PGA DFS Core Plays: AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am

Top-ranked DFS player, Notorious, breaks down his favorite PGA DFS picks at various price ranges on DraftKings and FanDuel for the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. Who should you be building your lineups around? Find out below!
It was a great debut for the revamped PGA DFS model. The top of the leaderboard was littered with the best point-per-dollar plays from the model. If Si Woo Kim could have had a slightly better day on the greens on Sunday, we could have added an outright win to the bottom line as well. I hope you had a good week in Phoenix and are ready to keep it going at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

Even though this is a no-cut event with only 80 golfers in the field, we have another 2-course rotation on tap this week. Golfers will play 3 rounds at Pebble Beach and 1 round at Spyglass Hill. We don’t have ShotLink data from Spyglass Hill, but we’ll cover the basics of the course. It’s a Par 72 that measures 7,041 yards. It’s typically on the easier side of things when it comes to scoring. The greens are fairly small (5,000 square feet) and feature poa annua grass.
Pebble Beach Golf Links is one of the most iconic golf courses in the world. While I don’t love no-cut events, I will certainly take 3 rounds at Pebble Beach over the old format of this event, where we had a 3-course rotation. This course is a Par 72 that measures 6,972 yards. This is a less-than-driver course, as a lot of holes require forced layups. In 2025, the field only hit driver on 55% of non-Par 3 tee shots, which was one of the lowest marks of any course on TOUR. While Driving Distance doesn’t matter much this week, you don’t have to be super accurate. With the pro-am format, we can expect playable rough and friendly pin positions.
The greens at Pebble Beach are the smallest on the PGA TOUR. They are 3,500 square feet on average, which creates very small targets. This places an emphasis on approach play and around-the-green play. Good iron players and good scramblers have had a ton of success at this course over the years. The greens feature poa annua grass, which is certainly an acquired taste for these professionals. Putting on these greens requires a lot of patience. Course history hasn’t been very predictive here over the years, but it certainly doesn’t hurt if a golfer has played well here in the past.
As far as roster construction goes, we have a similar situation as last week. If you want to roster Scottie Scheffler, you will have to find value plays that you feel good about. The main difference this week is that we don’t have a cut, so everyone in the field is guaranteed to play all 4 rounds (barring a WD). While this does make the Scheffler builds more enticing, I’m still leaning toward the balanced build in cash games, small-field tournaments, and single-entry tournaments.

Henley is 2nd in my model for the week, which screams value at his current price point. He has quietly rattled off 10 straight top 20s on the PGA TOUR, including a T8 at the American Express and a T19 at the Sony Open. He should find Pebble Beach to his liking, as he typically plays his best on shorter courses where Driving Distance isn’t a prerequisite for success. He’s elite on approach, he’s one of the best scramblers in the world, and he’s a positive putter. He’s also good at hitting fairways, which will certainly come in handy on a course with small greens (it is much easier to hit the greens from the short grass). In addition to the form and course fit, Henley finished T5 here last year.
Conviction Plays
Tommy Fleetwood

Golf is a funny game. Due to a few bad breaks and several bad Sundays, Fleetwood searched for his first PGA TOUR win for a very long time. After a couple of heartbreaks in 2025, he finally broke through and won the TOUR Championship. Since then, he has picked up another win on the DP World Tour, along with finishes of 2nd and 3rd. While he hasn’t teed it up on this side of the pond in 2026, he enters the week in great form. He’s a solid course fit for Pebble Beach, as his biggest strengths are iron play, scrambling, and putting. He’s my favorite spend of the week, as it’s really hard to build a lineup that looks good with Scottie Scheffler.
