Bullock cleared the NBA’s health and safety protocols prior to Wednesday’s matchup against the Sacramento Kings, but he’s been ruled out as he continues to regain his conditioning levels prior to his lengthy stint on the COVID list. This news, combined with Brandon Knight entering league protocols, should open the door for one or two of Frank Ntilikina, Sterling Brown, and Theo Pinson to see increased playing time in tonight’s contest. However, there’s always the possibility Mavericks head coach Jason Kidd turns to Isaiah Thomas to help fill those vacated minutes following the finalization of the veteran guard’s 10-day harship contract earlier this afternoon.

Elfrid Payton (protocols) listed out Wednesday
Payton has had a marginal and sporadic role in the Suns’ rotation of late, so his unavailability for Wednesday’s matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder shouldn’t have any overarching effects on the remaining members of the roster. If anything, it’s possible Chandler Hutchison joins the rotation, but more than likely, head coach Monty Williams will spread those minutes amongst Cam Payne, Landry Shamet, and others this evening.

Gilgeous-Alexander was previously confirmed in the Thunder’s starting lineup, but he’s now been downgraded to out and won’t play in Wednesday’s matchup against the Phoenix Suns due to an ankle injury. This is troubling news for an already depleted Oklahoma City roster as head coach Mark Daigneault will now be forced to turn to Ty Jerome as his starting point guard in tonight’s contest while Paul Watson, Aaron Wiggins, Lu Dort, and Isaiah Roby round out the rest of the starting five. If the Thunder are able to keep the game somewhat competitive, there should be plenty of fantasy value to bad from any of the players previously mentioned, potentially along with key bench pieces like Kenrich Williams and Theo Maledon this even

Smart will miss a second straight game due to a right-hand laceration, and with five regular roster players still in the NBA’s health and safety protocols for Wednesday’s matchup against the LA Clippers, this news is the last thing a struggling Celtics squad needed. The absence of Smart, Dennis Schroder, and Jayson Tatum should give Payton Pritchard another lengthy leash as the starting point guard in tonight’s contest, especially following his tremendous daily fantasy performance in 44 minutes of action last time out. However, with Josh Richardson returning, Pritchard shouldn’t have to bear that type of workload again since Richardson and Brown should be able to form at least a semi-competent offensive creation duo when he is off the court this evening.

This is the third straight missed game for Gordon because of a sore left hamstring, while Morris and Cancar will also be unavailable for Tuesday’s matchup against the Golden State Warriors due to their respective ailments. Down two starters and a replacement starter, Nuggets head coach Michael Malone has opted to go with a smaller first unit with Facundo Campazzo and Austin Rivers manning the backcourt and Will Barton sliding to small forward. However, there’s always the chance one or both don’t see full starting minutes, since Malone can go bigger with JaMychal Green or Zeke Nnaji at power forward, or he could simply ride the hot hand if someone like Bones Hyland plays well off the bench.

Reid was among several Timberwolves to clear the NBA’s health and safety protocols earlier this afternoon, and given his brief absence, he’s been cleared to play in Tuesday’s matchup against the New York Knicks after missing just two games, while Beverley will also be available to play, as expected, following his reconditioning period. The return of Reid does throw a bit of a wrench into the frontcourt projections of the Timberwolves for tonight’s contest with Nathan Knight no longer being the clear-cut top value option on the entire slate, but he’ll still be a worthy tournament target since it’s unknown how many minutes Reid will be able to handle coming off a stint in protocols, albeit an abbreviated one.

The Pelicans were expected to be with Ingram for Tuesday’s matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers, but they’ll suddenly be even more shorthanded at the wing and forward positions with Hart unable to suit up because of a knee injury. In their absences, Garrett Temple and Gary Clark will join the starting lineup, but given Clark’s erratic daily fantasy production and unstable minute floor, he can be easily avoided in all formats across the industry. However, his utilization as even just a spot starter is still a significant hit to the projected values of bench players like Trey Murphy and Tomas Satoransky this evening.

Beal was listed as questionable on the Wizards’ injury report in hopes he’d be able to clear the NBA’s health and safety protocols prior to Tuesday’s matchup against the Miami Heat, but he failed to do so and will be sidelined along with Harrell and the six other Wizards currently in protocol procedures. This news obviously creates some depth issues at several positions for head coach Wes Unseld Jr., so Spencer Dinwiddie, Kyle Kuzma, and Daniel Gafford, if he can stay out of foul trouble, should be asked to handle as many minutes as possible in the first unit. However, Gafford’s floor did take a bit of a hit with Alize Johnson signing a 10-day hardship contract prior to the game, giving Unseld at least another frontcourt body with some NBA experience off the bench this evening.

As of now, Ellington has been listed out for Tuesday’s matchup against the Houston Rockets due to a non-COVID related illness, and he becomes the seventh Lakers roster player to be unavailable for tonight’s contest. In his absence, Avery Bradley should rejoin the rotation and potentially start following his DNP-CD in the previous game, but the remainder of Ellington’s vacated minutes could be absorbed by multiple members in the second unit like Malik Monk, Carmelo Anthony, or Stanley Johnson this evening.

Favors becomes the seventh Thunder player to enter the NBA’s health and safety protocols, and he won’t play in Tuesday’s matchup against the Sacramento Kings, leaving Oklahoma City dangerously thin in the frontcourt and several other key positions. In his absence, it’s in the range of outcomes that Isaiah Roby and Mike Muscala absorb all the minutes available at the center position in tonight’s contest, though Roby should have the higher minute upside of the two given his ability to play multiple positions in head coach Mark Daigneault’s rotation this evening.

Garland becomes the latest Cavalier to enter the NBA’s health and safety protocols and wont play in Tuesday’s matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans, while Mobley is considered a game-time decision after clearing health and safety protocols earlier in the day. Mobley’s status will obviously have a huge impact on the projection of Kevin Love and the remainder of the Cleveland front court rotation, but with Garland unavailable, Ricky Rubio will remain in the starting lineup and should be one of the top value options on tonight’s slates across the daily fantasy industry.
