This will leave the Clippers’ bench a bit more than than expected, and this is noteworthy considering the Clippers are expected to cap the minutes of Reggie Jackson, Marcus Morris and Nicolas Batum. Look for the bench unit to get more extended run tonight.

Bogdan Bogdanovic (knee) questionable on Friday; Skylar Mays (illness) ruled out. Mays’ injury isn’t impactful but Bogdanovic’s is, especially with the Hawks down John Collins already. If Bogdanovic can’t go, the second unit would rely more on Delon Wright and Jalen Johnson, while Trae Young and Kevin Huerter would see more responsibilities on offense with the starters.

This will make it tricky to build lineups without knowing their statuses as Jericho Sims and Obi Toppin would become strong plays if one or both sat. This game is one hour after lock so hopefully we’ll know more closer to game-time.

Suns will start Paul, Booker, Bridges Crowder, Ayton on Thursday. Chris Paul will make his long awaited return tonight and will start for the Suns. He is not expected to play his usual 28-32 minutes per HC Monty Williams so exercise caution if rostering Paul. This could mean more minutes for Cam Payne and more playmaking opportunities for Devin Booker.

Chris Paul not expected to see “his usual minutes” on Thursday per Coach Williams. Paul has averaged 33 minutes this season but my best guess is 26-28 minutes is more realistic in his return tonight. Just exercise some caution here.

Grizzlies will start Jones, Bane, Williams, Jackson Jr., Adams on Thursday. With Morant, Clark, and Brooks all ruled out the starting lineup will look much different than it usually does. Tyus Jones and Ziaire Williams will draw the start with Jones being worth consideration in most formats and Williams worth consideration in tournaments.
