Danny Amendola has been activated to the 53-man roster from IR, while Jalen Camp, Jaylen Samuels, Paul Quessenberry, and Dominik Eberle have all been elevated from the practice squad ahead of Sunday’s contest with the Los Angeles Chargers. Amendola should slot back in as the third receiver with Brandin Cooks out due to COVID. Camp should serve as receiver depth and is not worth considering in DFS contests. Samuels is expected to serve as running back depth and will not be worth considering. Quessenberry will likely only serve as an extra blocker. Eberle is expected to handle the kicking duties for the Texans Sunday.

NYJ TE Dan Brown and WR DJ Montgomery have been elevated from the practice squad

Dan Brown and DJ Montgomery have been elevated from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Dan Brown should serve as tight end depth behind Tyler Kroft and Trevon Wesco and will likely not be DFS relevant. Montgomery is expected to serve as receiver depth as their receiving corps have been ravaged by injury. Montgomery in not worth consideration in DFS contests at this point.

DET TE Shane Zylstra elevated from practice squad

Shane Zylstra has been elevated from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons. Zylstra is expected to split tight end snaps with Brock Wright and though both should play neither is expected to do enough to warrant consideration in DFS contests. It will be best to look elsewhere for tight end production, even if searching the bargain bin.

BAL WR Sammy Watkins activated from COVID list; TE Tony Poljan elevated from practice squad

Sammy Watkins has been activated from the COVID list, while Tony Poljan has been elevated from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Watkins should reclaim his role as the third receiver in the Baltimore offense behind Marquise Brown and Rashod Bateman. It could be a tough situation for all Ravens receivers as Josh Johnson is slated to get the start Sunday hurting all of their expected production. Poljan is expected to serve as tight end depth and is not considered DFS relevant at this point.

TBB RB Kenjon Barner and WR Cyril Grayson elevated from practice squad

Kenjon Barner and Cyril Grayson have been elevated from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers. Barner is expected to serve as running back depth and as a returner. Grayson is expected to serve as receiver depth. Both Barner and Grayson are not considered DFS relevant at this point.

PIT RB Trey Edmunds elevated from practice squad

Trey Edmunds has been elevated from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Edmunds is expected to serve as running back depth and on special teams. Edmunds should not be considered in DFS contests at this time.

CIN WR Trent Taylor elevated from practice squad

Trent Taylor has been elevated from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens. Taylor is expected to serve as receiver depth and should not be considered for DFS contests.

CAR QB Sam Darnold activated from IR to 53-man roster; RB Reggie Bonnafon and TE Stephen Sullivan elevated from practice squad

Sam Darnold has been activated from IR to the 53-man roster, while Reggie Bonnafon and Stephen Sullivan have been elevated from the practice squad ahead of Saturday’s matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Darnold is expected to play some snaps behind starter Cam Newton but we have no idea what exactly that split will look like. Bonnafon is expected to serve as the third running back for the Panthers and should not be considered in DFS contests. Stephen Sullivan is expected to serve as tight end depth and should not be considered in DFS contests.

ARI WR Greg Dortch elevated from practice squad for Saturday

Greg Dortch has been elevated from the practice squad for Saturday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts. Dortch is expected to serve as receiver depth and should not be considered in DFS contests.

IND WR Zach Pascal placed on COVID list; WR Keke Coutee elevated from practice squad for Saturday

Zach Pascal has been placed on the COVID list, while Keke Coutee has been elevated from the practice squad for Saturday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals. With Pascal out, T.Y. Hilton will be the secondary option behind Michael Pittman. Ashton Dulin will also likely play an increased role and could offer some value. Coutee is expected to serve as receiver depth and should not be considered in DFS contests at this time.

Nakia Griffin-Stewart has been elevated from the practice squad ahead of the Chiefs matchup Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Griffin-Stewart is expected to serve as tight end depth and should not be considered in DFS contests.
