Aaron Holiday (ankle) not listed on injury report Sunday

Aaron Holiday (ankle) is not listed on the injury report anymore ahead of Sunday’s game against the Utah Jazz. Holiday is expected to play a decent sized role off the bench with the Suns down so many facilitators. Holiday will likely be the primary ballhandler when Devin Booker is off the floor, pushing Elfrid Payton back out of the rotation.

Rudy Gay (illness) available to play Sunday

Rudy Gay (illness) will be available to play Sunday against the Phoenix Suns. Gay should return to his usual role off the bench for the Jazz and should see minutes in the mid to high teens. At this time, he is not worth consideration in DFS contests as the Jazz remain almost completely healthy.

Marvin Bagley (ankle) listed out Sunday; Frank Jackson (shoulder) listed questionable

Marvin Bagley (ankle) has been listed out for Sunday’s game against the Charlotte Hornets, while Frank Jackson (shoulder) has been listed questionable. With Bagley out, Isaiah Stewart and Kelly Olynyk should play the bulk of the big man minutes with Luke Garza also available if needed. Stewart will be worth considering at 4.2K and Olynyk will be on the fringe of value play consideration at just 3.7K. The Pistons will likely be forced to play smaller with Rodney McGruder remaining in the rotation and potentially seeing a good amount of run after playing 20 minutes last game. If Frank Jackson were to be available, he could reenter the rotation and take some of those minutes away from McGruder.

Klay Thompson (illness) listed out Sunday

Klay Thompson (illness) has been listed out for Sunday’s game against the Dallas Mavericks. With Thompson ruled out, there will be plenty of extra wing minutes up for grabs that will likely be split between the available bench Warriors. The top candidates to see increased run are Jordan Poole, Otto Porter Jr., and Damion Lee with Moses Moody and/or Juan Toscano-Anderson possibly entering the rotation to soak up the rest.

Philadelphia will start Harden, Maxey, Thybulle, Harris, Embiid on Sunday. Thybulle will once again draw the start over Danny Green and Furkan Korkmaz as the 76ers will elect to prioritize defense alongside their four top players.

Cody Martin (back) doubtful Sunday; Jalen McDaniels (ankle) ruled out

Cody Martin (back) is now doubtful for Sunday’s game against the Detroit Pistons while Jalen McDaniels (ankle) has been ruled out. This will most likely leave the Hornets with nine available bodies (including Nick Richards who is listed as questionable. Three of these bodies predominantly play center so it will likely be a heavy workload for all the other available players. LaMelo Ball, Terry Rozier, and Miles Bridges should carry most of the offensive load for the starting unit while Kelly Oubre should play a large role off the bench. JT Thor is likely in for another big workload after logging 24 minutes last game.

Lineup Update: Nets will start Irving, Curry, Brown, Johnson, Drummond on Saturday. Bruce Brown will get the start over Patty Mills against the Milwaukee Bucks likely due to matchups. Brown will likely see a few more minutes than usual with the starting unit while Mill should still play an important role off the bench for Brooklyn.

Lineup Update: Spurs will start Jones, Vassell, McDermott, Bates-Diop, Collins on Saturday. Zach Collins will get the start at center despite being restricted to 15 minutes according to HC Gregg Popovich. As of now, we still expect Jock Landale to see the bulk of the center minutes with Davontae Cacok also available. Bates-Diop will get the start over Josh Richardson though both should see an increased amount of run (around 20-22 minutes or so) with the Spurs shorthanded. Tre Jones will get the start at point guard and should be considered as a value option due to increased minutes.

Richaun Holmes (back) ruled out Saturday

Richaun Holmes (back) has been ruled out for Saturday’s game against the Denver Nuggets. With Holmes out, Damian Jones should see the bulk of the backup center minutes with Alex Len also available. Neither player is expected to see enough run to be considered in DFS contests at this time.

Dewayne Dedmon (back) available to play Saturday

Dewayne Dedmon (back) will be available to play Saturday after missing last night’s game. He should return to his usual role backing up Bam Adebayo at the center position and does not need to be considered in DFS contests at this time.

Josh Richardson (shoulder) and Josh Primo (wrist) listed available to play Saturday; Romeo Langford (groin) listed out

Josh Richardson (shoulder) and Josh Primo (wrist) have been listed available to play Saturday, while Romeo Langford (groin) has been listed out. Richardson and Primo should both play large roles tonight for the shorthanded Spurs off the bench. Langford was not expected to play a major role tonight and his minutes will likely be spread out amongst the available Spurs guards.

Zeke Nnaji (knee) ruled out Saturday

Zeke Nnaji (knee) has been ruled out for Saturday’s game against the Sacramento Kings. With Nnaji out, JaMychal Green and Demarcus Cousins should handle the majority of the backup big man minutes with Davon Reed potentially entering the rotation and picking up some minutes as well. None of these players are expected to see enough run to be considered in DFS contests at this time.

Josh Primo, Josh Richardson, Romeo Langford expected to play Saturday according to HC Gregg Popovich

Josh Primo, Josh Richardson, Romeo Langford are all expected to play Saturday according to HC Gregg Popovich. This needs to be taken with a grain of salt as Popovich is notorious for giving misleading information in pre-game press conferences. His exact words were “I assume they’re going to play”. Primo and Richardson should play large roles off the bench for the shorthanded Spurs with Langford likely rounding out the rotation.

Zach Collins available Saturday but has a restriction of 15 minutes

Zach Collins will be available Saturday but is set to have a restriction of 15 minutes according to HC Gregg Popovich. Collins was ruled out yesterday for today’s game but with so many players resting after a double overtime game last night Collins will be available. Collins availability could cut into Jock Landale’s center minutes hurting his value but will most likely impact Devontae Cacok. Landale should still see a good amount of run and can be considered as a value option.

Lineup Update: Raptors will start VanVleet, Trent Jr., Barnes, Siakam, Birch on Saturday. The Raptors will actually run a close to normal looking lineup despite earlier concerns regarding VanVleet and Siakam.
