Darius Garland plans to play on Wednesday but will go through pregame workout before final decision. This is good news for the Cavs who have Brandon Goodwin will listed as questionable. With Garland likely back and Caris LeVert expected to debut, everything’s coming up Milhouse for the Cavs.
