MLB PrizePicks Predictions Today

Ronald Acuna – More than 1.5 Total Bases

Anytime the Braves face a lefty, I like to check in on the projections for Acuna, Albies, Riley, and Ozuna. While the entire lineup is ridiculously strong, these four plus Matt Olson are my typical go-tos. Tonight is no different, as Ronald Acuna number on PrizePicks is far too low. He projects for 2.48 total bases in the RotoGrinders projections and should have an easy time smashing against Tommy Henry, who has given up a 45.1% hard-hit rate to righties over the past season.

Patrick Corbin – Less Than 16.5 Outs

Corbin is arguably the worst pitcher on the slate, as he’s nowhere near what he was earlier in his career. He can’t strike out either side of the plate anymore and gave up a hard-hit rate of at least 48.7% to both righties and lefties last season. He projects for 14.85 outs in the RotoGrinders projection and has a 75.55% win rate in the MLB Fantasy Pick’em Tool for PrizePicks, the highest on the slate.

Hunter Greene – Less Than 34.5 Fantasy Points

Greene is one of the most volatile pitchers in baseball, able to put up monster games while also capable of getting lit up by his opponents. Tonight, he has a projection of 33.52 fantasy points in the RotoGrinders projections and carries a 74.47% win rate in the MLB Fantasy Pick’em Tool for PrizePicks. The Mets are a low strikeout team, and Greene should have trouble putting up a ceiling game against them.
