Willy Hernangomez misses practice with sprained left ankle
Hernangomez suffered an ankle injury and did not take part in the Knicks practice today. He’s uncertain for their upcoming game against Orlando. If he is unable to go, Kyle O’Quinn would likely draw the start.

Kenneth Faried likely out 7-10 days for Denver
The Nuggets do not expect Faried to be back on the court for the next 7-10 days as he is in Denver receiving treatment while the team is on a road trip. Wilson Chandler will likely continue to start in his absence with both Darrell Arthur and Mason Plumlee seeing extended playing time off of the bench.

MCW has had rumors of being waived circulating and he has not played since the 24th. Zipser has been out for several weeks. The pair remains out for the Bulls tonight and their absence has minimal DFS impact.

Jefferson will not play in tonight’s game against the Houston Rockets after previously being downgraded to doubtful from questionable on the Pacers’ injury due to pain from an emergency root canal he underwent last week, which has now forced him to miss three consecutive games. Lavoy Allen and Rakeem Christmas have soaked up a majority of the backup frontcourt minutes behind Myles Turner and Thaddeus Young in Jefferson’s absence, which has effectively forced Kevin Seraphin out of the Pacers’ rotation almost entirely. However, neither Allen or Christmas are viable options on Monday’s slate considering both players highly unlikely to see more than 15-20 minutes of action.

Arron Afflalo (sore left hamstring) ruled out tonight
Afflalo will not play in tonight’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves after previously being listed as questionable on the Kings’ injury report with a sore left hamstring that has now forced him to miss three consecutive games. There has yet to be any official confirmation from Sacramento on their starting lineup, but Tyreke Evans will presumably remain a starter alongside Ben McLemore on the wing. Ty Lawson drew the first start following the DeMarcus Cousins trade, so he is certainly a candidate to do so once again, but Evans is definitively the odds on favorite be an integral member of the Kings’ starting five tonight and going forward.

Cook and Bentil will both be available to play in tonight’s game against the Miami Heat. Cook is the likelier of the two to see playing time in Monday’s contest, according to Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle, but obviously, neither player should be considered in daily fantasy formats this evening. It seems that Cook will have a shot to carve out a role in the Mavericks rotation over the coming days with Deron Williams now in Cleveland and J.J. Barea expected to be sidelined for at least another week due to a strained left calf that has limited him to just 18 games the entire season.

John Henson starting ahead of Thon Maker tonight
Henson will be reinserted into the Bucks starting lineup for tonight’s game against the Milwaukee Bucks, sending Thon Maker back to the bench to resume a reserve role. Henson is coming off of a DNP-CD on Sunday, so Bucks head coach Jason Kidd’s frontcourt carousel seemingly continues. Neither Henson or Maker will see enough minutes to be viable daily fantasy options and can be easily avoided in a difficult individual matchup with Tristan Thompson.

Randle will officially be available to play in tonight’s game against the Toronto Raptors after just signing a contract with New York earlier in the day. Randle is expected to initially be the third-string point guard behind Derrick Rose and Ron Baker, but Knicks’ head coach Jeff Hornacek hinted that the backup point guard minutes could be fluid going forward. Neither Randle or Baker are viable punt options until we get better clarification on the Knicks’ rotation sans Brandon Jennings, but Rose is shaping up to be an intriguing tournament option on Monday’s slate given the individual matchup with Cory Joseph and expected minuted and usage bump with Jennings and Kristaps Porzingis both unavailable this evening.

Dunleavy will not be around to throw another wrench into the Hawks wing rotation on Monday, which will lead to guys like Kent Bazemore, Thabo Sefolosha and Tim Hardaway Jr. seeing a very slight uptick in playing time. Even with Dunleavy out, none of the Hawks SGs/SFs are exciting DFS plays, with Hardaway Jr. looking like the strongest option of the bunch. Given that Thabo is priced towards (or at) the minimum on most DFS outlets, he could be worth a look as a deep-GPP punt, but you’ll probably want to steer clear of the Hawks wing situation tonight.

Michael Beasley replaces Khris Middleton in the starting lineup
Beasley will be reinserted into the Bucks starting lineup for tonight’s game against the Cleveland Cavaliers in place of the resting Khris Middleton. He had been starting at power forward prior to Middleton reclaiming a starting role, so this lineup move was certainly expected. Beasley could push for minutes in the low-30s and still carries a reasonable price tag across the industry, putting him firmly in play for tournaments on Monday’s slate despite the less-than-ideal matchup Cleveland.

Durant will play in tonight’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers after previously being listed as questionable on the Warriors’ injury report with a left-hand contusion that had forced him to miss one game. His return to the starting lineup will send Patrick McCaw back to the bench to resume his normal reserve role. Durant is certainly in tournament consideration this evening, but given the probable blowout against an Embiid-less Sixers squad, he is far from a core option in any format.

Bradley will play and start in tonight’s game against the Atlanta Hawks after previously being removed from the Celtics’ injury report with a sore right Achilles that had forced him to miss 22 of the last 23 games. Bradley will be on a 15-25 minute restriction in his return and will displace Jaylen Brown from the starting lineup, sending him back to the bench to resume a reserve role. Even with Bradley limited, Isaiah Thomas’ projected fantasy value should take at least a minor hit Monday, as he owns a negative 2.0% usage rate differential (33.7%) with Bradley on the court this season. The individual matchup with Dennis Schroder is still a great one, but Thomas is probably better reserved for tournaments given his inflated price tag across the industry.

Given the uncertainty of how LeBron perform while dealing with the aforementioned illness, he is better reserved as a tournament option on tonight’s slate against a Milwaukee squad that ranks 20th or worse in DvP against opposing small and power forwards.

Hernangomez will draw another start at center for the injured Joakim Noah, while Kyle O’Quinn will come off the bench. O’Quinn actually saw more court time in the Knicks last game against the Sixers, but things were relatively split in terms of playing time while O’Quinn was the stronger per minute producer. The fact that Hernangomez is still priced below $6K on FanDuel keeps him squarely in play in all formats, with O’Quinn remaining a viable deep-GPP target at a modest price tag across the industry. There aren’t many centers with higher FPPM upside in limited minutes than O’Quinn. With Kristaps Porzingis out and Brandon Jennings shipped out of town, Carmelo Anthony and Derrick Rose appear to be the top two plays on the Knicks side. but there several other viable DFS options here (the two centers plus Lance Thomas).
