Even though he draws a favorable matchup against the Rays, I will not be targeting him tonight at this price point.

That said, given the tough matchup and the hefty price tag, Harvey should only be targeted in tournaments.

While I’d love to take advantage of the mispricing, it’s hard to justify targeting him tonight against the Rangers, who are ranked eighth in both team wOBA and strikeout rate against right-handed pitching this season.

There are pitching options that I’d rather target in both cash games and tournaments.

Walker is a nice value for tournaments, but there are safer options for cash games on both single and multi-pitcher sites.
