ARI WR A.J. Green activated from COVID list
A.J. Green has been activated from the COVID list ahead of Arizona’s matchup this Sunday with the Carolina Panthers. Green should slot back in as the number two receiving option behind DeAndre Hopkins (who can still be considered questionable with a hamstring injury). Though this is a tough matchup against a good Carolina secondary if Hopkins were to miss Green could become a much better play due to expected volume.
As reported by: Adam SchefterWR Josh Reynolds claimed off waivers by the Detroit Lions
Josh Reynolds has been claimed off waivers by the Detroit Lions and reunited with Jared Goff who was his quarterback during their time spent playing for the Los Angeles Rams. It is unclear if Reynolds will be ready to play by this weekend but even if he was able to it is unlikely Reynolds would be DFS relevant.
As reported by: Tom PelisseroDEN TE Noah Fant activated off COVID list
Noah Fant has been activated off the COVID list and should be available to play Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles. Fant should instantly reclaim his role as the top tight end in the Denver offense pushing Albert Okwuegbunam back down to his backup role on the depth chart. Fant is expected to see a decent amount of work and can be considered in most formats.
As reported by: James PalmerNOS RB Alvin Kamara (knee) DNP Wednesday
Alvin Kamara (knee) logged a DNP Wednesday ahead of the Saints matchup with the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. There have been rumors that Kamara is dealing with a knee injury that could keep him out for a while and this lends some validity to those statements. If Kamara were to Miss Mark Ingram would be thrust into the lead back role with Alex Armah available to back him up. Ingram would be a tremendous value option based on expected volume. It will be important to monitor Kamara’s practice status throughout the week.
As reported by: John GlennonNEP RB Damien Harris, RB Rhamondre Stevenson, and WR Gunner Olszewski all DNP Wednesday, they are in the concussion protocol
Damien Harris, Rhamondre Stevenson, and Gunner Olszewski all DNP Wednesday ahead of Sunday’s matchup against the Cleveland Browns as they are in the concussion protocol. If Harris and Stevenson were to miss Brandon Bolden and J.J. Taylor would lead the Patriots backfield and become top value options based on expected workload. It will be important to monitor how this situation plays out as some tremendous running back value could open up.
As reported by: Mike Giardi Other tagged players: Rhamondre Stevenson, Gunner OlszewskiMIA QB Tua Tagovailoa listed questionable for Thursday
Tua Tagovailoa has been listed as questionable for Thursday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens. It seems as though Tua will be a true game-time decision tomorrow and if he were unable to go Jacoby Brissett would draw the start. If the Dolphins elect to go with Brissett all pass catchers would see their expected production decrease. The Miami running backs could see an increased workload as the Dolphins might elect to focus on their run game.
As reported by: Adam BeasleyBAL RB Latavius Murray listed doubtful for Thursday; WR Sammy Watkins and TE Nick Boyle listed questionable
Latavius Murray has been listed doubtful for Thursday night’s game against the Miami Dolphins while Sammy Watkins and Nick Boyle have both been listed questionable but are expected to play. With Murray likely out, Devonta Freeman and Le’Veon Bell should see most of the running back snaps with Ty’Son Williams also mixing in. Sammy Watkins should return to his role as wide receiver three behind Marquise Brown and Rashod Bateman. Boyle should return to his role as Mark Andrews backup and also see some snaps in two tight end sets.

Chase Claypool logged a DNP Wednesday and is considered week-to-week going forward while Ben Roethlisberger also logged a DNP but is still expected to play Sunday against the Detroit Lions. Claypool seems to be trending towards being out this weekend which will benefit Diontae Johnson and the rest of the receiving Corps. Johnson will probably be one of the better plays on the slate and James Washington could be a viable value option.
As reported by: Dale Lolley Other tagged players: Ben RoethlisbergerARI QB Kyler Murray, WR DeAndre Hopkins, WR Rondale Moore, and RB Jonathan Ward DNP Wednesday
Kyler Murray, DeAndre Hopkins, Rondale Moore, and Jonathan Ward all logged DNPs Wednesday ahead of Arizona’s game with the Carolina Panthers. Kyler Murray stated that he feels a lot better and expects to play this weekend. If Hopkins and/or Moore are out the rest of the receiving corps would see a tremendous boost in expected production with Christian Kirk being the biggest benefactor. Ward is not expected to play much of a role as the backfield is expected to be led by James Conner with Eno Benjamin available to back him up.

Lirim Hajrullahu has been signed by the Dallas Cowboys, he will handle the kicking duties if Greg Zuerlein (COVID) is unable to play Sunday.
As reported by: Michael GehlkenJAC RB James Robinson DNP Wednesday
James Robinson logged a DNP Wednesday ahead of Jacksonville’s game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. Robinson was forced to miss last game with a heel injury and it still seems to be bothering him. If he were unable to suit up Carlos Hyde would see the bulk of the running back work with Dare Ogunbowale and Devine Ozigbo available to back him up. Hyde would need to be considered due to expected volume despite how awful it would feel to roster him in 2021.
As reported by: Adam CaplanDET RB Jamaal Williams DNP Wednesday
Jamaal Williams logged a DNP Wednesday ahead of the Lions’ matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Williams was unable to suit up last game and is still not feeling right after the bye week, if he is unable to suit up D’Andre Swift could play an even larger role than usual with Jermar Jefferson available to back him up. This will be an important situation to monitor as D’Andre Swift could become one of the top plays on the slate due to expected volume and is seemingly matchup proof even against a tough Pittsburgh defense with his receiving ability out of the backfield.
As reported by: Tim TwentymanARI TE Demetrius Harris activated from COVID list
Demetrius Harris has been activated from the COVID list ahead of Arizona’s matchup against the Carolina Panthers. Harris is expected to serve as the second tight end behind Zach Ertz and is not expected to be DFS relevant at this time.
As reported by: Bob McManamanSEA QB Russell Wilson full participant in practice Wednesday; RB Chris Carson and WR Dee Eskridge return to practice, status still in question for Sunday
Russell Wilson will be a full participant in practice Wednesday and is expected to start Sunday against the Green Bay Packers, while Chris Carson and Dee Eskridge returned to practice their status is still in question for this weekend. Carson would likely slot back into his role as the primary back for the Seahawks with Alex Collins and Rashaad Penny available to back him up. If Carson were to miss Collins would be the lead back with Penny and Travis Homer available to back him up. Dee Eskridge could see his first game action since Week 1 where he suffered a concussion but at this time is not expected to see enough snaps to be DFS relevant.
As reported by: Brady Henderson Other tagged players: Chris Carson, D'Wayne EskridgeWAS WR Curtis Samuel (groin) DNP Wednesday
Curtis Samuel logged a DNP Wednesday ahead of the Washington Football Team’s matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It seems as though the groin injury that has plagues Samuel all season still has not fully healed after the bye week. If Samuel is once again unable to suit up this weekend, the receiving corps will be led by Terry McLaurin, Adam Humphries, and DeAndre Carter. McLaurin would remain the top play here and would be expected to see a high volume of targets in a heavy passing attack for Washington, though it would still be a very tough matchup against the Tampa Bay defense.
