Andrew Bogut still out
Bogut didn’t even make the trip to New Orleans. Last night, Festus Ezeli started and scored 9 points and brought down 7 rebounds against the Rockets. Ezeli is still one of the top punt options on this slate. In the season opener against Anthony Davis and the Pelicans he finished with (13p, 4r, 1a, 1b, 1s) in limited minutes. Also take a look at Marreese Speights, who produces in limited minutes.

Pacers going with small lineup
The Indiana Pacers will start Paul George at the 4, and CJ Miles at the 3. That means Paul George will likely have to guard Derrick Favors. While this is a disadvantage on the defensive end, this could help out the Pacers on offense by spreading the floor. Give a slight bump up to Miles. George remains a great play.

Babbitt is expected to play according to his head coach Alvin Gentry. He was dealing with a hamstring injury so don’t expect him to be playing many minutes in his return to game action. It is still unclear how the playing time will breakdown between him Alonzo Gee and Dante Cunningham.

Asik will most likely make his season debut tonight against Golden State according to his head coach. He is an easy fade, as he will most likely not play heavy minutes. Plus if the Warriors go small, he may sit. This will cut into Ryan Anderson’s minutes, but it does put an end to Kendrick Perkins’ playing time.

Seraphin will dress for the 1st time for the Knicks this season. He can be ignored in all formats as we don’t know how many minutes he will see. Plus Kyle O’Quinn has had a strong start to the season.

Johnson hurt his hand during Friday’s game against the Spurs. If he is unable to go rookie Rondae Hollis-Jefferson would likely get the start. Johnson has averaged 25 minutes per game during the 1st two games of the season. Jefferson is not a scorer, but more of a player that can do a little bit of everything. He is only $3000 on DK.

Arron Afflalo won’t be able to go because of a hamstring injury. Once again, Sasha Vujacic will get the start and Langston Galloway will come off the bench. Vujacic has played over 25 minutes in both games this season. He is basically minimum price on both FD and DK.

Klay Thompson left to go to the locker room during the 4th quarter of last night’s against the Rockets. “I’ll be alright, but it’s just something that I have to be cautious about.” Thompson said. Maybe this is somewhat to blame Thompson’s somewhat slow start to the season. With the Warriors playing a back-to-back this will be something to monitor throughout the day.

Quincy Acy will not be in the lineup tonight for the Kings. Eric Moreland will replace him on the bench, but he holds no DFS value.

Dwight Howard no restrictions
Dwight Howard will be playing against the Warriors without a minutes restriction. With Andrew Bogut missing the game, Festus Ezeli will have a tough time containing Howard. Howard should collect 10 rebounds easily and swat a few shots, but he will need to hit his free throws to have that monster DFS impact.

Kobe Bryant missed shootaround earlier Friday afternoon and was questionable for the game. Byron Scott confirmed Bryant is ready to battle the Kings in Sacramento.

Willie Cauley-Stein will get his first career start tonight against the Lakers. The uber-athletic rookie will likely match up against Roy Hibbert. He may have some rebounds and defensive stats, but his offensive game is still a work in progress.

Martell Webster is active tonight against the Bucks. The Wizards are a deep and healthy team, so Webster isn’t expected to play many minutes. Coach Randy Wittman attempted a three-guard lineup in their last game, and could go to that again. Webster is a non-factor in DFS tonight.

Jarrett Jack will be starting tonight against the Spurs. Expect Jack to play a majority of the minutes at PG with Shane Larkin and Donald Sloan backing him up.

The Hawks rolling with Teague and Schroeder in the back-court gave the Hornets the option to roll out a Walker-Lin starting guard combo, but they’ll instead stick with P.J. Hairston as the starter. Lin should still see a slight minutes bump (he played 27 on Wednesday), but as a bench player it’ll be tough to see him picking up more than 30 minutes of court time. Hairston is not a DFS option tonight.
