Dillon Brooks

Phoenix Suns
11/22/21, 11:07 PM ET

Dillon Brooks (hamstring) officially out Monday

As expected, Brooks won’t play in Monday’s matchup against the Utah Jazz due to a sore right hamstring that has now forced him to miss two games. The Grizzlies will also be without De’Anthony Melton in tonight’s contest, so their absences should allow Desmond Bane to see all the minutes he can handle alongside Ja Morant in the backcourt, whereas Kyle Anderson will join the starting lineup once again and will a be a viable, albeit, volatile option in daily fantasy tournaments across the industry this evening.

Josh Okogie

Utah Jazz
11/22/21, 9:12 PM ET

Josh Okogie (back) ruled out Monday

Okogie will miss a fourth consecutive game because of back spasms, but even when he was active, he had a minimal role in Timberwolves head coach Chris Finch’s rotation, so his continued absence will carry negligible impact for the remaining members of the team. However, it does sure up the minute floor of Jarred Vanderbilt a bit more as the versatile big man has managed to log at least 25 minutes as the starting power forward in each of the previous three games.

Javonte Green

Detroit Pistons
11/22/21, 7:35 PM ET

Javonte Green available to play Monday

Green is available to play Monday, no surprise given he was listed as probable earlier today. It’s possible he takes on a bigger workload with Alex Caruso out, but Green is still not a DFS option tonight.

Bogdan Bogdanovic

Houston Rockets
11/22/21, 7:31 PM ET

Bogdan Bogdanovic (quad contusion) available to play Monday

Bogdanovic is available to play Monday. We have him projected for minutes in the high-20s, and there is nothing to suggest that he should be limited at all tonight. While he hasn’t been the same sort of statistical producer as he was last year with Atlanta, his ceiling still shines through occasionally. He isn’t a recommended target on tonight’s ten-game slate.

Robert Williams III

Portland Trail Blazers
11/22/21, 7:28 PM ET

Robert Williams available to play Monday

Williams is available to play Monday, but is not expected to see more than 30 minutes of court time according to the coaching staff. His return pushes Grant Williams back to the bench and is also not great news for Al Hoford, who has been a stronger fantasy producer when Time Lord is off the court.

Alex Caruso

Oklahoma City Thunder
11/22/21, 7:26 PM ET

Alex Caruso (wrist) ruled out for Monday

Caruso will not play Monday due to a wrist issue. He was able to make it through last night’s game, but did foul out and will sit here on the second leg of a B2B. With Caruso out, Lonzo Ball, Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan should all take on a little more distributing, as those three are likely to be the main source of assists (and points) in this one. Coby White is likely the biggest winner off the bench, and he does step onto the radar as a GPP punt play. Javonte Green and Ayo Dosunmo are also candidates to see some extra court time.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander

Oklahoma City Thunder
11/22/21, 7:23 PM ET

Shai-Gilgeous Alexander (ankle) ruled out for Monday

Shai will not play Monday, a big loss for the Thunder who will have a tough test against the Hawks on the road. With SGA out, Josh Giddey, Lu Dort and Darius Bazley all figure to take on bigger roles from a playmaking/scoring perspective, with Dort having the highest real-points ceiling but Giddey being the most attractive from a DFS upside perspective. Bazley’s mid-range price tag around the industry does make him a suitable upside target in tournaments.

PJ Washington

Dallas Mavericks
11/22/21, 7:17 PM ET

PJ Washington (elbow) ruled out for Monday

He was doubtful coming in and has missed a consecutive string of games, so this doesn’t impact the current rotation at all.

Kevin Porter Jr.

Milwaukee Bucks
11/22/21, 7:16 PM ET

Kevin Porter Jr. (thigh contusion) ruled out for Monday

Kevin Porter Jr. won’t play Monday due to a lingering thigh issue, missing his second straight game. Eric Gordon is likely to start again and should take on some playmaking responsibility, and DJ Augustin will figure to take on a bigger workload off the bench without a real PG in the first unit. Jalen Green gets a small bump, as does Jae’Sean Tate and Christian Wood. David Nwaba and Garrison Mathews should both take on bigger workloads off the bench, but are not DFS options.

Josh Richardson

Detroit Pistons
11/22/21, 6:58 PM ET

Josh Richardson (illness) ruled out for Monday

Richardson won’t play Monday due to a non-COVID related illness. With Jaylen Brown back, Richardson’s court time was going to take a hit anyway, and with Brown on a minutes restriction, he may step into what Richardson left behind. Brown will start, pushing Dennis Schroder back to his sixth man role. In other Celtics news, Brown is expected to be limited to about 24 minutes and will play in 4-6 minute stints, while Robert Williams is expected to be held under 30 minutes.

Cedi Osman

San Antonio Spurs
11/22/21, 6:32 PM ET

Cedi Osman and Lamar Stevens both ruled out Monday, as expected

No surprise here as both were doubtful entering the day and were not included in our initial projections. With Lauri Markkanen and Jarrett Allen expected to return tonight, Osman’s playing time would have been reduced anyway and Stevens may not have been in the rotation.

Other tagged players: Lamar Stevens

Davis Bertans

Charlotte Hornets
11/22/21, 6:25 PM ET

Davis Bertans (ankle) ruled out for Monday

Bertans was questionable heading into tonight, but will miss at least one more game before making his return from an ankle issue. With Bertans out again, the Wizards bench should stay in tact with Deni Avdija, Corey Kispert and Aaron Holiday holding onto their recent roles. Bertans’ absence does make Kyle Kuzma a little safer of a target.

Tobias Harris

San Antonio Spurs
11/22/21, 4:15 PM ET

Tobias Harris not expected to play Monday

Harris isn’t expected to play Monday in Sacramento. His absence leaves a lot on the table, and likely leads to one of Furkan Korkmaz or freshly active Mattisse Thybulle drawing a start with Georges Niang remaining with the first unit. With Harris out, Andre Drummond and Tyrese Maxey become more intriguing targets in all formats while guys like Korkmaz, Seth Curry and Shake Milton step onto the GPP radar. Thybulle’s presence does eat into wing minutes, but given that he’s fresh back, it’s possible his court time is limited here.

Doug McDermott

Sacramento Kings
11/22/21, 5:51 PM ET

Doug McDermott (knee) ruled out Monday

Doug McDermott (knee) ruled out Monday. The Spurs are likely to start a tiny bit smaller with Lonnie Walker the best guess to replace McDermott with the first unit. Walker’s minute projection – as well as Devin Vassell’s – comes up, but his per-minute numbers aren’t enhanced and could take a mild hit given that he’ll spend more time with Murray, White and Johnson on the floor. McDermott had been seeing minutes in the high-20s as a starter, so most of that shifts to Walker/Vassell and potentially Thad Young in the event that the Spurs try to play a little bigger.

Abdel Nader

Phoenix Suns
11/22/21, 6:23 PM ET

Abdel Nader (injury management) listed out Monday

Abdel Nader (injury management) listed out Monday. No real DFS impact here, as his limited court time just slides to a combination of Landry Shamet, Cam Johnson, Mikal Bridges and Jae Crowder. His absence doesn’t make a notable change on anyone else’s outlook.
