Amir Johnson will start ahead of Gerald Green Sunday
Brad Stevens wants to return to the “best version” of the Celtics, which he believes includes Johnson in the starting five. The last time he started, he ended up earning just five minutes. However, he picked up ten in Game 3 off the bench. It seems like he could top that tonight, but he’s unlikely to have a major role. Green may be out of the rotation entirely; Stevens didn’t use him at all in Game 2 when Johnson started.

George Hill (toe) considered questionable for Monday
As they did Saturday, Utah is going to see how Hill feels on game day before making a decision regarding his playing status. If he’s ruled out, Shelvin Mack will likely earn his third consecutive start. He provided a nice value again in Game 3, scoring 22.3 FD points. Prices haven’t been released yet for the Monday-Tuesday slate but depending on how Mack’s salary changes, he could be a top value option.

Yet another lineup change from coach Dwane Casey. He’s sending Powell back to the bench and getting Tucker into the starting five. This reduces Powell’s appeal as a value play as he could receive a smaller number of minutes than originally expected tonight. Tucker may return to the high 20s now that he’s starting. He hasn’t had a very effective postseason, averaging just 0.52 FD ppm, but he managed to have a nice outing in the opening game of this series. Although he doesn’t have huge upside, he’s cheap enough to be a viable tournament option.

Now it’s official, Lowry told reporters he won’t play in Game 4 Sunday. Cory Joseph is expected to start in his place. He presents a solid value option at $4,400 or less on DK and FD. In Game 2, he managed 20.75 DK points in 33 minutes of action despite going 2-of-12 from the field. There’s a good chance he sees a similar workload tonight and he’s now topped 20 DK points in 13 of the 14 games he played 32+ minutes this season.

Coach Quin Snyder decided to take Joe Johnson out of the starting lineup for Game 3. He’s played at least 29 minutes in every game he’s come off the bench this season though, so he should still have a sizeable workload. Diaw has seen his playing time decrease over the course of the playoffs. Even though he’ll start, he may be stuck around the 20-minute mark or below. Rudy Gobert does better with Diaw on the court and Johnson off, he’s averaged 1.15 FD ppm this season, an increase of 0.09.

Hill will miss his second consecutive game due to his toe injury; Shelvin Mack is expected to start in his place. Mack was one of three Jazz players with double-digit points on Thursday. Even though he joined the first unit, he commanded a 23.8% usage rate and produced 24.6 FD points. Over the course of the season, including the playoffs, Mack is averaging 0.79 FD ppm in 142 minutes against the Warriors, an increase of 0.11 above his average. He remains dirt cheap on FanDuel at $2,700 where he’s a great value. Although he’s more expensive on DraftKings with a price tag of $4,200, his salary isn’t prohibitive as he should push towards 30 minutes tonight at home. When Mack is on the court and Hill off, Gordon Hayward experiences a 2.0% bump in usage to 31.5% and he’s produced an extra 0.06 FD ppm (1.06 total). As he shoulders the burden of being Utah’s primary scorer, he’s taken 20+ FGAs in three of the past four games and he’s looking like a great target tonight.

After tweaking his knee in Game 2, Green was considered probable for Saturday’s contest. The Warriors have confirmed he will play tonight and he’s expected to start as normal. Green has been the Warriors’ best player this postseason. Although he’s a bit banged up, the injury doesn’t seem serious; he won’t have a minutes restriction and he remains a top option on tonight’s slate. After six games in the playoffs, he’s returned 1.3 FD ppm, an increase of 0.23 above his normal production. The tough Jazz matchup hasn’t slowed him down too much; he’s still delivering 1.26 FD ppm and his usage is up 4.9% over his regular season rate to 21.5%. However, his peripherals are down a touch in this series to 7.5 rebounds and 6.0 assists per game from 9.5 and 7.5 against Portland. With Kevin Durant a full participant in the second round, he’s cut into Green’s numbers; he’s leading the team with 8.0 boards and he’s contributing 6.0 assists (they’re tied with Curry for the team-high). There’s no question Green can keep delivering fantasy points across the board, which provides him a nice floor, but his scoring pace is questionable. He’s currently converting an unsustainable 54.5% of his three-pointers in the playoffs, so it’s possible he cools off a bit.

Following Tony Parker’s injury, Coach Gregg Popovich decided to roll with Murray in the starting five and have Patty Mills come off the bench. In Game 3, Mills earned 31 minutes while Murray received 14. That seems to be what we can expect going forward. So far in the playoffs, Mills has returned 0.74 DK ppm on a 21.7% usage rate while Murray has delivered 0.66 DK ppm paired with a 24.9% usage. The Spurs aren’t on FanDuel’s slate today but they’re available on DraftKings. Murray doesn’t seem like he’s worth his $3,000 salary. At $5,000, Mills is a bit expensive as well, but it’s not prohibitive as he turned in 27.75 DK points in his first game without Parker.

This comes directly from Lowry himself. He was unable to play in Game 3 and he believes he made his injury worse by pushing it in pregame warmups. Cory Joseph would likely earn another start if Lowry is ruled out. He produced 20.6 FD points despite going 2-of-12 from the field. He’s a great value on both FD and DK should he get another start.

Mahinmi returned for Game 3, his first action of the postseason, and played 10 minutes across two stints. His exact restriction was not made clear, but he could potentially push towards 15. The backup center has averaged 0.88 DK ppm this season, so he can be considered a high-risk option for tournaments with his limitations. However, may not offer enough upside to be worth the risk at $2,800. Mahinmi will take some minutes from Marcin Gortat, lowering the starter’s value.

He’s been suspended for shoving Kelly Olynyk in Game 3. DraftKings is offering a two-day, four-game slate this weekend, so make sure Oubre is out of your lineups. Bojan Bogdanovic, aided by Oubre’s ejection, scored 19 points in 29 minutes on Thursday. He could be looking at a solid workload again on Sunday with the suspension as he’ll pick up a huge chunk of Oubre’s playing time; Oubre received 26 and 28 minutes in the first two games of this series.

Green tweaked his knee on Thursday and he’s listed as probable in the Warriors’ injury report. He’s had a solid start to this series, averaging 19.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, 6.0 assists, 3.0 steals, and 1.5 blocks. After leading the team with 45.0 DK points in Game 1, he followed up with 49.25 DK points in the second meeting, trailing only Kevin Durant. While his scoring may take a bit of a hit as he’s converting an unsustainable 53.8% of his three-pointers against Utah, he should continue to be a peripherals monster. His knee issue doesn’t appear to be serious; he’ll remain a top fantasy target.

The Toronto Raptors announced Joseph will start in place of the injured Lowry tonight. It appears Lowry was planning on starting after warmups but minutes before tipoff, he headed back to the locker room and Toronto decided to give Joseph the nod.
