Kevin Love

Utah Jazz
3/05/16, 6:59 PM ET

Kevin Love will play Saturday

Kevin Love will play Saturday against the Celtics after being rested last night against Washington. Love makes for a great GPP play tonight. The Celtics have struggled to guard both power forwards and centers this season. Love is averaging 33 DK points per game in his two meetings with Boston this season. LaMarcus Aldridge, Gorgui Dieng, Thaddeus Young, and Derrick Favors will all likely be higher owned in tournaments.

Omer Asik

Chicago Bulls
3/05/16, 6:39 PM ET

Omer Asik will start Saturday

Omer Asik will start Saturday against the Jazz. He had missed the last five games with an ankle injury. He is a GPP punt play only. Asik is minimum price on both sites. The Jazz are near the top of the league in defending opposing frontcourts.

Kobe Bryant

Los Angeles Lakers
3/05/16, 5:12 PM ET

Kobe Bryant questionable Sunday

Kobe Bryant is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Warriors. He has missed three of his last four games with a shoulder injury. This will be the Lakers last game against the Warriors, so you know Bryant will want to try and give it a go. If Bryant can’t go, we will have to wait and see who the Lakers will start. Anthony Brown is out for at least a month with an injury.

Stephen Curry

Golden State Warriors
3/05/16, 5:07 PM ET

Stephen Curry will play Sunday

Stephen Curry will play Sunday against the Lakers. Curry said his ankle was sore yesterday, but it felt better today. This will be the Warriors last game against Kobe Bryant and the Lakers, so you know Curry will want to put on a show. Curry is an elite play in all formats tomorrow.

Nikola Mirotic

Milwaukee Bucks
3/05/16, 4:04 PM ET

Nikola Mirotic questionable Saturday

Nikola Mirotic has been upgraded to questionable for Saturday’s game against the Rockets. He hasn’t played in over a month with a chest injury. If he does play tonight; he’s an easy fade. Bobby Portis, Taj Gibson, and Doug McDermott will lose their value with Mirotic back in the rotation.

Gary Neal

Atlanta Hawks
3/05/16, 3:12 PM ET

Gary Neal out Saturday

Gary Neal will miss another game with his thigh injury. With Alan Anderson back in the rotation, Garrett Temple is no longer a viable value play. Temple has really been struggling. Last game, he played 27 minutes and finished with just 2 FD points.

Nerlens Noel

Sacramento Kings
3/05/16, 1:43 PM ET

Nerlens Noel, Jahlil Okafor, and Nik Stauskas all listed as out for Sunday

The 76ers will continue to be shorthanded for Sunday’s game against the Heat. Nerlens Noel, Jahlil Okafor, and Nik Stauskas also missed Friday’s game against Miami. With both Noel and Okafor out, Jerami Grant will continue to log a lot of minutes. On Friday, he played 38 minutes and finished with 22 FD points. Carl Landry started last night and Elton Brand even saw 13 minutes of action, but both aren’t DFS options. Richard Holmes could be a decent GPP punt play Sunday. He finished with 13 points and 8 rebounds in 25 minutes last night. With Stauskas out, Isaiah Canaan will continue to see more minutes, but he’s a GPP punt play only.

Jimmy Butler

Golden State Warriors
3/05/16, 1:22 PM ET

Jimmy Butler will play Saturday

Jimmy Butler will return to action Saturday against the Rockets. He missed the last eleven games with a knee injury. By all accounts he won’t be on any kind of minute’s restriction. He makes for a great tournament play tonight. Butler will likely be lowly owned, due to this being his first game back. He has an elite matchup against the Rockets. With Butler returning it hurts the value mostly of E’Twaun Moore. Tony Snell, Doug McDermott, and Mike Dunleavy will also see their roles in the offense decrease.

As reported by: Nick Friedell

Taj Gibson

New Orleans Pelicans
3/05/16, 1:17 PM ET

Taj Gibson will play Saturday

Taj Gibson will play Saturday against the Rockets; he missed the last game with a hamstring injury. He isn’t a DFS option tonight. It sounds like he’s still not 100% healthy, and he doesn’t have that upside you want for tournaments. He has only reached over 22 FD points once in his last ten games. With Gibson returning it hurts the value of Bobby Portis.

Kevin Martin

San Antonio Spurs
3/04/16, 11:34 PM ET

Kevin Martin to sign with the Spurs

Kevin Martin, who was waived the Timberwolves, will be signing with the Spurs. Martin will have a tough time being a consistent DFS option on a loaded team.

Jordan Clarkson

New York Knicks
3/04/16, 9:50 PM ET

Jordan Clarkson (knee) ruled out on Friday

Jordan Clarkson has been ruled out of tonight’s contest with the Hawks. With Bryant and Williams also out, look for Nick Young to get the start. Marcelo Huertas will also see a bump in value with all those players out. Huertas should be considered an elite punt option because he will likely play even if the game is a blowout.

As reported by: @Lakers Other tagged players: Nick Young, Marcelo Huertas

Kenneth Faried

Houston Rockets
3/04/16, 9:29 PM ET

Kenneth Faried (back) confirmed as the starter tonight

Kenneth Faried will be starting tonight even though he is suffering from a back injury. Faried is a risky play after only playing 18 minutes in his last game. He should be considered a tournament option since he averaged 39.5 DKFP in the three games before the injury.

Omer Asik

Chicago Bulls
3/04/16, 8:46 PM ET

Omer Asik upgraded to questionable for Saturday

Omer Asik is dealing with an ankle issue but has been upgraded for Saturday’s game against the Jazz. The Pelicans will need his size as Kendrick Perkins has been starting with Ajinca also out. Asik is not a DFS option even if he plays.

As reported by: Pelicans PR Other tagged players: Alexis Ajinca

Norman Powell

Chicago Bulls
3/04/16, 8:22 PM ET

Norman Powell to start ahead of James Johnson tonight

Norman Powell is not a DFS option even though he is starting for James Johnson tonight. Both guys are minimum salaried players but have yet to show much DFS value this season. Johnson is not injured and is only being benched due to his lackluster play.

As reported by: Raptors MR Other tagged players: James Johnson

Solomon Hill

New York Knicks
3/04/16, 8:08 PM ET

Solomon Hill starting over Myles Turner tonight

Solomon Hill will be starting tonight over Myles Turner for defensive purposes. Marvin Williams absolutely torched the Pacers in their last meeting, causing Pacers Frank Vogel to go with the switch. Hill has shown he can exceed value when given the minutes so he should be considered tonight. Hill is a minimum salaried player on both major sites and his minutes will depend on his effectiveness guarding Marvin Williams.
