Knicks have recalled Maurice N'dour and Marshall Plumlee from their D-League affiliate
The Knicks have brought N’dour and Plumlee back to their active roster tonight. It’s likely for emergency purposes since the team is playing on the second night of a back-to-back. There is a chance that Kristaps Porzingis gets the game off since he is still dealing with a sore Achilles. Look for another update from the Knicks later tonight.

Klay Thompson (rest) back in the starting lineup tonight, as expected
Klay Thompson will return to the starting lineup against the Pistons. He’ll be defended by Kentavious Caldwell-Pope for most of this game, lowering his potential ceiling. He’s too risky for cash but always has tournament upside. It would be better to focus on Curry and Durant for this game. Draymond Green even should be able to make value.

With Darrell Arthur out, Chandler will join the starting lineup along with Mudiay, Harris, Gallinari, and Jokic. He’s a viable DFS option if you’re playing the afternoon slate but carries some risk with him as he’s coming off an illness that had him listed as questionable heading into today.

Darrell Arthur OUT for Nuggets; rest of team available to play
Darrell Arthur is the lone Denver player ruled OUT for their game against Indiana this afternoon as Jokic, Faried, Harris, Gallinari, Chandler are all available to play. It’s business as usual as Arthur had a limited role in the rotation. Jokic is the usual top play but Chandler and Gallinari are also viable options for those playing the all day slate.

Bogut remains day-to-day with the injury he suffered on Monday and has been ruled out tonight for Dallas. Salah Mejri and Dwight Powell stand to benefit the most from his absence with Powell being the better play of the two.

Embiid is battling a sore ankle and missed the 76ers practice today but did do some light shooting afterwards. No reason for concern though as the team has listed him as probable and he’s expected to play. However, he will not play Saturday and Jahlil Okafor will get an opportunity for some minutes after seeing his role severely reduced of late.

Bradley, Tyler Zeller, and James Young are all not making the trip for Boston’s Friday game with Atlanta. The big loss is Bradley of course leaving Marcus Smart to be a good option (although he did disappoint last night). Amir Johnson appears to have gone with the team and should be available after missing last nights game.

Both players did not travel with the team for their game with the Knicks tonight and this news is just a reminder that they will not be playing. Dwyane Wade is expected to play and he’ll get the biggest usage boost while Doug McDermott will likely get another start. He’s a risky option as proven by the dud he put up his last game out but the playing time should be there.

Booker told local media that his hip is feeling better and that he is going to give it a go tonight when the Nets take on New Orleans. He’s a viable option on this small five game slate against a Pelicans defense that is bottom four in the league in PF DvP and his return is a hit to Rondae Hollis-Jefferson’s value.

Batum has missed some time with a knee injury while Zeller has been ill. Batum is more questionable than Zeller for Friday’s game against the 76ers and his return will be a hit to the small value of Roy Hibbert and Spencer Hawes. If Batum is able to return then Jeremy Lamb will see his value diminish significantly.

Jeff Green will replace him in the starting lineup, sliding Aaron Gordon down to the four spot. Ibaka had yet to miss a game this season, so it was rather difficult to predict what Orlando’s starting lineup will look once Ibaka had been officially ruled out. However, Nikola Vucevic is the surefire beneficiary now that he’s been confirmed in the starting lineup along with Green. In fact, Vucevic even sees a notable 2.4% usage rate differential (27.7%) with Ibaka off the court this season, further cementing his status as an elite play in all formats.

Rivers will play and start in tonight’s game against the Orlando Magic after missing the Clippers’ previous game due to an illness. He will likely replace Raymond Felton in the starting lineup at small forward, as Clippers head coach Doc Rivers continues to roll with a three-guard starting lineup sans Blake Griffin. Rivers should be expected to continue seeing starters’ minutes in his return and is a viable option on the late slates across the industry, along with shooting guards J.J. Redick and Jamal Crawford if in need of some salary relief.
