ARI RB Chase Edmonds active Sunday
As expected, Chase Edmonds is officially active Sunday for when the Arizona Cardinals take on the Cleveland Browns. Edmonds has been dealing with a shoulder injury for a couple of weeks now but will once again suit up and should see his normal workload. He should split snaps in the backfield with James Conner in a game that should be one of the higher scoring games on the slate and could see more running than usual due to the increased winds in the area. It is probably best to stay away from Edmonds at this point until we see a consistent workload or Conner’s role in the backfield diminishes.
As reported by: Arizona CardinalsCAR RB Spencer Brown inactive Sunday
Spencer Brown will be inactive Sunday when the Panthers are set to take on the Minnesota Vikings leaving them with two active running backs, Chuba Hubbard and Royce Freeman. Hubbard will likely be close to a bell cow back after Rodney Smith, who handled the bulk of the passing down snaps, was released earlier in the week. Hubbard is a very solid value play for today’s slate.
As reported by: Carolina PanthersLAC RB Larry Rountree inactive Sunday
Larry Rountree will be inactive Sunday for the Chargers’ game against the Baltimore Ravens. With Justin Jackson returning, Rountree is the odd man out in the Chargers backfiel as Austin Ekeler will be backed up by Jackson and Joshua Kelley. Ekeler is the only one of DFS relevance at this time and should be one of the top RB plays on the slate.
As reported by: Los Angeles ChargersHOU WR Danny Amendola, TE Brevin Jordan, RB Scottie Phillips, and WR Davion Davis inactive Sunday
Danny Amendola, Brevin Jordan, Scottie Phillips, and Davion Davis will be inactive Sunday for the Texans. Amendola is still dealing with an injury and will be unable to suit up, in his absence Chris Conley and the returning Nico Collins should play a bigger role in the passing game opposite Brandin Cooks. Cooks remains the only reliable Texans offensive player that can be considered in DFS at this time.
As reported by: Drew Dougherty Other tagged players: Brevin Jordan, Scottie Phillips, Davion DavisBAL RB Ty'Son Williams inactive Sunday
Ty’Son Williams will be inactive Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers. It was expected this might be the case after Le’Veon Bell was elevated from the practice squad yesterday. Williams has seen his role decrease over the past few weeks and even was a healthy scratch a couple of weeks ago, going forward it is best to avoid the Ravens backfield if possible as their is no reliable back and Lamar Jackson siphons away carries with his rushing ability.
As reported by: Baltimore RavensCHI WR Allen Robinson active Sunday
As expected, Allen Robinson will be active Sunday for the Bears’ matchup with the Green Bay Packers. The Bears are expected to be down in this matchup which will force Justin Fields to throw the ball more which should benefit Robinson and Darnell Mooney as his top receiving options making them stronger plays.
As reported by: Jeff DickersonDET WR Trinity Benson inactive Sunday; T.J. Hockenson, Jamaal Williams, and D'Andre Swift active
As expected, T.J. Hockenson, Jamaal Williams, and D’Andre Swift will be active for the Lions’ matchup Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. Hockenson and Swift should expect to see a bump in targets as the Lions are expected to be playing from behind most of the game which boosts their value. Trinity Benson will be inactive for the game though he was not expected to see very many snaps and his absence is not DFS relevant.
As reported by: Detroit Lions Other tagged players: T.J. Hockenson, Jamaal Williams, D'Andre SwiftCIN RB Joe Mixon active Sunday; WR Mike Thomas inactive
Joe Mixon will be active Sunday and is supposed to have a full workload against the Detroit Lions. Mixon should see plenty of carries in this game with the Bengals expected to be leading. Samaje Perine is on the COVID list so Mixon will be backed up by Chris Evans and Trayveon Williams.

As reported by: Miami Dolphins Other tagged players: Adam Shaheen, Tua TagovailoaNYG WR Kadarius Toney is expected to play Sunday
Kadarius Toney is expected to play Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams after being listed as questionable on Friday’s injury report. Toney seemed to be trending in the right direction this week after having a career day last weekend and should continue to see an increased workload with Kenny Golladay already ruled out. Sterling Shepard is expected to make his return and Toney will likely line up opposite him. Darius Slayton is also questionable and it seems he will truly be a game-time decision. If Slayton were to be ruled out Toney would get an even bigger bump and can be considered though he does draw a tough matchup with the tough Los Angeles Rams defense.
As reported by: Ian RapoportNEP RB Damien Harris is expected to play Sunday
Damien Harris is expected to play Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys after being listed as questionable on the Friday injury report. Harris should lead the backfield for the Patriots but it remains to be seen what happens around him as Coach Belichick has been experimenting with his running backs the past few weeks. If Harris is at all limited this will likely mean more work for Brandon Bolden and Rhamondre Stevenson. It is difficult to play any Patriots’ running back at this point with the lack of consistency in snaps and with the matchup that they draw this week.
As reported by: Ian RapoportLAC WR Mike Williams is expected to play Sunday
Mike Williams is expected to play Sunday after not logging any practices this week and officially being listed as questionable on the Friday injury report. Williams is set to be the top receiving option in one of the best games to target on the slate but it is unknown if he will be under any sort of limitations. On the surface this looks like a smash spot for Williams but with his health in question it is possible that Keenan Allen or Austin Ekeler ends up being the better play if you are stacking this game.
As reported by: Ian RapoportDEN RB Melvin Gordon is expected to play Sunday
Melvin Gordon is expected to play Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders. Gordon who was listed as questionable on the Friday injury report should continue in his normal role splitting time with Javonte Williams in the Denver backfield. There are likely better options at Gordon’s price point that have more upside and no questionable tag so it is best to stay away from Gordon if he can be avoided.
