Eric Gordon questionable for Rockets on Tuesday
The Rockets guard has a sprained toe and Houston has listed him as questionable for Tuesday’s game against Charlotte. Corey Brewer and Sam Dekker would benefit the most if Gordon can’t go.

Avery Bradley and Tyler Zeller OUT on Tuesday for Celtics
Bradley has a strained Achilles and along with Zeller will miss Tuesday’s game against the Raptors. The goal is to have him play in Boston on Wednesday. Marcus Smart should benefit the most from Bradley’s absence and will be an excellent DFS option for Tuesday’s slate.

With the Bulls playing five games this week, they will rest their veteran future Hall-of-Famer on Tuesday against Washington. He will play tonight, however, and will make for an excellent option on this small three game slate, especially if Jimmy Butler (questionable with an illness) is unable to go.

Butler is dealing with an illness and will be a game-time decision for Chicago’s game tonight after missing the team shootaround. That’s never a good sign heading into a game and with the Bulls going on a five game in seven days stretch don’t be surprised if they decide to sit him out tonight, especially with plans to sit Dwyane Wade tomorrow. We’ll update you on Butler’s status as soon as we learn more.

Baynes will be available to play off the bench in tonight’s game against the Portland Trail Blazers after missing the Pistions previous two games with a sprained left ankle. Pistons head coach Stan Van Gundy hinted that Boban Marjanovic may have earned some additional playing with his recent performance in the absence of Baynes from the rotation. In fact, Van Gundy didn’t even rule out playing Marjanovic over Baynes depending on matchups.

Kyle Korver not available to play tonight, expected to make Cavaliers debut Tuesday
Korver will not play in tonight’s game against the Phoenix Suns, as the Cavailiers and Atlanta Hawks are still finalizing the finer details of the trade with the league office. Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue is hoping that Korver will be able to practice with the team on Monday if everything with the trade is ironed out. Even if Korver is unable to practice tomorrow, he is expected to play and make his Cavaliers debut Tuesday against the Utah Jazz.

Powell will draw the start at small forward for tonight’s game against the Houston Rockets, sliding DeMarre Carroll over to power forward and sending Lucas Nogueira back to the bench to resume a reserve role. This is likely matchup-based starting lineup change for the Raptors, as they are going small to matchup with the Rockets small-ball lineup. With Patrick Patterson returning from injury, his presence in the rotation will significantly hinder the playing time of Lucas Nogueira and Jakob Poeltl and will likely knock Poeltl out of the Raptors’ normal rotation entirely. Additionally, Jonas Valanciunas will likely see his minutes reduced after playing north of 30 minutes in three of the four games Patterson was sidelined with an injury.

Patterson will play in tonight’s game against the Houston Rockets after missing the Raptors’ previous four games with a strained right knee. There has yet to be any confirmation of a possible minutes restriction in his return, but his presence in the rotation significantly hinders the playing time of Jakob Poeltl and Norman Powell and both players are likely to fall out of the Raptors’ normal rotation. Lucas Nogueira recently replaced Pascal Siakam in the starting lineup and is expected to remain as the starting power forward. Additionally, Jonas Valanciunas will likely see his minutes reduced after playing north of 30 minutes in three of the four games Patterson was sidelined with an injury.

Nene will draw the start at center over Montrezl Harrell for tonight’s game against the Toronto Raptors. This is a somewhat surprising move considering how well Harrell has played as the starter in the absence of Clint Capela. The only logical reasoning for the change seems to point to Rockets’ head coach Mike D’Antoni preferring the individual matchup with Nene against Jonas Valanciunas on the defensive end. Despite the “demotion” to the bench, expect Harrell to still see minutes in the high 20’s to low 30’s and remains the preferred target over Nene in every format.

Rivers will not play in tonight’s game against the Miami Heat due to an illness. Raymond Felton has been confirmed in the starting lineup at small forward in his place. Felton immediately becomes one of the value options on the slate, as he leads the Clippers with a 5.6% usage rate differential (23.5%) with Rivers and Blake Griffin off the court this season. Additionally, Felton should push towards the 30-minute plateau this evening, making him a fine tournament target as well.

Parsons will play and start in tonight’s game against the Utah Jazz after previously being listed on the Grizzlies’ injury report due to an illness. Parsons continues to be on a strict minutes restriction and has yet to see more than 16 minutes in any game since returning from injury and is not a viable daily fantasy option. James Ennis would have likely drawn the start at small forward if Parsons was unable to give it a go but will now come off the bench as usual. Despite Parsons’ minutes restriction, Ennis is a secondary fringe tournament target, at best, in the lowest total and lowest projected pace game of the night.

Rivers will not play in tonight’s game against the Miami Heat due to an illness. The Clippers have yet to announce his replacement in the starting lineup, but Raymond Felton or Paul Pierce are the likeliest candidates. However, Pierce would be a starter in name only if he does in fact draw the start at small forward. Felton would be an interesting option if he finds his way into the starting lineup, as he leads the Clippers with a 5.6% usage rate differential (23.5%) with Rivers and Blake Griffin off the court this season. Even if he doesn’t start, Felton should see a substantial bump in playing time, making him a fine tournament target.

Antetokounmpo will not play in today’s game against the Washington Wizards due to an illness. Mirza Teletovic will draw the start in his place with Matthew Dellavedova still limited to a minutes restriction of 20 minutes as he works his way back from injury, though Michael Beasley is also definitively in play, as he should see significant playing time off the bench. Additionally, Malcolm Brogdon will certainly be pegged with more of the distribution and ball handling responsibilities in Antetokounmpo’s absence. No members of the Bucks’ starting unit see a particularly substantial usage spike with Antetokounmpo off the floor, but Jabari Parker does lead the team with a 27.3% usage rate while averaging 1.09 FanDuel and 1.15 DraftKings points per minute.
