Kemba Walker (knee) ruled out Sunday; Nerlens Noel (knee) and Cam Reddish (ankle) available to play

Kemba Walker (knee) has been ruled out Sunday, while Nerlens Noel (knee) and Cam Reddish (ankle) will both be available to play against the Los Angeles Clippers. With Walker out, Alec Burks could draw the start for the Knicks and Immanuel Quickley should be slated to see the majority of the bench point guard minutes. RJ Barrett and Mitchell Robinson are the biggest benefactors from an FPM boost perspective. Reddish will be available to make his debut today and should see some minutes off the bench. Noel will also be available to play some backup big man minutes if he is needed.

Marcus Smart (conditioning) and Aaron Nesmith (ankle) available to play Sunday

Marcus Smart (conditioning) and Aaron Nesmith (ankle) will both be available to play Sunday against the Washington Wizards. After being listed as probable on the injury report yesterday it comes as no surprise that both players would be available. Smart should start and play his usual low 30s minutes at guard for the Celtics and can be considered for the early slate of games. Nesmith will be available but is not expected to play a major role at this point for Boston.

Lineup Update: Thunder will start Gilgeous-Alexander, Dort, Giddey, Bazley, Robinson-Earl on Saturday

Malcolm Brogdon (Achilles) and Caris LeVert (calf) ruled out Saturday

Malcolm Brogdon (Achilles) and Caris LeVert (calf) have both been ruled out for Saturday’s game against the Phoenix Suns. With both Brogdon and LeVert out the Indiana Pacers will likely call on Keifer Sykes to be the main distributor for the offense, he should see a decent amount of run and can be considered in DFS contests as a value option. All Indiana starters should see a boost in minutes as well as usage with the biggest winners expected to be Justin Holiday and Torrey Craig. Duane Washington will also likely reenter the rotation though he likely can be avoided for DFS purposes.

Rajon Rondo (hamstring) ruled out Saturday

Rajon Rondo (hamstring) has been ruled out for Saturday’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. With Rondo out, Brandon Goodwin will continue to serve as the backup point guard. From a DFS perspective this news means relatively little as Goodwin should not be considered in DFS contests.

De'Aaron Fox (ankle) ruled out Saturday

De’Aaron Fox (ankle) has been ruled out Saturday and will not play against the Milwaukee Bucks. Fox warmed up and his ankle was sore so the Kings elected to hold him out of this game. With Fox out, Tyrese Haliburton and Terence Davis become better DFS plays. Davis becomes one of the best plays on the slate and should be considered in most lineups.

Lamar Stevens (knee) available to play Saturday

Lamar Stevens (knee) will be available to play Saturday against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Stevens is expected to return to his role off the bench and should see some bench gard minutes. At this time, Stevens doesn’t project to see enough run to be considered in DFS contests.

Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) and Grayson Allen (hip) ruled out Saturday

Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) and Grayson Allen (hip) have both been ruled out for Saturday’s contest against the Sacramento Kings. With Giannis out, nearly all Bucks players will see a boost. Kris Middleton and Jrue Holiday should dominate the usage and Pat Connaughton seems like the most likely candidate to enter the starting lineup which should result in a bump. Grayson Allen, after being listed as probable earlier in the day, will be out opening another spot in the starting lineup. Donte DiVincenzo could enter the starting five for the Bucks and should play an increased role with Allen out. Wesley Matthews and Rodney Hood are other candidates to see more minutes in Allen’s absence.

Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) has been listed doubtful Saturday; while Grayson Allen (hip) has been listed probable for the Milwaukee Bucks matchup against the Sacramento Kings. With Giannis likely to miss, nearly all Bucks players will se a boost. Kris Middleton and Jrue Holiday should dominate the usage and Pat Connaughton seems like the most likely candidate to enter the starting lineup which should result in a bump. Grayson Allen should continue in his role as part of the starting five despite being listed on the injury report.

Jordan Poole and Porter Jr. will get the start for the Golden State Warriors and should see increased minutes and production. Gary Payton II could have been considered as a value play if he were to have been included in the starting lineup but it is difficult to confidently roster him coming off the bench.

DeMarcus Cousins available to make Nuggets debut Friday

DeMarcus Cousins is available to make his Denver Nuggets debut Friday against the Memphis Grizzlies. Cousins went through a pregame workout and feels good enough to suit up tonight. Cousins can be expected to see some backup big man minutes tonight but is not expected to be DFS relevant at this time.

Andrew Wiggins (foot) listed available to play Friday

Andrew Wiggins (foot) has been listed available to play Friday against the Houston Rockets. Wiggins is dealing with a foot injury but will be able to suit up tonight and will likely continue in his normal role. With Wiggins available to play, the increased minutes and upside that Damion Lee, Otto Porter Jr., and Jordan Poole could have enjoyed will not be available.
