As reported by: Armando SalgueroDET RB Craig Reynolds elevated from practice squad for Sunday
Craig Reynolds was elevated from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals. Similar to last week against the Denver Broncos Reynolds will be a part of a Lions backfield that will also feature Godwin Igwebuike and Jermar Jefferson. Reynolds did get 11 carries which he turned in for 83 yards in that game against the Broncos and also caught a pair of passes for 16 yards. Even with that production he is tough to trust for DFS given the three way split in the backfield.
As reported by: Detroit LionsARI RB Chase Edmonds activated to 53-man roster from IR
Chase Edmonds was activated to 53-man roster from IR and is expected to play Sunday against the Detroit Lions. James Conner is currently listed as questionable and should he not be able to suit up Edmonds would be a top DFS option at the running back position. If Conner is able to go then this is likely to create a time share in the Arizona backfield.

As reported by: Cam InmanTBB WR Breshad Perriman has been placed on the COVID list
Breshad Perriman has been placed on the COVID list ahead of Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints and is out. His absence should make Tyler Johnson the number three receiver for the Buccaneers and he will be a viable option in Showdown contests. This is also a bump for Jaelon Darden who should receive some more playing time and if active Scotty Miller could also be in the mix to see some opportunities.

JaQuan Hardy has been elevated from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the New York Giants. Hardy is expected to serve as running back depth and is not considered DFS relevant at this point.
As reported by: Jon MachotaCHI WR Marquise Goodwin listed doubtful for Monday
Marquise Goodwin is listed doubtful for Monday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings. Allen Robinson is currently on the COVID list and his status is also in question. Darnell Mooney becomes the clear number one receiver for the Bears if both Goodwin and Robinson are out. This would also give a bump to Damiere Byrd and Jakeem Grant. We will need to keep a close eye on whether the Bear’s elevate any other receivers from the practice squad as well as inactives just prior to kickoff which will give this situation more clarity.
As reported by: Chicago BearsNOS TE Adam Trautman expected to be activated off IR to 53-man roster
Adam Trautman is expected to be activated off IR to 53-man roster and should be in line to play Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Assuming Trautman plays he will join Nick Vannett and Juwan Johnson as tight ends who should receive playing time for the Saints. While Trautman’s exact role is difficult to peg at the moment he may be worth a look in Showdown contests.

As reported by: Doug Kyed Other tagged players: Willie SneadMIN WR Adam Thielen listed questionable for Monday
Adam Thielen has been listed questionable for Monday’s game against the Chicago Bears. The Vikings are extremely thin at receiver due to COVID and could really use Thielen in an important matchup against the Bears. If Thielen were unable to go, Justin Jefferson should see as many targets as he can handle with K.J. Osborn and Ihmir Smith-Marsette also available. There would likely be a few practice squad elevations to help with receiver depth but we might not know those until Monday. It will be important to check inactives 90 minutes prior to kickoff as it seems Thielen is trending towards being a game-time decsion.

As reported by: Aaron WilsonSFO RB Eli Mitchell ruled out for Sunday
Eli Mitchell has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons. With Mitchell out, Jeff Wilson and Deebo Samuel will lead the backfield with JaMycal Hasty also mixing in. Last week the bulk of the carries were split between Wilson (13 carries for 56 yards) and Samuel (8 carries for 37 yards and a touchdown) with Samuel seeing the higher leverage snaps. Wilson can be considered but Samuel is the safer option with a role in both the running and passing game. The 49ers should lean heavily on their run game as they are currently 9.5 point favorites.
