Jeff Green (quad) and JaMychal Green (protocols) ruled out Sunday; Will Barton will play

Jeff Green (quad) and JaMychal Green have been ruled out for Sunday’s matchup against the Detroit Pistons, while Will Barton will be available to play. Barton should continue in his starting role and play minutes in the 30s. With both Jeff and JaMychal Green ruled out the Nuggets will be forced to play tighter rotations with all frontcourt members seeing an uptick in minutes. There doesn’t look to be a one true beneficiary but the bench unit as a whole should pick up the slack.

Gordon Hayward (foot) ruled out Sunday

Gordon Hayward (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Hawks. Hayward was a late addition to the injury report and has subsequently been ruled out with a foot injury. All Hornets starters should see an increase in expected production due to the usage vacated by Hayward. Kelly Oubre will likely slide into the starting lineup, while the rest of Hayward’s vacated minutes should be split between the other bench wings.

Danilo Gallinari (Achilles) and Kevin Huerter (hip) available to play Sunday

Danilo Gallinari (Achilles) and Kevin Huerter (hip) are both available to play Sunday against the Charlotte Hornets. Both Gallinari were deemed game-time decisions earlier in the day but will suit up and should see their normal run. Huerter should remain in the starting lineup with Gallinari playing an important role for the Hawks off the bench.

LeBron James (abdominal) listed available to play Sunday

LeBron James (abdominal) has been listed available to play Sunday against the Miami Heat. LeBron was listed as probable coming into the game and will in fact suit up. LeBron should see his normal heavy run and usage and has the potential to break any slate he plays on.

PJ Tucker (calf) active Sunday

PJ Tucker (calf) will be active Sunday against the Los Angeles Lakers. Tucker is expected to start and see his normal run which should be somewhere around 30 minutes. Tucker is a notoriously bad FPM scorer so there are likely better available value options.

Frank Ntilikina (illness) ruled out Sunday

Frank Ntilikina (illness) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies. Ntilikina’s absence should not be relevant to DFS players as he is currently out of the Mavericks normal rotation.

Anthony Davis (knee) ruled out Sunday

Anthony Davis (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday’s contest against the Miami Heat. HC Frank Vogel went on to say that Davis was never really expected to be ready to play today but he wanted to leave the possibility open which is why he was listed as questionable. The Lakers will continue to be creative with the center position as they will have Dwight Howard, Stanley Johnson, and even LeBron James mix in at the five. On the opposite side of the ball, Bam Adebayo should take advantage of this center by committee approach and projects as a good play today.

Gary Harris (back) and Terrence Ross (knee) ruled out Sunday

Gary Harris (back) and Terrence Ross (knee) have both been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bulls. With both Harris and Ross out, Wendell Carter Jr. and Chuma Okeke are options to enter the starting lineup with Franz Wagner likely shifting to the three. Wagner, Jalen Suggs, and Cole Anthony should dominate the usage for the Magic and can all be considered in DFS contests.

Will Barton (hamstring) listed probable Sunday; Markus Howard (illness) listed questionable

Will Barton (hamstring) has been listed probable for Sunday’s game against the Detroit Pistons, while Markus Howard (illness) has been listed questionable. Barton is expected to be able to suit up for Denver and will likely be a part of the starting lineup. He should see somewhere around 30 minutes and can be considered as an option in DFS contests. Howard has been listed questionable though his status is not relevant for DFS contests as he is currently out of the Denver rotation.

Gary Harris (back) listed questionable Sunday

Gary Harris (back) has been listed questionable for Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bulls. If Harris were to miss, Terrence Ross (also questionable) would be a candidate to slide into the starting lineup for the Magic along with Wendell Carter or Chuma Okeke if Orlando elected to go bigger and slide Franz Wagner to the three. All of the players mentioned would be expected to split Harris’s minutes and would see their value increase. Terrence Ross would need to be considered in DFS contests if he is available and Harris is ruled out.

Nassir Little (knee) and Dennis Smith Jr. (ankle) listed available to play Sunday

Nassir Little (knee) and Dennis Smith Jr. (ankle) have both been listed available to play Sunday against the Toronto Raptors. Both players were listed probable on the injury report last night so they were expected to play today and will likely see their normal run. Little should start and se his usual low 30s minutes with Smith Jr. playing a role in the rotation for the Trail Blazers. Little is cheap enough on DK (4.5K) to be considered in DFS contests.

Lineup Update: Knicks will start Burks, Fournier, Barrett, Randle, Robinson on Sunday

Status Update: Clint Capela will remain on a minutes restriction Sunday

Clint Capela will remain on a minutes restriction Sunday against the Charlotte Hornets. Capela played 26 minutes last game so the restriction should be right around this mark again. With Capela still limited, Onyeka Okongwu will see slightly increased run as the backup big man.

Nic Claxton (hamstring) ruled out Sunday

Nic Claxton (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. With Claxton still out, the big man minutes will continue to be split between LaMarcus Aldridge, Day’Ron Sharpe, Blake Griffin, and James Johnson. Aldridge and Sharpe are expected to see the majority of these minutes.
