WAS WR Cam Sims activated off the COVID list, eligible to play Tuesday
Cam Sims has been activated off the COVID list and will be eligible to play Tuesday against the Philadelphia Eagles. Sims should slot back in as a depth piece for Washington’s receiver corps. At this point Sims’s activation doesn’t figure to be too pertinent to DFS players but it is a good sign that Washington is getting healthy.

Tony Pollard is expected to “give it a go” Sunday against the New York Giants barring a setback during warmups. Pollard should remain the compliment to Ezekiel Elliott in the Dallas backfield but will likely be limited in his usage. All three backs Elliott, Pollard, and Corey Clement should mix in Sunday limiting the DFS upside of each. Even in a fantastic matchup against a lackluster New York defense it might be best to avoid Pollard as his snap count is uncertain.
As reported by: Tom PelisseroTBB RB Leonard Fournette expected to play Sunday
Leonard Fournette is expected to play Sunday night against the New Orleans Saints. HC Bruce Arians was never worried this week during practice about Fournette’s availability for Sunday’s game and said he was just dealing with some soreness. If Fournette were to be limited, Ronald Jones would play a larger role in the offense with Ke’Shawn Vaughn also available to mix in. Fournette should be one of the better plays on the showdown slate in a game that Tampa Bay is expected to be leading. It will be important to check inactives 90 minutes prior to kickoff to ensure his availability this weekend.
As reported by: Ian RapoportDEN RB Javonte Williams and RB Melvin Gordon both expected to play Sunday
Javonte Williams and Melvin Gordon are both expected to play Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. Williams is dealing with a knee injury but should be in line to see his normal amount of touches against a weaker Bengals run defense. The same can be said for Gordon who is dealing with a hand injury. If either were to suffer a setback the healthy back would instantly become one of the better plays on the slate due to expected volume.

D.J. Moore is expected to play Sunday against the Buffalo Bills. Moore should remain the to receiving option for the Panthers with Robbie Anderson opposite him. Carolina draws a tough matchup Sunday and should be forced to throw the ball as they are 14 point underdogs, meaning Moore should be busy.
As reported by: Ian RapoportARI RB James Conner and TE Zach Ertz "looking good" to play Sunday
ARI RB James Conner and TE Zach Ertz “looking good” to play Sunday against the Detroit Lions. Conner is expected to play Sunday despite injuring his ankle near the end of last week’s game. He is expected to split time with the returning Chase Edmonds in a game where the Cardinals should be playing with the lead. Zach Ertz is also expected to suit up, though if he were unable to go the tight end position would be played by Demetrius Harris with Darrell Daniels available to back him up.

Sammy Watkins has been placed on the COVID list and will be out for Sunday’s game against the Green Bay Packers. With Watkins out, Devin Duvernay and James Proche could play a slightly bigger role behind Marquise Brown (questionable) and Rashod Bateman who could also see a target or two more. Ultimately this news is not too DFS relevant as Duvernay was supplanting Watkins as the third receiver in recent weeks anyway. Most of the Ravens receivers’ value relies on who is quarterbacking the team, which looks to be a game-time decision.
As reported by: Jamison HensleyNEP TE Devin Asiasi listed inactive for Saturday
Devin Asiasi has been listed inactive for Saturday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts. Asiasi will once again be a healthy scratch with both Hunter Henry and Jonnu Smith available. Both Henry and Smith should play a significant number of snaps and have touchdown upside.
As reported by: Doug KyedIND RB Marlon Mack and WR Mike Strachan listed inactive for Saturday
Marlon Mack and Mike Strachan have been listed inactive for Saturday’s game against the New England Patriots. Both Mack and Strachan were expected to be healthy scratches tonight as they have been most of the season. Mack just doesn’t have a place in the offense behind Jonathan Taylor and Nyheim Hines and doesn’t play special teams like Deon Jackson. There was no need for Strachan to be active tonight with the bulk of the Colts receiving corps healthy.

Devine Ozigbo was elevated from the practice squad for Saturday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts. If Brandon Bolden is active then Ozigbo would serve as depth at the running back position and not be a viable DFS option in Showdown contests. If Bolden is inactive then Ozigbo could be worth a look in Showdown though he would be behind the clear workhouse back in Rhamondre Stevenson.
As reported by: Doug KyedNOS WR Easop Winston elevated from practice squad for Sunday
Easop Winston has been elevated from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Winston is expected to serve as receiver depth and is not considered DFS relevant at this point.
As reported by: Aaron WilsonLAR RB Darrell Henderson, WR Odell Beckham Jr., and TE Brycen Hopkins activated from COVID list
Darrell Henderson, Odell Beckham Jr., and Brycen Hopkins were all activated from the COVID list and expected to play Tuesday against the Seattle Seahawks. Henderson should reassume the role as the top running back for the Rams and see the majority of carries out of the backfield with backup Sony Michel occasionally getting some opportunities. Henderson will be a top DFS option. Beckham should assume his role alongside Van Jefferson as the top Rams pass catching options behind Cooper Kupp and is a viable DFS option. Hopkins along with Kendall Blanton will serve as the primary backups at tight end to Tyler Higbee. Hopkins would not be considered a relevant DFS option at this time.
As reported by: Doug Kyed Other tagged players: Odell Beckham, Brycen HopkinsNYJ RB Michael Carter and TE Tyler Kroft activated to 53-man roster from IR; TE Dan Brown and WR Vyncint Smith elevated from practice squad for Sunday
Michael Carter and Tyler Kroft were both activated to the 53-man roster from IR ahead of Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins. Dan Brown and Vyncint Smith were also elevated from practice squad for Sunday’s game. Assuming he plays Carter could potentially retake his position as the Jets top running back on Sunday. However we should monitor news up until lock to see if there are any indications given to what Carter’s role will be in this his first game back off IR. If active Kroft will likely split time at tight end with Ryan Griffin and would not be considered a DFS relevant option. Brown and Smith were both added for depth at their positions and should not be considered DFS relevant at this point.
As reported by: Aaron Wilson Other tagged players: Tyler Kroft, Daniel Brown, Vyncint SmithCLE WR Anthony Schwartz now listed questionable for Monday
Anthony Schwartz is now listed questionable for Monday’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders. If active Schwartz would potentially be viable in DFS. Jarvis Landry is currently on the COVID list and Odell Beckham Jr. is no longer with the Browns leaving the WR position potentially very thin on Monday. If Landry is out and Schwartz is active then Schwartz should slot right into a significant role. If both Landry and Schwartz are active then Schwartz could still be viable given the Browns’ lack of depth at the position.
As reported by: Nate UlrichTBB RB Kenjon Barner elevated from practice squad for Sunday
Kenjon Barner has been elevated from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints. Barner is expected to serve as running back depth and is not considered DFS relevant at this point.
