Richaun Holmes (back) expected to be available on Monday per Coach Gentry.

Richaun Holmes (back) expected to be available on Monday per Coach Gentry. This likely won’t have much DFS impact with Domantas Sabonis playing so well and Holmes likely to remain coming off the bench.

Goran Dragic expected to see a similar workload on Monday as his 14 minutes on Saturday, per Coach Nash. Given this expectation, it takes me off him even in GPPs.

Chris Duarte (toe) is available and Lance Stephenson (ankle) is out on Monday.

Fred VanVleet

Houston Rockets
2/28/22, 7:08 PM ET

Fred VanVleet "not very likely to play" on Monday.

Fred VanVleet “not very likely to play” on Monday. Stay tuned as he hasn’t been officially ruled out yet but I think we need to treat him closer to doubtful now. CourtIQ shows that when VanVleet (and OG Anunoby) have been off the court this season, Gary Trent Jr. has gotten a +6.7% usage bump. It would make him and Pascal Siakam strong plays in all formats.

Brandon Goodwin

New York Knicks
2/28/22, 7:01 PM ET

Cavs will start Goodwin, Okoro, Markkanen, Mobley and Allen on Monday.

Cavs will start Goodwin, Okoro, Markkanen, Mobley and Allen on Monday. This is the same starting lineup as last game, confirming Brandon Goodwin will remain in the starting lineup. Goodwin remains a fine play in all formats tonight despite his rising price tag. The linked tweet also mentioned Tim Frazier is expected to see time tonight.

Caleb Martin

Dallas Mavericks
2/28/22, 6:50 PM ET

Caleb Martin (Achilles) expected to play on Monday.

Caleb Martin (Achilles) expected to play on Monday. This adds some reinforcements to the Heat bench as Martin entered the day questionable. There’s not much DFS impact here.

Markelle Fultz

Toronto Raptors
2/28/22, 6:23 PM ET

Markelle Fultz expected to play between 16-20 minutes off the bench on Monday.

Markelle Fultz expected to play between 16-20 minutes off the bench on Monday. Fultz will be making his season debut from his knee injury and will be limited and monitored. Given the minute restriction he’s not someone I’m looking at for DFS purposes. His return might hurt the other guards, and I’m personally targeting more of the bigs on Orlando.

As reported by: Cody Taylor

Malcolm Brogdon

New York Knicks
2/28/22, 3:34 PM ET

Malcolm Brogdon (Achilles) out on Monday; Lance Stephenson (ankle) doubtful; Chris Duarte (toe) probable.

Malcolm Brogdon (Achilles) out on Monday; Lance Stephenson (ankle) doubtful; Chris Duarte (toe) probable. With Brogdon out, our projections team is assuming Terry Taylor could draw the start. Stephenson being out should mean more time for Duarte in the second unit. This news is going to make Buddy Hield and Tyrese Haliburton project even better now.

DJ Wilson

Philadelphia 76ers
2/28/22, 2:39 PM ET

Raptors sign DJ Wilson to another 10-day contract and will be available on Monday.

Raptors sign DJ Wilson to another 10-day contract and will be available on Monday. Even though Wilson will be available with OG Anunoby out, it’s unlikely he cracks the rotation as the Raptors still have Chris Boucher, Precious Achiuwa and Thaddeus Young in front of him. There shouldn’t be any DFS impact here.

Jalen McDaniels

New Orleans Pelicans
2/28/22, 2:02 PM ET

Jalen McDaniels (ankle) out on Monday; Nick Richards (foot) and James Bouknight (neck) are doubtful; Cody Martin (back) is questionable.

Jalen McDaniels (ankle) out on Monday; Nick Richards (foot) and James Bouknight (neck) are doubtful; Cody Martin (back) is questionable. The Hornets used a nine-man rotation yesterday with JT Thor, and they should continue to run a tight rotation tonight, especially if Martin can’t suit up.

Lakers will start Westbrook, Reaves, James, Ariza, Howard on Sunday

2/27/22, 10:34 PM ET

Lakers will start Westbrook, Reaves, James, Ariza, Howard on Sunday. The Lakers will roll with the same starting five as they did on Saturday in their loss against the Clippers. The main takeaways here are that LeBron James will start despite being listed as questionable earlier in the day (though there was little doubt he would end up playing), Austin Reaves will remain in the starting lineup and see increased run, Trevor Ariza will continue to start over Stanley Johnson, and Dwight Howard will start at center with Anthony Davis on the shelf for at least the next four weeks.

Zeke Nnaji

Denver Nuggets
2/27/22, 9:33 PM ET

Zeke Nnaji (knee) listed out Sunday

Zeke Nnaji (knee) has been listed out for Sunday’s game against the Portland Trail Blazers. With Nnaji out, JaMychal Green and Demarcus Cousins should handle the majority of the backup big man minutes. Neither of these players projects to see enough minutes tonight to be considered in DFS contests, especially with value at the position available elsewhere.
