Manu Ginobili (quad) available to play tonight
After joining several others on the sidelines for last night’s game, Ginobili was questionable heading into tonight. He is available to play, but he isn’t a viable fantasy option, especially considering the Spurs will likely be cautious with the veteran. They have nothing to gain from winning, so they’re being careful with everyone.

Danny Green (quad) ruled OUT tonight for Spurs; Jonathon Simmons will start
Green has been out for all of April so far. Simmons will get the start and some added minutes, but he’s played over 30 minutes in three of the past four games, never topped 23 FD points and averaged 18.9 FD points during that stretch. He was even afforded 38 minutes without their star players last night and he only managed 12 points and five rebounds. He’s a scoring dependent player, and it won’t be a favorable lineup for him. Over 239.5 minutes on the court with Kawhi Leonard and LaMarcus Aldridge, Simmons usage drops 6.5% and he produces 0.50 FD ppm. He’s a high risk tournament choice, that may not have enough upside to be worth the gamble.

Babbitt will miss his third consecutive game, providing James Johnson another start. Johnson has been great the past two games, he even posted a 22-point, 10-rebound game in the last one. His salary is very beatable and the Wizards rank 22nd in DvP against power forwards. Coach Erik Spoelstra rolled with Johnson for 38 minutes last night and he should get to at least the mid-30s tonight since they’re in a must-win situation. With Hassan Whiteside banged up – his hand is clearly bothering him – Johnson is a really nice target, but given his inconsistency he may be better for tournaments tonight. Josh Richardson has a 2% bump in usage when he’s on with Johnson, Dragic, and Whiteside; he’s been more consistently lately and his production is on the rise. He’s definitely worth a look.

Porter suffered back spasms at Washington’s shootaround this morning and he hasn’t recovered in time to suit up tonight. Kelly Oubre has been confirmed as his replacement in the starting lineup and he’s a really interesting value play. He hasn’t quite shown the upside we’d like to see for tournaments, but he’s been consistent. With an uptick in minutes, he could provide a great return on his salary. He will have a tough opponent though, Miami does not a fantasy-friendly defense. Bojan Bogdanovich should get extended run and he can pop off for a bunch of points, he’s an potential contrarian play as he’ll have low ownership coming off the bench. He played 31 minutes Thursday, even though Porter started. Given the matchup and his scoring dependency, he’s a high risk option. With Morris back, Jason Smith will return to the bench and won’t be a strong value target. Morris isn’t a great target himself as his minutes have been up and down. He could see more run with the Wizard’s short-handed though. Even So, James Johnson is a good defender, so is Luke Babbitt, if he plays.

Johnson ruled out earlier today and they’ve officially named Olynyk as his replacement in the starting five for their matchup with the Hornets. This will be Olynyck’s sixth start this season. His first five came back in November, he had two great games and followed it up with a three-straight duds. Olynyk has only played 67.9 minutes with the other four starters, but the results weren’t great; his usage plummeted 8.9% to 10.9% and he returned 0.58 FD ppm. It’s a small sample, but it seems like Olynyk may be a trap. We have seen his upside when he’s hot from the floor though, and Charlotte’s defense has been struggling. He’s a high-risk GPP option tonight.

Randolph has been playing well lately, he stepped up big time while Marc Gasol as out. He only played 14 minutes last night though and the Grizzlies have decided to give him a full day off tomorrow.

Sefolosha has missed the past six games and he’s been ruled out for tomorrow’s matchup with Cleveland. Taurean Prince struggled against them last night, but he’s still in play as a value option while Sefolosha is on the bench.

Kilpatrick missed last game as well. His absence won’t move the needle too much, a query on CourtIQ indicates he doesn’t swing usages or fantasy production too much. Isaiah Whitehead, K.J. McDaniels, and Archie Goodwin will pick up some extra minutes, but they’re still stuck in Brooklyn’s deep rotation, so they won’t be enough to be useful.

Hill has missed the past five games with a groin injury and it doesn’t look like he’ll make it back tonight. We’ll get an update closer to tip-off. Gordon Hayward has scored 30 points in consecutive nights without Hill, and looks to be a nice option again tonight. He’s also aided by Rodney Hood’s decreasing minutes. Rudy Gobert is another top choice against Portland, who will be without Jusuf Nurkic.

Crabbe appeared on the injury report as doubtful for tonight’s contest against the Utah Jazz. This would provide extra minutes for Evan Turner. When he’s on the court with Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum, he has a slight decrease in usage (-1.3%) and he produces 0.71 FD ppm. Most notably, McCollum’s usage tanks 6.0% to 17.9% and he loses 0.13 FD ppm off his normal production rate. Seems like it’s not a favorable lineup for the shooting guard. He also has a tough matchup with Utah.

Rondo will miss his second-straight game. Jerian Grant will presumably start in his place again. He did well his last time out, scoring 15 points, grabbing eight rebounds, and contributing five assists. It’ll be a risky bet for him to repeat that performance, especially with Wade on the floor for 20 minutes tonight, even though it’s a favorable matchup. He’s probably better as a tournament play than cash.

Wade will make his return tonight for the Bulls. He’ll only play 20 minutes, so he isn’t a fantasy option himself. He will cut into Jimmy Butler’s usage and production when he’s on the court though, slightly damaging Butler’s value.

Babbitt has not played for the past two games. James Johnson started in his place both nights and figures to do so again if Babbitt can’t go. Johnson would be an exciting tournament option if he gets the nod.

Curry was doubtful, so this isn’t surprise. Kevin Durant (knee) will make his return tonight and won’t have a minutes restriction. However, coach Steve Kerr said he would pull Durant when he gets fatigue. Although Durant enjoys a higher usage rate without Curry around, he’s a very risky bet tonight given the type of injury he’s coming back from. Draymond Green, Klay Thompson, and Andre Iguodala could all benefit from Curry’s absence. They may all get pulled early though, New Orleans will be going without DeMarcus Cousins and Anthony Davis tonight and there’s an 18.5-point spread. Shaun Livingston is expected to start and is a potential GPP value play.
