Lamb has officially been upgraded from questionable and will be available to make his season debut in Wednesday’s matchup after missing over a year with a torn ACL and other various injuries. Meanwhile, Myles Turner and JaKarr Sampson remain listed as questionable on the Pacers’ injury report, but head coach Nate Bjorkgren hinted to reporters that he only expects two of Lamb, Turner, and Sampson to be available for tonight’s contest but declined to elaborate on which player might sit. As for Lamb, there’s no guarantee he’ll even see playing time despite being on the active roster this evening.

Sterling Brown (leg) listed available Wednesday
Brown has officially been upgraded from questionable and is now listed as available to play in Wednesday’s matchup against the Phoenix Suns after missing two consecutive games due to a sore right lower leg. The Rockets are still without John Wall, Dante Exum, and Danuel House Jr., so Brown should at the very least assume the backup point guard responsibilities from Mason Jones, who logged just over 14 minutes off the bench in Monday’s loss, but he could also potentially compete for wing minutes with Ben McLemore and David Nwaba as well. There haven’t been any reports of a potential minute restriction for Brown, but that information appears to be irrelevant barring some unforeseen injury news coming out of the Houston camp later this evening.

Despite Magic head coach Steve Clifford claiming he didn’t expect Fournier to play in Wednesday’s matchup against the Minnesota Timberwolves, he’s now been listed as available on the injury report after missing nine games due to back spasms. There haven’t been any reports on how many minutes Fournier is expected to play, but given the lengthy injury layoff, it appears highly unlikely he’ll immediately resume anywhere close to a normal workload in tonight’s contest. However, his presence could alleviate some of the playmaking burdens that have been bestowed upon Aaron Gordon whenever Cole Anthony is off the court since the Magic still lack a true backup point guard ever since Markelle Fultz was lost for the season with a torn ACL.

Curry was excluded from the Sixers’ initial injury report for Wednesday’s matchup against the Boston Celtics after clearing the NBA’s health and safety protocols, but his return to the court will have to wait for at least one more game as he understandably needs to ramp up his conditioning following a COVID-19 diagnosis just under two weeks ago. His continued absence should allow Tyrese Maxey to start alongside Ben Simmons in the backcourt once again, but he’s logged just 25 minutes in the previous two games with the Sixers closer to full strength. Additionally, the Sixers will also be getting back Furkan Korkmaz from an extended injury absence for tonight’s contest, just further muddying head coach Doc Rivers wing rotation.

Ingles has officially been upgraded from questionable and will be available to play in Tuesday’s matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans after missing four of the previous five games due to right Achilles soreness, while Derrick Favors is also available despite perpetually being listed as probable on the Jazz injury report leading up to every game. There haven’t been any reports of a potential minute restriction for Ingles, so he’ll like be able to assume his usual sixth-man role off the bench, which should eat into the playing time of Jordan Clarkson and Royce O’Neale to some extent. The presence of Ingles will also likely relegate Miye Oni out of the rotation entirely following his stretch of logging at least 12 minutes off the bench the three straight contests.

Williams has officially been downgraded from questionable and won’t play in Monday’s matchup against the Houston Rockets due to a right hip contusion, while Otto Porter Jr. was previously ruled out for precautionary reasons on the second leg of a back-to-back set with a strained back. Porter and Williams only managed to log 23 minutes in Sunday’s blowout win. whereas Garrett Temple led the second unit with 29 minutes played on the wing, so with Porter unavailable, there will be a surplus of playing time available for Temple and Williams, who continues to start at small forward and had seen at least 34 minutes in three straight contests prior to yesterday’s blowout, if he’s cleared to play. If not, look for Denzel Valentine to take on a larger role off the bench with Adam Mokoka likely entering the fold as a fringe rotation player in tonight’s contest.

However, Miami is still without Jimmy Butler, Meyers Leonard, and Avery Bradley, so Gabe Vincent will likely receive a fourth consecutive start at point guard while KZ Okpala will likely remain in the first unit as the small forward alongside Duncan Robinson on the wing following a decent fantasy performance in just over 27 minutes of action last time out.

Payne has officially been upgraded from questionable and will be available to play in Monday’s matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies after missing two consecutive games due to a sprained right ankle. In his absence, Suns head coach Monty Williams has been primarily delegating playmaking responsibilities to Devin Booker when Chris Paul is off the floor, but with Payne returning, some of that burden may come off his shoulders since Jevon Carter and Langston Galloway should see their playing time off the bench decreased moving forward. Additionally, the Suns are still without Dario Saric, Jalen Smith, and Damian Jones as they remain in the NBA’s health and safety protocols, and that lack of depth may afford Deandre Ayton a couple of extra minutes with Frank Kaminsky as the only other true center remaining on the active roster.

His absence will likely allow James Harden and Kevin Durant to continue running essentially a two-man offense, as they each recorded at least a 37% usage rate while no other Nets’ player eclipsed the 17% mark in Saturday’s win. With the field working on a one-game sample size of this new-look Nets’ team, it may be a spot to target other corollary pieces that could have had a decrease in price following their subpar performances last time out.

As expected, Gordon and Cousins have been upgraded from probable and are now listed as available to play in Monday’s matchup against the Chicago Bulls after missing the previous game due to their respective ailments, while Sterling Brown remains listed as questionable with right lower leg soreness. The Rockets were down to just eight available players in Saturday’s loss, but they’ll have some reinforcements in addition to Gordon and Cousins with Victor Oladipo slated to make his debut with the team, and the newly acquired Rodions Kurucs also available off the bench to provide frontcourt depth. Head coach Stephen Silas also disclosed to reporters that Oladipo was running as the team’s point guard with John Wall still sidelined, so he may be an interesting option in daily fantasy formats across the industry this evening.

Sampson has officially been downgraded from questionable and won’t be available to play in Sunday’s matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers due to a sore back, while Bitadze will be active and ready to play off the bench if called upon in tonight’s contest. With Sampson unable to suit up, the Pacers are now extremely thin in the frontcourt with Myles Turner already sidelined, which will likely force Domantas Sabonis, who is already among the lead leaders in minutes, to absorb a large portion of the vacated center minutes in tonight’s contest. On the other hand, Bitadze may see some reserve minutes when Sabonis is off the court, but it’s unlikely he’ll receive the necessary playing time to become relevant in daily fantasy formats since Doug McDermott, Justin Holiday, and a surplus of guards are plenty capable of filling out the rotation with Sabonis likely primarily manning the five this evening.

Williams has officially been downgraded from questionable and won’t be available to play in Sunday’s matchup against the Indiana Pacers due to left hip discomfort that has now forced him to miss two consecutive games, while Ibaka is a late addition to the Clippers’ injury report and won’t be available because of a non-COVID illness. In Ibaka’s absence, head coach Tyronn Lue already confirmed that Ivica Zubac will receive the starting nod at the center spot in tonight’s, and he’s typically been a reliable fantasy producer when given the opportunity to start in the past. This may also allow Patrick Patterson to join the rotation to absorb some of the vacated minutes at the five, but it’s also possible Marcus Morris sees some run as the small-ball center in different lineup combinations as well.
