Lineup Update: Raptors will start VanVleet, Trent Jr., Barnes, Siakam, Birch on Sunday. Khem Birch will enter the starting lineup for the Raptors with OG Anunoby a late addition to the injury report. Birch isn’t expected to see full starter minutes and shouldn’t be seriously considered in DFS contests as there are a ton of other options with higher upsides.

Dejounte Murray (illness) and Jakob Poeltl (back) ruled out Sunday; Josh Primo (hamstring) available to play

Dejounte Murray (illness) and Jakob Poeltl (back) have been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Portland Trail Blazers, while Josh Primo (hamstring) is available to play. In a classic Popovich move Murray has been ruled out after we were told just about an hour ago that he was probable to play. Jakob Poeltl who was never listed on the injury report was also ruled out. With Murray ruled out, Tre Jones should enter the starting lineup for the Spurs and can be considered as a value option at just 4.2K. Zach Collins could be in line to get the start at center but the Spurs have three centers available and could elect to split their minutes.

Malik Beasley (ankle) now available to play Sunday; Patrick Beverley (ankle) ruled out

Malik Beasley (ankle) is now available to play Sunday against the Houston Rockets, while Patrick Beverley (ankle) has been ruled out. With Beverley out, Malik Beasley could enter the starting lineup with D’Angelo Russell shifting to the point guard position, while another candidate to enter the starting lineup would be Taurean Prince. Both Prince and Beasley should play an increased role regardless of who starts and should be considered better plays. Off the bench, Jordan McLaughlin and Jaylen Nowell should pick up the extra guard minutes.

Aleksej Pokusevski (illness) and Jeremiah Robinson-Earl (foot) will play Sunday

Aleksej Pokusevski (illness) and Jeremiah Robinson-Earl (foot) will play Sunday against the Phoenix Suns. Poku will be a candidate to be a part of the starting five while JRE should see some big man minutes off the bench. Pokusevski projects decently well but is priced all the way up to 7K on DK making him difficult to roster.

Patrick Beverley

Milwaukee Bucks
4/03/22, 6:06 PM ET

Patrick Beverley (ankle) listed questionable Sunday

Patrick Beverley (ankle) has been listed questionable for Sunday’s game against the Houston Rockets. Beverley was a late addition to the injury report and the Timberwolves could be relatively thin at the guard position if he were to be ruled out. D’Angelo Russell would likely slide to the point guard position with Taurean Prince a candidate to enter the starting lineup. Jordan McLaughlin and Jaylen Nowell would be asked to play larger roles off the bench.

P.J. Tucker (knee) listed out Sunday; Caleb Martin (calf) available to play

P.J. Tucker (knee) has been listed out for Sunday’s game against the Toronto Raptors, while Caleb Martin (calf) has been listed available to play. With Tucker out, the Heat will be down two members of their starting lineup (Jimmy Butler was ruled out earlier today). Markieff Morris could draw the start for the Heat and would be worth consideration as a value play as he comes in at the minimum price on DK.Caleb Martin will be available and will also be worth consideration as a value play as he is expected to have a large role off the bench and is only 3.3K.

Joel Embiid (ankle) will play Sunday

Joel Embiid (ankle) will play Sunday against the Cleveland Cavaliers in what should be a competitive game for playoff seeding. Embiid should remain in the starting lineup and play his usual role as one of the main pieces of the Philadelphia offense. Embiid is worth consideration as spend up option as he has the ability to take over any game and could see extended run today if the game remains close.

OG Anunoby

New York Knicks
4/03/22, 5:51 PM ET

OG Anunoby (thigh) and Yuta Watanabe (quad) ruled out Sunday; Malachi Flynn (hamstring) available to play

OG Anunoby (thigh) and Yuta Watanabe (quad) have been ruled out Sunday, while Malachi Flynn (hamstring) will be available to play. OG was a late addition to the injury report after suffering a thigh injury on Friday. With OG out the Raptors could elect to go with a bigger starting five and insert Precious Achiuwa (or another big) into the lineup or they could elect to keep Siakam at the five and insert Chris Boucher. Malachi Flynn who is now available, could be tasked with soaking up some of Anunoby’s minutes off the bench while the other minutes should be spread among the other available Raptors.

Los Angeles Lakers
4/03/22, 5:46 PM ET

Quentin Grimes (knee) and Miles McBride (knee) available to play Sunday

Quentin Grimes (knee) and Miles McBride (knee) will both be available to play Sunday against the Orlando magic. Both Grimes and McBride are not expected to play major roles for the Knicks today, in fact McBride will likely not crack the rotation. They can be avoided in DFS contests.

Dejounte Murray

New Orleans Pelicans
4/03/22, 5:37 PM ET

Dejounte Murray (illness) probable Sunday per HC Gregg Popovich

Dejounte Murray (illness) is considered probable for Sunday’s game against the Portland Trail Blazers per HC Gregg Popovich. Murray should return to his role as the starting oint guard for the spurs and will be worthy of consideration as a spend up option on tonight’s slate. The one concern is that this game could turn into a blowout leading to reduced run for Murray.

Lineup Update: Pistons will start Hayes, Jackson, Livers, Bey, Stewart on Sunday

4/03/22, 4:47 PM ET

Lineup Update: Pistons will start Hayes, Jackson, Livers, Bey, Stewart on Sunday. This will be the starting lineup the shorthanded Pistons elect to go with today. The only surprise here is that Frank Jackson will get the start over Rodney McGruder. This will likely result in a few more minutes for Jackson and a few less for McGruder but ultimately both should play a ton with only nine available bodies for the Pistons.
