Rajon Rondo (ankle) out on Monday. Rondo was already trending doubtful so his absence is not surprising. With Rondo out, we’ll want to monitor the status of Caris LeVert (who is also questionable) as LeVert would likely take most of Rondo’s minutes in the second unit.

Bojan Bogdanovic (calf) and Trent Forrest (wrist) did not go through shootaround on Monday.

Bojan Bogdanovic (calf) and Trent Forrest (wrist) did not go through shootaround on Monday. Bogdanovic was not listed on the latest injury report so it’s worth noting that despite missing practice, the team isn’t listing him as Questionable. For now this is something we’ll want to monitor as his absence would allow someone like Danuel House to draw another spot start.

Malik Monk (shoulder) will be available Sunday; Lakers will start Westbrook, Monk, Reaves, Johnson, James

Malik Monk (shoulder) will be available Sunday against the Phoenix Suns after being listed as probable on the injury report last night. The Lakers will elect to remain with the same starting lineup as the last couple games with Westbrook, Monk, Reaves, Johnson, James. The Lakers will continue to run with their small ball lineup even against Deandre Ayton. Both James and Monk who appeared on the injury report earlier in the day should see their normal workload.

LeBron James (knee) will play Sunday

LeBron James (knee) will play Sunday against the Phoenix Suns. James who was listed as questionable on the injury report should see his normal heavy workload and start for the Lakers tonight. It will be interesting to see if the Lakers elect to continue with their small ball starting lineups against a center like Deandre Ayton. Regardless LeBron should be considered as a spend up option in all formats as he has the potential to break any slate.

Eric Gordon (knee) ruled out Sunday

Eric Gordon (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans. Gordon is a late scratch after originally being listed in the starting lineup. Garrison Matthews will take his place as the Rockets likely elected to give Gordon extra time off as they don’t play again until Wednesday. Matthews will be worth considering as a value play on DK at just 3.3K if you can swap fast enough.

Grizzlies will start Morant, Bane, Brooks, Jackson Jr., Adams on Sunday. Dillon Brooks will make his return to the starting lineup after missing the last 2 and a half months. He will take the place of Ziare Williams who will go back to a bench role for the time being. There has been no mention of any sort of minutes restriction for Brooks so he should be in line to see his usual run with the starting group. Brooks is down to 4.9K on DK and will be worth consideration in the mid range.

Lineup Update: Thunder will start Gilgeous-Alexander, Maledon, Mann, Bazley, Roby on Sunday. Theo Maledon will get the start on Sunday in Aaron Wiggins’s spot. Maledon should see increased run with the starters and will enter into value play consideration at just 3.5K on DK.

Lineup Update: Rockets will start Porter Jr., Green, Mathews, Tate, Wood on Sunday. The Rockets made a last minute change to their starting lineup subbing out Eric Gordon and replacing him with Garrison Matthews. This could be a bad sign for Gordon who could be given extra rest as the Rockets don’t play again till Wednesday. Garrison Matthews becomes a better play and will be worth considering at 3.3K on DK.

Lineup Update: Pacers will start Haliburton, Hield, Brissett, Taylor, Jackson on Sunday. The Pacers will elect to go with a bigger starting lineup on Sunday, replacing the injured Chris Duarte with Terry Taylor. Taylor should see more minutes as a member of the starting unit and will be a great value play at just 3.3K on DK.

Pelicans will start Graham, Jones, Marshall, Hayes, Valanciunas on Sunday. The New Orleans Pelicans will elect to run with the same lineup as last game as they continue to deal with injuries to their normal starters.

Hawks will start Young, Huerter, Hunter, Gallinari, Capela on Sunday. As expected, Gallinari will enter the starting lineup for John Collins and should see increased run, Clint Capela also benefits from Collins’s absence.

Dillon Brooks (ankle) will be available and start Sunday against the Oklahoma City Thunder. He will take the place of Ziare Williams who will go back to a bench role for the time being. There has been no mention of any sort of minutes restriction for Brooks so he should be in line to see his usual run with the starting group. Brooks is down to 4.9K on DK and will be worth consideration in the mid range.

Chris Duarte (toe) listed out Sunday

Chris Duarte (toe) has been listed out for Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Hawks leaving the Pacers with the minimum eight available players. Duane Washington will now need to be considered as a value option but all other Pacers seemed to be fairly priced given how shorthanded they have been the last couple of weeks.

Lance Stephenson (ankle) and Goga Bitadze (foot) ruled out Sunday; Chris Duarte to be a game-time decision

Lance Stephenson (ankle) and Goga Bitadze (foot) have been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Hawks. With Stephenson ruled out, Duane Washington will likely soak up most of his backup guard minutes with the rest being distributed to the other available bench player for the Pacers. With Goga out Terry Taylor should see increased backup big man minutes increasing his value. The big domino yet to fall is Chris Duarte who will be a game-time decision.

Dennis Schroder (illness) ruled out Sunday

Dennis Schroder (illness) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans. The Rockets will be without one of their key bench contributors tonight and will rely on Garrison Matthews and Josh Christopher to fill this role. They will be in line to see increased back up guard minutes behind Kevin Porter Jr., Jalen Green, and Eric Gordon with Schroder unavailable. It is unlikely that either Matthews or Christopher will see enough playing time to be worth considering in DFS contests tonight due to their expected split.
