E'Twaun Moore (left ankle sprain) ruled out tonight
Moore will not play in tonight’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers after previously being downgraded to questionable on the Pelicans injury report with a sprained left ankle that has now forced him to miss two consecutive games. Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins have already been ruled out, so with Moore unavailable, the Pelicans will likely roll with the same starting lineup as their last game – Jrue Holiday, Tim Frazier, Solomon Hill, Dante Cunningham, and Alexi Ajinca. Holiday will likely see reduced minutes, so he’s a risky bet despite the favorable matchup. The Pelicans are keen on getting their young guys some playing time in the waning remnants of the season, meaning Cheick Diallo and Quinn Cook are both interesting value plays considering they have performed well in their limited opportunities to this point in the season. Jordan Crawford also should see plenty of run off the bench and he’s been on fire lately, making 18-of-32 shots over the past two games, dropping at least 20 points in each contest. However, roughly three-quarters of his fantasy production come from scoring. which lowers his floor, though the Lakers have allowed the fourth-highest shooting percentage from three-point land (37.1%) and the highest field goal percentage overall (48.3%) in the league this season.

Gordon Hayward (quad), Rodney Hood (knee), and Derrick Favors (knee) all probable for Wednesday
Hayward, Hood, and Favors have all been upgraded to probable for tomorrow’s game against the San Antonio Spurs after all missing the Jazz’s previous game due to their respective ailments. Additionally, Raul Neto has been ruled out has been ruled out with a sprained right ankle and Jazz head coach Quin Snyder is hopeful that he can return at some point in the first playoffs series. The Jazz are still jockeying for playoff positioning in the Western Conference, so we should expect Hayward, Hood, and Favors to all see their normal allotment of minutes, which could be a rare occurrence for players on Wednesday’s final NBA slate of the regular season.

Emmanuel Mudiay (ankle) ruled OUT for Nuggets Tuesday
Mudiay will not play in tonight’s game against the Dallas Mavericks after previously being listed as questionable on the Nuggets injury report with a sprained right ankle. His absence will allow Jamal Murray to play all the minutes he can handle, as he is now the only active point guard available on the Nuggets roster with Jameer Nelson still sidelined with a calf injury. The Nuggets will also be without Danilo Gallinari, Will Barton, and Kenneth Faried for tonight’s contest, which puts Gary Harris, Wilson Chandler, and obviously Nikola Jokic in play for all formats.

Batum and Williams are likely to have their minutes monitored in tonight’s game against the Atlanta Hawks as the Hornets’ have officially thrown the towel in on their season. This removes Batum and Williams from consideration given the uncertainty surrounding their minute allotments. Additionally, Marco Belinelli has been ruled out after previously being listed as questionable on the Hornets’ injury report with a strained left index finger that has now forced him to miss two consecutive games. This will once again open up extra playing time for Jeremy Lamb and Treveon Graham on the wing. With Kemba Walker and Ramon Sessions both unavailable as well, third-string point guard, Brian Roberts, will receive the starting nod point guard in their absences. There isn’t a significant sample with the aforementioned trio off the court together this season, as Walker has only missed two prior games, but Roberts and possibly even Batum, despite the restriction, will likely be popular plays and should be able to provide significant value relative to their price tags across the industry.

Christon, Singler, and Sabonis will all be inserted into the Thunder’s starting lineup for tonight’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves for the resting Russell Westbrook, Andre Roberson, and Taj Gibson. They’ll join the plethora of value available on Tuesday’s slate but are nothing more than secondary tournament options given the uncertainty surrounding the floor and upside as daily fantasy options. There has yet to be any announcement of a minute restriction for Victor Oladipo, but if he manages to see anywhere close to his normal allotment of minutes, he should end the night as one of the highest scoring shooting guards on the slate with a ton of players resting around the Association this evening.

Sefolosha will play in tonight’s game against the Charlotte Hornets after previously being listed as questionable on the Hawks’ injury report with a strained right groin that had forced him to miss eight consecutive games. Even though Sefolosha is officially available, he will likely still have his minutes limited in some capacity and Taurean Prince will remain in the Hawks starting lineup at small forward for at least one more game, though he is likely to close the season as the starter regardless of Sefolosha’s potential minute cap. The Hawks are still vying for playoff positioning, so their starters offer some more safety than other teams on this slate that may limit the minutes of their key rotation pieces, making them elite options on Tuesday’s slate.

Brooklyn will let some of their other guys get some minutes in the final game of the season. Sean Kilpatrick and Quincy Acy have already been ruled out. Plenty of value will open up with these players out; Spencer Dinwiddie, Isaiah Whitehead, and Justin Hamilton should all see an increase in minutes. With Acy and Kilpatrick out last game, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson received 37 minutes and put up a double-double (17 points, 11 rebounds), and Caris LeVert played for 28 minutes. All of these guys will be in play, but RHJ is the strongest option.

Evans, Koufos, Collison, and Afflalo will all be rested and won’t play in tonight’s game against the Phoenix Suns despite never appearing on the Kings’ injury report at any point throughout the day. The Kings have yet to announce their official starting lineup, but Ty Lawson will almost assuredly draw the start at point guard in Collison’s absence. Resting players down the home stretch of the season have become a norm for the Kings of late, but now they’ll join a host of other teams on tonight’s slate with the regular season scheduled to wrap up tomorrow evening. Lawson is an interesting pivot in tournaments off the other value point guard options, but Buddy Hield, Willie Cauley-Stein, and Skal Labissiere remain the primary Sacramento players to target in all formats.

Chicago is fighting for a playoff berth with one game left. Rondo will do everything he can to get out there, but he’s considered day-to-day and questionable for their matchup with the Nets tomorrow. Jerian Grant has been starting in his place over the past three games and he’s been doing very well; he posted a double-double (17 points and 11 assists) on the Magic Sunday. With Dwyane Wade back on a minutes restriction in that contest, Jimmy Butler’s usage fell to 23.2%. If Rondo returns, Butler’s fantasy value would take a hit. When Rondo and Wade are on the court, Butler’s usage drops 4.2% and his per-minute production falls dramatically; -0.22 FD ppm to 0.91 (579.8-minute sample). Even if Wade remains on a minutes limit, he will have a negative effect on Butler from a fantasy perspective.

No surprises here. With the Warriors locked into the top seed they can afford to let players get some rest heading into the playoffs. Kevon Looney, James McAdoo, and David West will all get some extra minutes with Green out, although they haven’t announced who will start yet. Without Iguodala or Matt Barnes (ankle) available, Patrick McCaw will earn a bigger workload as well. None of them are particularly exciting fantasy targets on a nine-game slate with an abundance of value. Golden State will play Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, and Klay Thompson, all of whom are in play, but are likely to receive fewer minutes than normal.

While we’re always wary of relying on game notes, it makes sense that Milwaukee would rest some players heading into the playoffs so there’s a bit more credence to the report that Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton, Tony Snell, and Matthew Dellavedova will all miss tomorrow’s game. The same notes list Mirza Teletovic, Michael Beasley, Thon Maker, Rashad Vaughn, and Malcolm Brogdon as the starters and outside of Vaughn, the other four will be worth considering for DFS purposes.

Devin Booker OUT tonight for Phoenix
The Suns are wanting to make sure they don’t win any more games and their star young phenom guard will sit out their season finale. Derrick Jones and Ronnie Price will benefit the most from his absence and newly signed Elijah Millsap could provide some value as the team wants to see what he has to offer.
