Maxi Kleber (knee) listed probable Tuesday
Kleber has been upgraded to probable on the newest version of the Mavericks’ injury report for Tuesday’s matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers due to a right knee contusion. Kleber has come off the bench behind Dwight Powell and Kristaps Porzingis in four consecutive games and has averaged 21.6 minutes over this span, which is expectedly a drastic decrease in playing time than as a member of the starting lineup. On a two-game slate, Kleber could be considered as a punt option in tournament formats, but his actual upside remains in question since he is only averaging 0.76 DraftKings and 0.74 FanDuel points per minute on the season.
As reported by: NBA Official Injury ReportHigh Floor In This Matchup
Paul Millsap has scored at least 29 fantasy points in eight straight games, and for some reason he received a price decrease today. The Denver Nuggets have a 119.1 implied team total, which is 11.8 points higher than their season average in points per game. Washington ranks 26th in defensive efficiency against power forwards this season. This seems like a high floor spot, and his raw points should make him one of the best value plays on DraftKings and FantasyDraft.
Few Extra Shots Against His Old Team
If this was a 10-game slate, I probably wouldn’t be considering Isaiah Thomas in this spot. With that said, he’s cheap across the industry and has a nice minute’s floor right now. He’s averaging 24.6 minutes over the last ten games. I liked him more coming off the bench, and his usage is down 2% when he’s on the floor with Beal. With only two games, we can’t be too picky on this slate.
Taking A Chance On A Small Slate
We don’t have a lot of great value options tonight, but for tournaments, I really like taking a shot on some of these Washington bench players. Ish Smith, Davis Bertans, and Jordan McRae have been playing well on the second unit and keeping this team in games. Jordan McRae should be very low owned even on a 2-game slate, and he has scored at least 20 fantasy points in three of his last four games. It’s risky but on such a small slate, it could be the difference maker if he has a 20+ fantasy point outing.
Digging for Nuggets
Gary Harris has played 34+ minutes in 8 of the last 10 games, and this is a strong matchup against Washington, who has struggled defensively this season. Harris has a very affordable price on all sites, so he is a cash game foundation on a two-game slate for me tonight.
Draymond Green (heel) listed out Monday
Green has been listed out on the updated version of the Warriors’ injury report and won’t play in Monday’s matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder due to a sore right heel that’s now forced him to miss three games. With Green unable to suit up once again, Ky Bowman will likely remain in the starting lineup and receive the nod at point guard after logging 36 minutes in Friday’s loss. The Warriors seem to be accumulating an evergrowing sample size with Green, D’Angelo Russell, and Stephen Curry off the court, and in that time, Glenn Robinson III has actually been the main beneficiary, as he owns a 18.7% usage rate and is averaging 0.92 DraftKings and 0.86 FanDuel points per minute in a 141.2 minutes sample size.
As reported by: NBA Official Injury ReportAlex Caruso (calf) will play Monday
As expected, head coach Frank Vogel confirmed Caruso will play in Monday’s matchup against the San Antonio Spurs after missing one game due to a strained right calf. In his absence, Vogel actually condensed his rotation with Rajon Rondo and Troy Daniels absorbing nearly all of the playing time that would have been allotted to Caruso if he’d been active. It’ll be interesting to see if Daniels continues to play ahead of Quinn Cook, as he had been a DNP-CD in each of the Lakers’ previous two contests. On an 11-game slate, Caruso won’t be a viable option for daily fantasy formats, but Rondo remains an intriguing tournament target if he can continue receiving minutes in the mid-20s on a nightly basis.
As reported by: Mike Trudell via TwitterRudy Gobert (ankle) out Monday
Gobert has officially been downgraded from questionable and won’t play in Monday’s matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks due to a sprained left ankle that has now forced him to miss two games. Head coach Quin Snyder has been utilizing a combination of Tony Bradley and Jeff Green as the backup center depending on lineup variations, and Tony Bradley will likely receive the starting nod at the center position once again following a relatively serviceable fantasy performance in 22 minutes of action in Saturday’s win. However, he may continue to not be locked into quintessential starters minutes since Snyder likes to utilize smaller lineup combinations when Gobert is off the court, which should enable Green to have the higher minute floor of the two this evening.
As reported by: Andy Larsen via TwitterTreveon Graham (arm) will start Monday; Josh Okogie (knee) available
As expected, Graham will start in Monday’s matchup against the Atlanta Hawks after missing one game due to a left forearm contusion, while Okogie will also be available following his initial questionable designation with a sore left knee. In other news, head coach Ryan Saunders has opted to shake up his starting lineup by demoting Jeff Teague to a reserve role and inserting Jarrett Culver alongside Andrew Wiggins, who will essentially serve as the team’s de facto point guard, in the backcourt. If Wiggins is going to continue assuming more of the playmaking responsibilities, he’ll be an intriguing option in daily fantasy formats moving forward, since he already owns a 29.4% usage rate and is averaging 1.17 DraftKings and 1.15 FanDuel points per minute on the season.
As reported by: Chris Hine via Twitter Other tagged players: Josh OkogieKevin Love (back) out Monday
Love has been downgraded from questionable and won’t play in Monday’s matchup against the Portland Trail Blazers due to a low back contusion that has now forced him to miss two games. Larry Nance Jr. will remain in the starting lineup this time around, and he was phenomenal from a fantasy perspective in both of his most recent spot starts, setting him up for a possible encore performance this evening. Kevin Porter Jr. doesn’t have a stable minute floor, but he could be an intriguing punt in tournament formats considering he has a 20.9% usage rate and is averaging 0.80 DraftKings and 0.78 FanDuel points per minute with Love off the court this season.
As reported by: Chris Fedor via TwitterDeAndre Jordan (ankle) out Monday
Jordan is a late addition to the Nets’ injury report and won’t play in Monday’s matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers due to a sore left ankle. Jordan has really settled into a defined backup center role of late, and he has logged fewer than 18 minutes in three of the Nets previous six games, which has conversely enabled Jarrett Allen to see starters’ minutes on a much more consistent basis. With a higher projected minute floor without Jordan unavailable, Allen becomes an interesting option for daily fantasy formats considering he is averaging 1.24 DraftKing and 1.27 FanDuel points per minute with Kyrie Irving and Caris LeVert off the court this season.

As reported by: NBA Official Injury ReportCam Reddish (wrist) available to play Monday
As expected, Reddish will be available to play in Monday’s matchup against the Minnesota Timberwolves after missing two games due to a sprained left wrist. In his absence, DeAndre Bembry received the starting nod alongside Trae Young in the backcourt in each of the Hawks’ previous two contests, and he was phenomenal from a fantasy perspective in an average of 33.1 minutes over this span. Since Reddish won’t be subject to a minute restriction in his return, he would be the preferred fantasy option of the two on tonight’s main slate because of Bembry’s now elevated price tag across the industry. Reddish has been a bit more consistent with Kevin Huerter and John Collins sidelined, and he is averaging 0.74 DraftKings and 0.71 FanDuel points per minute to go along with a 20.2% usage rate in a 224.4 minutes sample size.
As reported by: Sarah K. Spence via TwitterGeorge Hill (back) listed out Monday; Ersan Ilyasova (heel) available
Hill is a late addition to the Bucks’ injury report and won’t play in Monday’s matchup against the Utah Jazz due to a sore back, while Ilyasova has been cleared to play following his one-game absence because of a sore left heel. With Khris Middleton sidelined, head coach Mike Budenholzer has really extended his bench at the guard and wing positions with Sterling Brown, Kyle Korver, and Pat Connaughton absorbing substantial playing behind Wesley Matthews and Donte DiVincenzo, while Hill had been logging minutes in the high-teens or low-20s as a backup guard. This amount of depth will make it easy for Budenholzer to disperse Hill’s vacated minutes, but Brown may be the largest beneficiary with his ability to man the point for extended stretches of the game.
