Brandon Knight and Jon Leuer out Saturday
Knight will miss his second straight game with a hip injury. With Knight out last game, Archie Goodwin started in his place. He played 39 minutes and finished with 27 FD points. He makes for a very nice value play tonight at just $3,800 on DK and $3,700 on FD. He is listed as a SG on DK. Devin Booker also benefits from Knight being out. Leuer will miss his third straight, and as of right now it’s not clear who will benefit with him being out. Markieff Morris and Mirza Teletovic both remain questionable for tonight.

Rudy Gay doubtful Saturday
Gay missed the last game with a heel injury and is listed as doubtful for tonight’s game against the Pacers. Last game with Gay out, Omri Casspi started against the Hawks. He finished with 31 FD points in 38 minutes. He is a very safe cash game play at $6,000 on DK and $5,500 on FD. Gay being out also benefits Willie Cauley-Stein, who has been playing very well as of late.

Nance will miss his fourth straight game with a knee injury. With Nance out of the lineup Julius Randle has been starting and playing very well. Randle is averaging a double-double over his last three games. He still has a very fair price across the industry; he is just $5,600 on DK and $5,500 on FD.

It was expected that both players would miss Saturday’s game, but the Pacers just confirmed that. Without Mahinmi, the play is Myles Turner, who has been playing out of his mind lately. Last game he finished with 31 points and 8 rebounds in 28 minutes. He is an excellent punt play at $4,200 on FD and $4,100 on DK. He is listed as a PF on FD. Stuckey being out changes nothing fantasy wise for the Pacers.

With Millsap missing Saturday’s game, Tiago Splitter will start at center, and Al Horford will play at PF. Splitter is a GPP punt only. He has started previous games this season, and has failed to reach 20 minutes in those games. Mike Scott and Mike Muscala will also see some extra minutes. Instead of worrying about who is going to get the minutes for Millsap, maybe your best bet is to just play Horford.

Millsap will miss Saturday’s game due to personal reasons. Tiago Splitter will start in Millsap’s place. Splitter will start at center, and Al Horford will slide over to PF. Splitter is a GPP play only today, he doesn’t get consistent minutes even when he starts. Mike Scott and Mike Muscala might also see some extra minutes, but both are irreverent for DFS purposes. Horford would be the only player I would look at for the Hawks tonight.

Faried is questionable for tonight’s game against the Pistons with an adductor injury. If Faried can’t go Darrell Arthur will likely start in his place. He would make for a very nice value play on this slate. He is just $4,600 on DK and $4,200 on FD. He is averaging 23 FD points per game over his last five games.

Myles Turner had surgery to repair a fractured thumb and he sat out all of December. Since returning from injury, Turner has been very productive including an explosion of 31 points and 8 rebounds last night vs. the Warriors. With Ian Mahinmi sidelined with an ankle injury, Turner is taking full advantage of the time given to him. While he normally does not start at C, he has played an average of 30 minutes over the last three games and at only $4,100 on DraftKings he is a great value option that will likely see a ton of minutes again tonight. The Pacers matchup with the Kings in what is expected to be fast-paced game with an over/under of 216, by far the highest of the night. The Kings struggle to guard anyone and Turner should have plenty of opportunity to at least reach value tonight and hopefully exceed it.
Taj Gibson probable Saturday
Gibson will most likely play on Saturday against the Cavs after suffering a right eye injury last night. He is an easy fade tonight; he just doesn’t have much upside. The last two games he has averaged just about 21 minutes per game.

Both players remain questionable for Saturday’s against the Timberwolves. If Gasol is unable to go, Zach Randolph should see a lot more minutes and usage on offense. If Allen can’t go Courtney Lee, Matt Barnes, and Jeff Green will some more minutes. All three are GPP plays as their production is up and down.

Both players will miss their second straight game against the Knicks on Saturday. Without Batum, Jeremy Lin will once again start for the Hornets. Lin has somewhat struggled the last couple of games and is only a GPP play. Last night, he played 30 minutes and only finished with 13 FD points. Spencer Hawes started for Zeller last game and had a very nice game. He finished with 16 points and 10 rebounds in 32 minutes. He is a nice punt play at just $3,600 on DK. Note this game is not on FD.

Andrew Bogut was questionable coming into the game with back spasms but will remain the starter. Draymond Green took a shot to the head and was held out of the rest of the last game. He did not have to go through the concussion protocol and will be starting tonight as well.

Pacers will start Monta Ellis, Robinson III, Solomon Hill, Paul George, Jordan Hill on Friday.
The Pacers are changing their starting lineup and will go with Monta Ellis and Glenn Robbinson in the backcourt. Soloman Hill, Paul George and Jordan Hill will start in the frontcourt. Ian Mahinimi has been ruled out of this game and Lavoy Allen has been sent to the bench. Hopefully, the Pacers can keep it close with their lineup change and their young guys can exceed expectations.

Tony Parker and Tim Duncan will get back into the starting lineup tonight against the Lakers tonight. David West will stay in the starting lineup to replace LaMarcus Aldridge. All three players are solid options tonight against the Lakers but will likely not see extended minutes in what is expected to be a blowout.

Larry Nance will be out again as expected again on Friday. Julius Randle will start in his place and makes for a risky DFS option against the Spurs. Randle should be avoided tonight on such a large slate, even though he is starting.
