Hunter Renfrow (Broken Rib, Punctured Lung) Out Indefinitely
Renfrow got injured Sunday but finished the game. It turns out he broke a rib and fractured a lung, putting his status going forward in question. The injuries sound fairly serious, but we should know a more definitive timeline later this week.
As reported by: Ian RapoportRobert Foster (Hamstring) Does Not Practice on Estimated Practice Report Monday
The Bills play Thursday this week, meaning Monday’s practice was actually a walkthrough. The injury designations are an estimate of the players’ participation if the Bills had practiced. Foster would not have practiced, putting his status in doubt for Thursday. He has not been targeted more than once in a game since Week 2, although he did get a rush attempt last game. His status won’t have a significant fantasy impact Thursday.
As reported by: Buffalo BillsChase Edmonds (Hamstring) Expected to Play Sunday
Coach Kliff Kingsbury said he expects Edmonds to play this week. Edmonds missed the Cardinals’ three games prior to their bye week, but practiced Monday. The extent of his participation in practice isn’t known, as teams do not put out injury reports for Monday practices.
As reported by: Josh Weinfuss Other tagged players: Kenyan DrakeA.J. Green (Ankle) Still Day-to-Day
Green still remains day-to-day, which means his status will have to be monitored all week. There is little reason for Green to play with the Bengals already 0-11, but the team is not calling it a season yet. Andy Dalton was named the starter this week, so the Bengals are clearly going to play their vets if healthy.

Andy Dalton will return as the Bengals’ starter this week vs the Jets, ending the Ryan Finley trial run. The Bengals passed for 123.5 fewer yards per game with Finley as the starter, so this news is a boost for the Bengals’ receivers.

Ballage will, at least technically, remain the starting RB for the Dolphins this week. The workload distribution is much closer to a shared backfield, with Ballage (24 snaps), Laird (23) and Gaskin (16) all getting work last game. Ballage has been awful this season, averaging 1.7 yards per rush and 2.7 yards per target. The Dolphins have the worst rush attack in the NFL, averaging just 63.2 yards per game, making it hard to get excited about any of their RB options.

McCoy was evaluated Sunday for a concussion but was not placed into the concussion protocol. It is possible for symptoms to appear later in the week, but at this point McCoy is on track to play this week vs Oakland.

Wentz has a bruise on his throwing hand near his middle finger. The injury isn’t believed to be serious, and he is expected to practice and play this week.

Tate is in the concussion protocol, picking up the injury on a TD catch late Sunday. Recovery time for concussions varies significantly, but this injury does put Tate’s status in question for this week.
As reported by: New York GiantsEric Ebron (Ankles) Headed to IR; Colts Sign TE Ross Travis
Eric Ebron’s season is over, as he is headed to the injured reserve due to issues with both ankles. Ebron had been dealing with the ankle issues for nearly a month but had not missed a game this season. Jack Doyle should get a chance to be the top TE, while Ross Travis was signed Monday to provide depth. Mo Alie-Cox also remains on the active roster and is expected to be the second-string TE.
