Ivica Zubac (knee) will play Monday

Shortly after being officially listed as questionable it was reported that the Clippers announced that Ivica Zubac will play tonight. We will continue to monitor the situation but it appears Zubac will be available tonight. Zubac has been the Clippers lone consistent big man averaging 36 minutes the last three games while scoring over 30 DK points in each of those games. Zubac has played in every single game this season for the Clippers so he will likely tough out the injury to his knee but could be limited. If he is limited, Marcus Morris and Nicolas Batum could see some additional small ball five minutes with Demarcus Cousins possibly rejoining the rotation. The Clippers offense should be run through Paul George and Reggie Jackson as Los Angeles looks to stave off elimination tonight and force a Game 6 Wednesday.

Ivica Zubac (knee) listed questionable Monday

Ivica Zubac has been listed as questionable ahead of Monday night’s game against the Phoenix Suns. Zubac has been the Clippers lone consistent center averaging 36 minutes the last 3 games (40 last game) and has been putting up good numbers scoring over 30 DK points in each of the last 3 games. It is likely that Zubac still plays as he has yet to miss a game playing in all 97 of the Clippers contests this season. If he were to be limited Marcus Morris and Nicolas Batum could see some more small ball five minutes and Demarcus Cousins could rejoin the rotation. The Clippers offense should be run through Paul George and Reggie Jackson as Los Angeles looks to stave off elimination tonight and force a Game 6 Wednesday.

Lineup Update: Bucks will start Holiday, Middleton, Giannis, Tucker, Lopez on Sunday

Bogdan Bogdanovic (knee) will be available Sunday

Bogdan Bogdanovic will be available Sunday for Game 3 of the Hawks series against the Milwaukee Bucks. Bogdan has been able to play in every game so far despite dealing with right knee soreness and should be in line to start and see minutes in the upper 20s (which seems to be his normal workload now with the injury in addition to the return of Cam Reddish) as the Hawks look to take a 2-1 series lead tonight. The Hawks offense should continue to be led by Trae Young, John Collins, and Clint Capela though Coach Nate McMillan mentioned earlier today that he would like to see Bogdanovic and Kevin Huerter play a larger on ball role to take defensive pressure off of Young.

Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) will be available and start Sunday

As expected, Giannis Antetokounmpo will be available Sunday for Game 3 of the Bucks series with the Atlanta Hawks after being listed as probable on last night’s injury report with left calf tightness. Giannis will start and should see his normal heavy minutes, he should be considered an elite option tonight as the Bucks look to take a 2-1 series lead tonight. The Milwaukee offense should continue to be run through Giannis, Khris Middleton, and Jrue Holiday.

Lineup Update: Suns will start Paul, Booker, Bridges, Crowder, Ayton on Saturday

Marcus Morris will return to the starting lineup Saturday after being scratched after lock on Thursday. Morris was originally expected to be a game-time decision but Coach Ty Lue said that he would be available earlier in the day and that Morris was feeling better after dealing with a sore knee. Apparently he is feeling well enough to rejoin the starting lineup which will send Terance Mann back to the bench likely hurting his value a little. Morris could see closer to 30 minutes now that he is feeling better after being limited the last 3 games of the series. Mann should still be a viable play tonight despite coming off the bench and will still likely see minutes in the 20s after playing well on Thursday.

Abdel Nader (knee) available to play Saturday

Abdel Nader will be available Saturday for Game 4 against the Los Angeles Clippers after being sidelined since March 21st with a right knee injury. Though Nader will be available, we do not expect him to enter the rotation at this time. If he does enter the rotation Dario Saric and/or Torrey Craig could see fewer minutes.

Marcus Morris (knee) will play Saturday

Marcus Morris will be available Saturday for Game 4 against the Phoenix Suns as the Clippers look to even the series at 2 games apiece. Morris was a last minute scratch from the starting lineup on Thursday as the Clippers elected to insert Terance Mann and have Morris play off the bench. He still saw 24 minutes which was right around the low to mid 20s minutes that he had seen in the first 2 games of the series despite starting those. Head Coach Ty Lue will likely continue with what is working and stick with a similar rotation for Game 4 in Los Angeles. Most of the Clippers production should be seen by Paul George, Reggie Jackson, and Ivica Zubac.

Cameron Payne (ankle) will play Saturday

Cameron Payne will be available Saturday for Game 4 against the Clippers after being listed as probable on last night’s injury report. Payne suffered a left ankle sprain last game and was only able to log 4 minutes before being ruled out for the remainder of the game. Much of Payne’s appeal was lost when Chris Paul returned, and this will continue to be the case as long as Payne is priced where he is (5.6K on DK) and Paul is capable of playing upper 30s minutes (39 in his first game back on Thursday). With Payne available Paul should see a slightly reduced load tonight after Coach Monty Williams stated that he played Paul too much on Thursday. The Suns offensive production should be led by Paul, Devin Booker, and Deandre Ayton as the Suns look to take a 3-1 series lead tonight.

Bogdan Bogdanovic (knee) available to play Friday

Bogdanovic was upgraded from questionable to available, and will play against the Milwaukee Bucks. Bogdanovic has been limited by the knee, but should be in the starting lineup; we’ve got him projected for 30 minutes assuming he starts.

Lineup update: Terance Mann will start for Marcus Morris Thursday; Morris available to play off the bench

The Clippers made a last minute and post-lock change to their starting lineup, electing to roll with Mann over Morris in the starting lineup. Morris is still available to play off the bench, but the Clippers look to be downsizing in an effort to matchup with CP3 and Booker. This news came out almost 15 minutes after lock, so it’s quite difficult to know what caused this and if it’ll stay going forward. The Clippers continue their last minute changes that they tortured DFS players with during the regular season.
