CIN WR Tee Higgins was a limited participant Wednesday.
It’s a nice thing to see, as he’ll need to keep trending in this direction to clear the concussion protocol and play Sunday.
DEN WR KJ Hamler (Knee/Hip) did not practice Wednesday.
He played over half the snaps Monday, and this may not be anything more than a rest day for a player that has been dealing with a prolonged injury recovery. Future absences would be more concerning.
HOU WR Brevin Jordan (ankle) listed as a limited participant Wednesday.
An injury could help explain his more limited than expected activity Sunday, and we’ll monitor his health heading into Week 2.
CHI WR Velus Jones (hamstring) listed as a limited participant Wednesday.
He missed last week due to the issue, and the depth chart is fairly crowded with run-rate WRs at the moment. His return will only serve to muddy the waters even further.
GBP WR Allen Lazard (ankle) listed as a limited participant Wednesday.
It’s a good sign that he could be on the way back for Week 2.
IND WR Michael Pittman (quad) was limited Wednesday. WR Alec Pierce (concussion) DNP.
Pierce is the bigger concern right now, as he’ll have just a few days to clear the steps of the program in order to be eligible for play this Sunday. If he can’t go, Ashton Dulin should be the first name called to play some of his snaps.
Other tagged players: Alec PierceLVR WR Keelan Cole signed to the active roster. WR DJ Turner placed on the Reserve/Injured list.
Cole was involved regularly in preseason, but Davante Adams is going to keep a lot of pass catchers here far away from viability should he continue to earn targets at a mind-blowing pace.
MIA WR Cedrick Wilson (toe), RB Salvon Ahmed (heel), and TE Cethan Carter (concussion) did not practice Wednesday.
Wilson is a new addition and his status is worth monitoring. Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle are already in command of the targets here, and any further absences strengthen that position if only slightly.
BAL RB JK Dobbins (knee) practiced Wednesday.
It’s a big step towards his return to the lineup, although we should still expect a more limited workload once he’s confirmed back.
BAL WR James Proche (groin) limited Wednesday.

We’re leaning towards him missing the game in our early projections, but none of the Giants are standing out just yet in his absence for DFS.
NYJ WR Braxton Berrios (heel) and QB Zach Wilson (knee) listed limited Wednesday. Flacco still expected to start Sunday.
Wilson’s attendance is not an indication of his possible availability at this time. Saleh expressed that Flacco was still the guy and not on a short leash for the game.

It’s a good sign that he was available at all, and means we will probably have to wait at least another week to see preseason standout Jaylen Warren slated for any meaningful touches. Najee still isn’t in the clear, and you’d like to see him labeled a full participant by Friday.
