Matisse Thybulle (shoulder) and Danny Green (hip) listed out Saturday

Matisse Thybulle (shoulder) and Danny Green (hip) have been listed out for Saturday’s game against the Miami Heat. Thybulle suffered a shoulder injury last night and will be held out on a back to back while Green remains out with his hip injury. Furkan Korkmaz is a candidate to enter the starting lineup for the 76ers and should play a larger role along with Georges Niang and Isaiah Joe. It is also possible that Charlie Brown enters the rotation with how thin Philadelphia is at the wing position.

Status Update: Kristaps Porzingis cleared health and safety protocols, status for tonight to be determined; Marquese Chriss and Willie Cauley-Stein out

Kristaps Porzingis has cleared health and safety protocols, but his status for tonight seems to still be in question. Some reporters are going by the game notes that have him listed as a projected starter while other reporters are citing the fact that he hasn’t practiced and will likely not be in game shape for tonight. If Porzingis plays he will likely be under some sort of minutes restriction, limiting his upside. With Porzingis available after clearing protocols, Marquese Chriss (who was signed to a hardship contract) will be forced to be inactive. Porzingis (if available) will absorb Chriss’s minutes while also taking some from the other Dallas big men like Maxi Kleber and Dwight Powell. Willie Cauley-Stein will remain out due to a personal matter.

Davis Bertans (foot) ruled out Saturday

Davis Bertans (foot) has been ruled out for Saturday’s game against the Portland Trail Blazers. Bertans hasn’t been playing a major role for the Wizards coming off the bench so his absence shouldn’t impact too much when it comes to DFS contests. The other Washington bench forwards will likely split his minutes, meaning Rui Hachimura, Deni Avdija, and Thomas Bryant could see slightly increased run and Anthony Gill could enter the rotation to pick up any remaining minutes.

Lonzo Ball (knee) listed questionable Saturday

Lonzo Ball (knee) has been listed questionable for Saturday’s game against the Boston Celtics. The Bulls could be extremely thin at the guard positions if Ball were forced to miss tonight with both Alex Caruso and Zach Lavine already ruled out. If Ball were to miss, Coby White and Ayo Dosunmu could enter the starting lineup and could be considered in DFS contests at their respective price points. Off the bench the available guards would be Matt Thomas, Devon Dotson, and Malcolm Hill.

Status Update: Steven Adams (conditioning) expected to have a minutes limit Friday

Steven Adams (conditioning) is expected to have a minutes limit Friday. Adams is making his return after missing several games and will need some time to get into game shape. With Adams likely restricted, Jaren Jackson and Brandon Clarke could see a few more center minutes.

Richaun Holmes (conditioning) ruled out Friday

Richaun Holmes (conditioning) has been ruled out for Friday’s game against the Houston Rockets. Holmes’s minutes should be divided between the other Sacramento big men, the top candidates being Marvin Bagley, Chimezie Metu, and Alex Len all of whom should see their value increased.

Isaac Okoro (eblow) will have a minutes limit Friday; Cavs will start Garland, Stevens, Markkanen, Mobley, Allen

Isaac Okoro (eblow) will have a minutes limit Friday against the San Antonio Spurs. Okoro is working his way back from an elbow injury and will play off the bench in his first game back. Lamar Stevens will remain in the starting lineup but his minutes and upside will likely be impacted by Okoro’s return. As of now, there has been no word on exactly how many minutes Okoro will be limited to but it is most likely somewhere around 20 or so.

Isaac Okoro (elbow) will play Friday; Rajon Rondo (hamstring) ruled out

Isaac Okoro (elbow) will play Friday against the San Antonio Spurs, while Rajon Rondo (hamstring) has been ruled out. Okoro will be available and will likely make his return to the starting lineup, pushing Lamar Stevens back to the bench. As of now, there has been no word of any sort of minutes limitation for Okoro so he should be in line to see a decent workload (high 20s minutes or so). With Rondo still out, Brandon Goodwin should handle the backup point guard duties, though he doesn’t project to be playable in DFS.

Kevin Huerter (foot) available to play Friday; Jalen Johnson (ankle) ruled out

Kevin Huerter (foot) will be available to play Friday against the Miami Heat, while Jalen Johnson (ankle) has been ruled out. Huerter should remain in his usual role as one of the top bench players for the Hawks and should see somewhere around 30 minutes. Huerter can be considered in tournaments as he has the potential to get hot from behind the arc and offers some value at his current price on DK (4.7K). Johnson was not expected to play a major role for the Hawks and his absence should not be considered DFS relevant at this time.

Doug McDermott (conditioning) available to play Friday

Doug McDermott (conditioning) will be available to play Friday against the Cleveland Cavaliers. McDermott should re-enter the starting lineup for the Spurs and see around 20 minutes. McDermott is not expected to play a large enough role for the Spurs to be considered in DFS contests at his current price (3.8K on DK).
