None of these players project well enough to be considered in DFS contests at this time.

Warriors will start Curry, Payton II, Thompson, Wiggins, Looney on Thursday. Payton will get the start for the Warriors as expected before he popped on the injury report with a leg issue. Payton can be considered in most formats as he should see a decent amount of run with the starting unit for Golden State.

Richaun Holmes (back) has been ruled out for Thursday’s game against the Denver Nuggets. With Holmes ruled out Damian Jones will likely see the bulk of the back up center minutes with Trey Lyles (expected to join the rotation tonight according to HC Alvin Gentry) also available to pick up any remaining minutes. Neither projects to see enough run to be considered in DFS contests at this time.

Klay Thompson will still have a restriction of 30 minutes Thursday against the Portland Trail Blazers. HC Steve Kerr said he lans to stagger the rotation so one of Stephen Curry and Thompson are on the floor at all times. Thompson’s minutes restriction will continue to limit his potential upside.

Gary Payton II (leg) is now questionable Thursday after being downgraded from probable earlier in the day. Payton was expected to start for the Warriors but if he were unable to play the other Warrior guards including Jordan Poole and Damion Lee would likely split his minutes with Kuminga another possible candidate to be a starter. Juan Toscano-Anderson and/or Moses Moody will also likely enter the rotation. It will be important to monitor this situation as Payton was projected to be one of the better plays on the slate.

Drew Eubanks will start Thursday for the Portland Trail Blazers with Jusuf Nukic out due to injury. Eubanks will likely see somewhere close to 20 minutes with Trendon Watford expected to see the bulk of the backup big man minutes. Eubanks drawing the start hurts the potential upside that Watford could have enjoyed.

Lineup Update: Suns will start Booker, Bridges, Johnson, Crowder, Ayton on Thursday. Cam Johnson will enter the starting lineup for the Suns with Chris Paul out likely until the start of the playoffs. Devin Booker will likely run point with the starting unit and Aaron Holiday will be available off the bench. Booker will see increased ball handling opportunities while Cam Johnson should see increased minutes running with the starters making them better plays.
