from your two SP’s but that’s precisely what happened on this day.

Booourns, aka youdacao (#3 in the RG TPOY race) had a huge day as he took down the Monster and the top three spots in the Grand Slam on FanDuel and added a DK Thunderdome win and second place finish in the FastBall. Other big winners on the day included awesemo, DraftCheat, and RG contributor boggslite.

Thursday, July 20th
It was a huge week for golf as the Open (formerly known as the British Open) took place and there were huge golf GPP contests across both sites with the biggest being the DK Millionaire Maker.
