RB Marlon Mack (ankle) not practicing Thursday
This is a downgrade after the Colts’ RB1 was limited in Wednesday’s practice. Following the best fantasy outing of his career, Mack may be unavailable for Week 8 in what would be another friendly matchup against Oakland. Rookie backs Nyheim Hines and Jordan Wilkins would both come into play again and should absolutely be considered given the matchup and extremely cheap price tags. With Robert Turbin also not practicing, they would likely be the only 2 backs to dress on Sunday if Mack misses.

Michel’s injury is not supposed to be a serious but he has a history of knee issues and is looking likely to miss Week 8. Kenjon Barner could fully assume Michel’s role while he’s out or James White could see an uptick in carries. Both backs saw double digit carries in Sunday’s win over Chicago once Michel exited. Gronk’s practice puts him on track to play on Monday night against Buffalo, a team he’s consistently excelled against in his career. The Patriots are 14-point favorites so there should be plenty of fantasy points to go around for the offense in that one.

It’s starting to look like a lost season for the veteran back in what could be his final one. Wendell Smallwood and Corey Clement will continue to form a committee and both are dirt cheap this week due to their matchup with the Jaguars.

Riddick looks unlikely to play again in Week 8. Last week, Kerryon Johnson saw 21 touches for nearly 180 yards in his absence and should see all the passing down work at running back again this week with LeGarrette Blount being his only competition for carries

As expected, Woods saw most of his snaps in the slot in Week 7 with Cooper Kupp out. While Woods had a somewhat disappointing five catch, 78 yard performance against the 49ers, increased slot usage should improve Wood’s touchdown equity. On top of increased touchdown equity, Woods has been one of the most stable wide receivers in the league this year with a 26.6% target share and 36.2% market share of air yards. Those usage numbers should only increase in Kupp’s absence and Woods is the top receiving option on a Rams team that has a monster 33 point implied total.
LeSean McCoy in Concussion Protocol
LeSean McCoy is still in the NFL’s concussion protocol, per coach Sean McDermott, but he is practicing today on a limited basis. A positive sign. This game will be on the showdown slate, so we have till Monday Night to figure out the McCoy situation.
As reported by: Ian Rapoport TwitterJohn Ross Still Not Practicing
No sign of John Ross or Vontaze Burfict at practice for Bengals. Ross has been a major disappointment and is now hurt. He is not an appealing fantasy asset any longer.
As reported by: Katherine Terrell TwitterRandall Cobb and Geronimo Allison Likely to Play
Mike McCarthy says he feels good about Randall Cobb and Geronimo Allison’s availability for this weekend after yesterday’s practice. Good sign for both guys to get back in the offense in a big game this weekend in the NFC
As reported by: Michael Cohen TwitterJosh Rosen (toe) limited in practice Wednesday
Josh Rosen was limited in practice Wednesday due to a toe injury. That said, there is nothing that suggests his status for the Cardinals week 8 matchup with the 49ers is in doubt. Look for Rosen and the rest of the Cardinals offense to get off to a fresh start with a new offensive coordinator, and rebound from their lackluster start to the season.
DeAndre Hopkins (foot) not listed on final injury report, will play Thursday
DeAndre Hopkins is not listed on the final injury report, and will play Thursday against the Dolphins. Look for Hopkins to be the most heavily targeted Texan, as always, in a favorable matchup against an exploitable Miami defense.
Keke Coutee (hamstring) and Ryan Griffin (illness) OUT for Texans Thursday
Keke Coutee (hamstring) and Ryan Griffin (illness) are both out for Texans Thursday night against the Dolphins. Coutee’s absence is no surprise as he was expected to miss all week, however Ryan Griffin is a somewhat surprising inactive due to illness. Look for Deandre Hopkins and Will Fuller to dominate the target share for the Texans, with Jordan Akins and/or Jordan Thomas seeing reps at the tight end position. Neither TE is fantasy relevant, however, with the majority of the looks going to Hopkins and Fuller.

Allen Robinson didn’t practice Wednesday due to a groin injury. Though Robinson should still be in line to take the field this weekend against the Jets, keep an eye on his practice status tomorrow and Friday to confirm that he will be able to suit up in a favorable matchup.
Aaron Rodgers (knee) practices in full Wednesday
Aaron Rodgers practiced in full Wednesday, indicating his status is not in doubt for this weekend’s matchup with the Rams. Rodgers figures to be one of the top QB options on the slate, given that he should be throwing often to keep up with the high-powered offense of the Rams.
Randall Cobb (hamstring) and Geronimo Allison (hamstring) limited in practice Wednesday for the Packers
Randall Cobb and Geronimo Allison were both limited in practice Wednesday for the Packers due to hamstring injuries. The injuries have kept both wideouts out of the Packers previous two contests, but coming off of a bye-week Cobb and Allison appear likely to re-take the field for week 8. All Green Bay pass catchers are interesting options this week in what should be a shootout Sunday afternoon against the Rams.

Marlon Mack was limited in practice Wednesday due to an ankle injury. That said, there is nothing to suggest Mack’s status for week 8 is in doubt, coming off of his huge 159 total yard 2 touchdown performance against the Bills in week 7. Look for Mack to try to sting together two strong outings in another favorable matchup against a weak Raiders defense.
