Aaron Wiggins (ankle) available to play Sunday

Aaron Wiggins (ankle) will be available to play Sunday against the Utah Jazz. Wiggins will be available but is not expected to play a major role for the Thunder at this time. He can be passed on in DFS contests tonight.

Dennis Schroder (ankle) ruled out Sunday

Dennis Schroder (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Memphiz Grizzlies. The Rockets are expected to have their usual starting five available tonight so Schroder would have played off the bench. With Schroder now out, his bench guard minutes should be absorbed mostly by Garrison Matthews and Josh Christopher with David Nwaba also available if necessary. These minutes will likely not move the needle enough on any of these players to make them worth consideration in DFS contests at this time.

Chris Duarte (toe) and Lance Stephenson (ankle) ruled out Sunday; Goga Bitadze (foot) available

Chris Duarte (toe) and Lance Stephenson (ankle) have been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Washington Wizards, while Goga Bitadze (foot) will be available. With both Duarte and Stephenson out, Duane Washington, Terry Taylor, and Jalen Smith should all play larger bench roles with the possibility of Keifer Sykes entering the rotation. Goga Bitadze will be available if needed to play backup center minutes.

Kristaps Porzingis (knee) will play Sunday but on a minutes restriction per HC Wes Unseld Jr.

Kristaps Porzingis (knee) will play Sunday against the Indiana Pacers but will be restricted from a minutes perspective per HC Wes Unseld Jr. Porzingis will make his Wizards debut today and will likely enter the starting lineup for Washington but won’t see a full compliment of minutes as he works his way back into game shape. This will move Thomas Bryant back to his bench role and significantly impact how many minutes Daniel Gafford is expected to see. Until Porzingis is clear for his full minutes allotment his ceiling will be lowered and he will be tougher to trust in DFS contests.

Suns will start Payne, Shamet, Bridges, Crowder, Ayton on Sunday. As expected, Cam Payne and Landry Shamet will start for the Suns with both Chris Paul and Devin Booker still out. Shamet can be considered as a value option on the early slate.

Nerlens Noel (foot) ruled out Sunday; Taj Gibson (illness) doubtful

Nerlens Noel (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Clippers, while Taj Gibson (illness) is considered doubtful. Noel is out of the rotation at this time and Gibson is only playing a minor role so neither of these expected absences should be too impactful for DFS players. Jericho Sims is playing the backup center minutes behind Mitchell Robinson and should continue in this role while the few minutes that Gibson was expected to see should be split amongst the available bench players.

Xavier Tillman (personal) ruled out Sunday; Yves Pons (thigh) listed questionable

Xavier Tillman (personal) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Houston Rockets, while Yves Pons (thigh) has been listed questionable. Neither Tillman nor Pons are currently a part of the rotation so their absence would not affect DFS players.

Fred VanVleet (knee) and Malachi Flynn (hamstring) ruled out Sunday; Armoni Brooks available

Fred VanVleet (knee) and Malachi Flynn (hamstring) have been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, while newly signed Armoni Brooks will be available. With no traditional point guard available for the Raptors, Pascal Siakam will likely be called upon to run the point with Scottie Barnes also able to handle those duties with the starting group. Dalano Blanton should see extra run off the bench and it’s possible we even see Armoni Brooks make his debut after being signed earlier today. Siakam and Barnes are set to see increased playmaking opportunities on top of their huge minutes and should be considered better plays today.

Celtics will start Smart, Brown, Tatum, Horford, Robert Williams on Sunday. Brown will remain in the starting lineup for the Celtics despite nursing an ankle injury.

Nets will start Irving, Curry, Brown, Durant, Drummond on Sunday. Seth Curry will remain in the starting lineup despite being listed on the injury report earlier in the day. This seems to be the Nets starting lineup when everyone is healthy (until Ben Simmons is available).

Jaylen Brown (ankle) available to play Sunday

Jaylen Brown (ankle) will be available to play Sunday against the Brooklyn Nets. Coach Udoka stated that Brown would test out his ankle prior to the game then they would make a decision on his status. It looks like Brown passed that test but Udoka also stated that Brown will be playing with pain even if he was cleared. Brown should start and play his normal role but if the game gets out of hand he could be one of the first players taken off the floor. Brown should still be considered in DFS contests though his ceiling could be a bit lower than it usually is.

Seth Curry (ankle) available to play Sunday

Seth Curry (ankle) will be available to play Sunday against the Boston Celtics after being listed as probable on the injury report last night. Curry should remain in the starting lineup for Brooklyn and be in line to play his normal minutes in the low 30s. With Curry available there will be no extra minutes for the bench guards to pick up.

LeBron James (knee) available Saturday; Lakers will start Westbrook, Monk, Reaves, Johnson, James

LeBron James (knee) will be available Saturday against the Golden State Warriors despite being listed as questionable on the injury report earlier in the day. The Lakers will start Westbrook, Monk, Reaves, Johnson, James meaning LeBron will be playing the center position tonight. With LeBron starting at center Dwight Howard will see a substantial dip in minutes. Stanley Johnson will rejoin the starting lineup at the four and will play slightly more minutes than usual. It is tough to trust any Laker outside of LeBron in DFS contests at this time due to the inconsistencies in the amount of minutes they see from game to game.

Heat will start Butler, Vincent, Robinson, Tucker, Adebayo on Saturday. Despite being listed on the injury report earlier in the day, both Jimmy Butler and P.J. Tucker will start for the Heat tonight. Butler and Tucker should be in line to see their normal run.

Lineup Update: Blazers will start Simons, Johnson, Elleby, Blevins, Eubanks on Saturday. With only eight available players, Portland will elect to have Keon Johnson and Keljin Blevins slide into the starting lineup. All Trail Blazers should see a healthy amount of minutes tonight and offer great value.
