Pharaoh Brown (Concussion) Does Not Practice Wednesday; Odell Beckham Jr. (Groin) and Jarvis Landry (Shoulder) Limited
Brown will need to clear the concussion protocol to play this week, while Beckham and Landry both are still likely to play this week.

Edmonds has been ruled out, opening up snaps in the Cardinals’ backfield. David Johnson is also a game-time decision, so newly acquired Kenyan Drake could be the lead back this week. Alfred Morris will also get snaps due to Edmonds being out.
As reported by: Josh Weinfuss Other tagged players: Kenyan Drake, Alfred MorrisJames Conner (Shoulder), Benny Snell (Knee) Do Not Practice Wednesday
The Steelers could be without two RB’s this week, as both Conner and Snell could not practice Wednesday. If both players are out, Jaylen Samuels could be in for a huge workload against the Colts.

Both Jackson and Sproles were able to practice in a limited fashion Wednesday. Given that both players have missed multiple games, there is still a good chance they aren’t able to play this week.
As reported by: Kevin Fishbain Other tagged players: Darren SprolesAlbert Wilson (Ankle/Hip) Limited Wednesday
Wilson was limited Wednesday in practice with ankle and hip injuries. He has frequently been on the injury report this season, so he doesn’t appear at risk of missing this week’s game.
As reported by: Armando SalgueroCurtis Samuel (Shoulder), Jarius Wright (Ankle) Do Not Practice; Christian McCaffrey (Knee) Limited Wednesday
Samuel and Wright did not practice Wednesday, while McCaffrey was limited. McCaffrey’s injury is not considered serious, and he should see his usual workload this week.

Sanders did not practice Wednesday, although his shoulder injury isn’t believed to be serious. He should still be able to play, but his practice status the rest of the week is worth monitoring.
As reported by: Jeff McLaneMatt Breida and Raheem Mostert Expected to be Available for 49ers Thursday Night

McCaffrey’s price tag is at an all-time high as he’s hit the $10,000 mark on DraftKings and is close on FanDuel ($9,700). Still, despite CMac’s sky-high tag he remains the top cash game option on the slate. McCaffrey’s workload, and thus fantasy floor, remains unrivaled as he’s averaging 10 carries and 7 targets per game. The Titans have been solid defending the run this season but have allowed the second-most RB catches (52). Even if the Titans are able to limit McCaffrey on the ground he should continue to see enough volume through the air to solidify him as RB1 for yet another week.
O.J. Howard (Hamstring) Does Not Practice Wednesday
Howard missed the Buccaneers’ last game and was not able to practice Wednesday. Whether or not he can practice later this week will likely determine his availability Sunday. Cameron Brate will see increased targets if Howard is out again.
As reported by: Greg Auman Other tagged players: Cameron BrateSam Darnold (Thumb) Will Practice Fully Wednesday, Will Wear Splint on Thumb
Darnold injured his thumb last week, but it appears he won’t miss any practice time due to the injury. He has his best match-up of the season, taking on the Miami Dolphins Sunday.

Green said that he expects to return to action after the Bengals’ bye week. He hasn’t played all season, but appears determined to play despite the Bengals being 0-8 and having just benched Andy Dalton.

As a college football guy, I have been hammering the point home that you simply play Jalen Hurts every week with his passing and rushing floor. As an NFL guy, I can now hammer the point home that you simply play Christian McCaffrey every week with his rushing and receiving floor. His only fantasy disappointment this year came in Week 2 against Tampa Bay, and he has gotten there every other week from a DFS perspective — including another game against Tampa and last week’s game against San Francisco, where the Panthers got blown out. He is as safe as it gets on a weekly basis.
GPP Potential at a Fine Price Tag
The quarterback play certainly isn’t the same with Mason Rudolph under center for the Steelers, but they might be forced to look Juju’s way even more going forward with James Conner now injured as well. It will shock me if Conner suits up on a short week, and a Juju breakout game feels like it could be around the corner at reasonable ownership. While the numbers weren’t great, it was encouraging to see him get a season high nine targets in Week 8. This could be the time to buy in at a depressed price tag.
Stack Up This QB/WR Combo
We have a Vegas total of 51 in this DET/OAK game along with two offenses that appear to be ahead of their defenses at this point in the season. Weather should not be a concern in Oakland, and the primary skill players in this game won’t break the bank. I like the idea of a Stafford/Golladay pairing in GPP formats, and Golladay got back on track with a 6/123/2 line against the Giants in Week 8. If you want to make this a full game stack, you can run it back with Josh Jacobs on the other side, which could play into a DFS-winning combination if the Raiders can play with a lead in this game. In any case, I love the Stafford/Golladay pairing against a weak secondary.
