Thabo Sefolosha

Houston Rockets
11/27/15, 7:44 PM ET

Thabo Sefolosha out Friday

Thabo Sefolosha has been ruled out of Friday’s game for rest purposes and Kent Bazemore will get the start in his place. Bazemore has not played for two weeks, but his price has not come down, and he will get a lot of minutes. Bazemore is a good play, and since there is a value out there tonight, Bazemore will be under-owned.

Zach Randolph

Dallas Mavericks
11/27/15, 7:32 PM ET

Zach Randolph GTD Friday

Zach Randolph is a game-time decision for Friday’s game against the Hawks. If Randolph misses Jeff Green will likely start in his place at PF and Matt Barnes will start at SF. Marc Gasol would be an elite play for Memphis with Paul Millsap being elite for the Hawks if Randolph misses,

Matthew Dellavedova

Sacramento Kings
11/27/15, 7:19 PM ET

Matthew Dellavedova active

The Cavs have listed Matthew Dellavedova as active and the PG says that he will play. He will resume a bench role with Mo Williams getting the start tonight. Dellavedova is not much more than a GPP dart throw tonight, and Jared Cunningham would also lose most of his value with Dellavedova returning.

Timofey Mozgov

Orlando Magic
11/27/15, 7:12 PM ET

Timofey Mozgov to start on Friday, TThomp to the bench

Timofey Mozgov will draw the start on Friday, moving Tristan Thompson back to the bench. Thompson is now no longer an option in cash games, but he still may see a slight uptick in his normal allotment of minutes given that this is Mozgov’s first game back. Kevin Love is still locked in as an elite play and shouldn’t suffer as a result of this news.

Eric Bledsoe

Portland Trail Blazers
11/27/15, 7:14 PM ET

Eric Bledsoe to play Friday

Eric Bledsoe will be playing tonight against the Warriors. Bledsoe had been listed as a game-time decision with his sore knee, but he feels good enough to go. Bledsoe will have a tough assignment guarding either Klay Thompson or Steph Curry, so he is a boom-or-bust option. His price is $8,400 on DraftKings and the Suns play in the game with the second-highest implied total of the night, so the opportunities will be there.

Gerald Green

Houston Rockets
11/27/15, 7:06 PM ET

Luol Deng officially out

It’s unclear who will start for him, but it will likely be Gerald Green, who started for Deng in the Heat’s last game and played 38 minutes. We can’t expect him to hit that mark again tonight, but he’s a viable punt play nonetheless. Justice Winslow should also see somewhere around 30 minutes of court time with Deng out of action.

Timofey Mozgov

Orlando Magic
11/27/15, 7:03 PM ET

Timofey Mozgov listed as GTD, but says he'll play

Mozgov’s return would not be good news for Tristan Thompson’s value, and it sounds like Mozgov will at least be active tonight. It’s very unclear how much he’ll play or if he’ll retake his role as a starter, but it makes Thompson a GPP only target tonight. Kevin Love is still locked into big minutes and is playable in any format tonight. Thompson is still a fairly good bet to cross the 30 minute mark against a Charlotte team that likes to play small at times.

DeMarcus Cousins

Denver Nuggets
11/27/15, 7:05 PM ET

DeMarcus Cousins upgraded to questionable Friday

DeMarcus Cousins has been upgraded to questionable with a source saying that he could play tonight in Minnesota. Cousins is a risky play and his status will likely be updated after the FD lock. If Cousins does play, Willie Cauley-Stein would lose all his value and Kosta Koufus takes a hit as well. If Cousins does play he would be an elite late-swap under-owned play tonight.

Marcus Smart

Houston Rockets
11/27/15, 6:53 PM ET

Marcus Smart to miss five-game road trip

Marcus Smart is still struggling with his ankle injury and is going to miss the five-game road trip for the Celtics. He will likely be out longer, up to 9 games. Avery Bradley will remain the starting SG and he is a strong option for the entire time that Smart is out. Evan Turner gets a boost in value and has been averaging 28.43 FPs in his last four games.

Timofey Mozgov

Orlando Magic
11/27/15, 6:48 PM ET

Timofey Mozgov and Matthew Dellavedova both GTD Friday

Timofey Mozgov and Matthew Dellavedova have both been listed as game-time decision with their injuries. If Mozgov plays he would diminish Tristan Thompson’s value, and if Dellavedova plays he would muddy the backcourt situation in Cleveland. Neither is actually likely to play so Mo Williams will get over 30 minutes.

Victor Oladipo

Memphis Grizzlies
11/27/15, 6:43 PM ET

Same starters for the Magic, Oladipo off the bench

The Magic have listed the same starting five that they started the last game with. Channing Frye is making his second start in a row with Elfrid Peyton and Evan Fournier in the backcourt and Tobias Harris and Nikola Vucevic in the frontcourt. Oladipo had 24 points off the bench in the last game and will once again try to be the spark. Vucevic has an enticing matchup against a weak rebounding Bucks team. Tobias Harris will be an under-owned pick with so much depth at the SF position today.

Tyson Chandler

Houston Rockets
11/27/15, 5:48 PM ET

Tyson Chandler starting Friday

Tyson Chandler is back in the starting lineup after missing one game with an illness. The Suns host the Warriors tonight and will need Tyson to be a defensive anchor. Chandler’s return sends Alex Len back to the bench, killing any DFS value he had. Chandler is still not a great DFS option with such a full slate and the chance the Warriors force the Suns to go small.

Mo Williams

Denver Nuggets
11/27/15, 5:34 PM ET

Mo Williams starting tonight

Mo Williams will be inserted into the starting lineup after coming off the bench in the last game. Williams faces his old team and but the Hornets are 8th DvP against PGs. The Hornets have a strong team defense, but it will likely be the Kevin Love and LeBron James show tonight in front of Michael Jordan. Williams will make his contributions, but he is slightly overpriced right now and there are a ton of cheaper PG options.

Rodney Hood

LA Clippers
11/27/15, 5:23 PM ET

Rodney Hood & Trey Burke questionable Saturday

Rodney Hood and Trey Burke are both suffering from back spasms and are listed as questionable for Saturday’s game. The Jazz are hosting the Pelicans on the second night of a back-to-back. Look for Gordon Hayward and Derrick Favors to pick up the slack in the starting lineup, Alec Burks will get the minutes off the bench and play in crunch time.

Ricky Rubio

Cleveland Cavaliers
11/27/15, 3:56 PM ET

Rubio and Bjelica both GTDs tonight

Both Ricky Rubio and Nemanja Bjelica are game-time decisions tonight against the Kings. With this game not starting until 10 ET, users on non-late swap sites will have a tough decision to make in regards to rostering a player like Zach LaVine. At $5,500 on FanDuel, he’s a viable tournament target that would still hold some value even if Rubio is able to play. If Rubio is out, LaVine is an elite target in all formats.
