Desmond Bane

Orlando Magic
12/13/21, 5:51 PM ET

Desmond Bane (foot) and Steven Adams (ankle) questionable Monday

The Grizzlies continue to update their initial injury and Bane and Adams are now listed as questionable for Monday’s matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers due to their respective ailments, while Jaren Jackson Jr. also remains questionable with left knee soreness. Bane and Adams and their injury statuses are trending in opposite directions as Bane previously didn’t have a designation on the injury report and Adams was previously listed as doubtful. Clearly, there’s a lot of moving parts on the Memphis team on the injury front, but if Bane is unable to suit up DeAnthony Melton figures to step into his role in the starting unit alongside Tyus Jones in the backcourt this evening.
