Klay Thompson

4/03/22, 5:05 PM ET

Klay Thompson (injury management), Otto Porter (injury management) and Andre Iguodala (injury management) listed out Sunday; Draymond Green not listed on injury report

Klay Thompson (injury management), Otto Porter (injury management) and Andre Iguodala (injury management) have all been listed out Sunday, while Draymond Green has not been listed on the injury report and is expected to play. The surprising news here is that Draymond was left off the injury report. The other players were all expected to sit on the second night of a back to back but Draymond will be available and should start. With Thompson, Porter, and Iguodala out Gary Payton is expected to join the starting lineup with Jonathan Kuminga, Damion Lee, and Moses Moody playing larger roles off the bench. It is also possible Juan Toscano-Anderson rejoins the rotation. Jordan Poole becomes a very good DFS option due to his expected production with so many players out.

Malik Beasley

4/03/22, 4:57 PM ET

Malik Beasley (ankle) ruled out Sunday

Malik Beasley (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Houston Rockets. With Beasley out, the Timberwolves will be down one of their key bench guards. In his absence, Tarean Prince, Jordan McLaughlin, and Jaylen Nowell will all likely be called upon to play a bigger role. Josh Okogie could even rejoin the rotation if necessary. Taurean Prince will enter value play consideration at just 3.9K on DK, though there are other options with higher upsides.

Goga Bitadze (foot) available to play Sunday

Goga Bitadze (foot) will be available to play Sunday against the Detroit Pistons despite being listed as questionable earlier in the day. Goga should draw the start at center for Indiana and will be worth consideration as a mid range option on today’s slate coming in at 6.1K.

4/03/22, 4:50 PM ET

Lineup Update: Magic will start Anthony, Hampton, Brazdeikis, Okeke, Bamba on Sunday. Ignas Brazdeikis will get the start for the Orlando magic with Franz Wagner out. Ignas should see a decent chunk of minutes and will enter value play consideration at just 3.2K on DK.

Cole Anthony (toe) available to play Sunday; Franz Wagner (ankle) and Admiral Schofield (knee) ruled out

Cole Anthony (toe) is available to play Sunday against the New York Knicks, while Franz Wagner (ankle) and Admiral Schofield (knee) have been ruled out. Anthony should start and remain in his usual role for the Magic, though he could benefit from the absence of Franz Wagner. Ignas Brazdeikis could slot into the starting lineup for the Magic and could be in line to see a decent chunk of minutes. He comes in at just 3.2K on DK and will enter value play consideration.

Carsen Edwards "could" play Sunday per HC Dwane Casey

4/03/22, 3:55 PM ET

Carsen Edwards “could” play Sunday against the Indiana Pacers per HC Dwane Casey. Edwards was officially signed by the Pistons within the past hour and will be available today. It remains to be seen if he will actually get into the game but he might be called upon to eat up some minutes with the Pistons down to nine available bodies. It doesn’t look like Edwards will be available on most sites so DFS players shouldn’t be too concerned about his availability today. Even if he does play it doesn’t sound like he would take too much time away from the other Pistons players.

Cade Cunningham

Detroit Pistons
4/03/22, 4:06 PM ET

Cade Cunningham (hip) and Cory Joseph (back) ruled out Sunday

Cade Cunningham (hip) and Cory Joseph (back) have been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Indiana Pacers. The Pistons will be down to just nine available bodies, including one player, Carsen Edwards, who was just signed in the past hour and “could” play. Killian Hayes should draw the start at point guard and see a good chunk of minutes as the Pistons don’t have any other traditional point guards on the roster. All available Pistons will likely be asked to play somewhere around 20 minutes and starters over 30 as they try to cover the 240 minutes required to complete a game. Killian Hayes, Saddiq Bey, and Isaiah Stewart should see the majority of the usage for the Pistons and will be worth consideration in DFS contests.

Carmelo Anthony

Los Angeles Lakers
4/03/22, 3:34 PM ET

Carmelo Anthony (illness) listed available to play Sunday

Carmelo Anthony (illness) has been listed available to play Sunday against the Denver Nuggets. Anthony was listed probable coming into the day so it is no surprise that he will be available for the Lakers. He could see his role off the bench increase with LeBron ruled out earlier in the day.

Malcolm Brogdon

New York Knicks
4/03/22, 3:32 PM ET

Malcolm Brogdon (back) ruled out Sunday; Goga Bitadze (foot) on track to play

Malcolm Brogdon (back) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Detroit Pistons, while Goga Bitadze (foot) is on track to play. Brogdon is once again out and at this point it is pretty clear he is unlikely to play again this year as the Pacers continue to tank. Haliburton and Hield should continue to start at the guard spots and command most of the usage for Indiana. Goga seems like he is trending in the right direction to play and should draw the start at center for the Pacers.

Will Barton

Toronto Raptors
4/03/22, 3:10 PM ET

Will Barton will start Sunday; Nuggets will start Morris, Barton, Gordon, JaMychal Green, Jokic

Will Barton will start Sunday despite being a late addition to the injury report. The Nuggets will start Morris, Barton, Gordon, JaMychal Green, Jokic against the Los Angeles Lakers. JaMychal Green will get the start for Jeff Green who is out due to personal reasons. Green should see some increased run and will enter value play consideration at just 3.3K on DK. Barton should see his usual run with the starting lineup and can be considered as a mid range option.

Lakers will start Westbrook, Monk, Bradley, Davis, Howard on Sunday

4/03/22, 2:50 PM ET

Lakers will start Westbrook, Monk, Bradley, Davis, Howard on Sunday. Malik Monk will join the starting lineup for the Lakers with LeBron ruled out. Monk should play a few more minutes but could actually be hurt from a usage standpoint running with the starters due to AD and Westbrook commanding much of that usage. Monk still will project as a better play with LeBron out as will almost all of the Lakers.

As reported by: Los Angeles Lakers

Will Barton

Toronto Raptors
4/03/22, 2:36 PM ET

Will Barton (knee) listed questionable Sunday

Will Barton (knee) has been listed questionable for Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers. Barton was a late addition to the injury report which could be a bad sign for his availability. If Barton were to miss, the other Denver guards would likely be forced to pick up his minutes and could play a larger role than they are accustomed to. The main candidates to pick up these minutes would be Bones Hyland, Austin Rivers, and Bryn Forbes with the possibility of Facundo Campazzo rejoining the rotation. If Hyland were to draw the start he would be a stronger play than he already is and would need to be considered on the earlier slate of games.

Anthony Davis

Washington Wizards
4/03/22, 2:03 PM ET

Anthony Davis (foot) will play Sunday

Anthony Davis (foot) will play Sunday against the Denver Nuggets. With LeBron ruled out a few minutes earlier, AD now becomes a much better play and should be considered as a spend up option on today’s slate. Davis looked good in his return to action last game putting up a double double and should see even more opportunities today. Along with Davis, Russell Westbrook should enjoy a usage rate increase and can be considered in DFS contests. The minutes vacated by LeBron should be split by the available Lakers wings, though there doesn’t seem to be a clear winner there.

Dewayne Dedmon

Philadelphia 76ers
4/03/22, 1:55 PM ET

Dewayne Dedmon (ankle) downgraded to out Sunday

Dewayne Dedmon (ankle) has been downgraded to out Sunday against the Toronto Raptors. This means Omer Yurtseven will be in line to see the backup center minutes behind Bam Adebayo. Yurtseven is only expected to play around 15 minutes so he remains difficult to roster on a larger slate like tonight.
