Desmond Bane (protocols) and Brandon Clarke (back) available to play Wednesday
Desmond Bane (protocols) and Brandon Clarke (back) will both be available to play Wednesday against the San Antonio Spurs. Both Bane and Clarke are ready to make their returns for the Grizzlies and should slot back into important roles. Bane could potentially reenter the starting lineup pushing John Konchar back to his bench role while Brandon Clarke will likely assume his role as the top bench big for the Grizzlies. If Bane is able to see his full run, he can be considered in DFS contests as he was on fire before his stint in the league’s health and safety protocols.

Fred VanVleet (knee) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the Chicago Bulls, while Scottie Barnes (wrist) will be available to play. Siakam, Anunoby and Barnes will have to carry most of the offense load with Van Vleet out, while Gary Trent Jr. will likely slide to the point with Malachi Flynn and Dalano Banton available to back him up. Siakam, Anunoby, Barnes, and Trent all become much better plays.

James Harden (hamstring) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s matchup against the Denver Nuggets. With Harden, Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Durant all out, Patty Mills will be forced to step up as Brroklyn’s primary scorer. Almost all Nets starters can be considered in DFS contests tonight due to the huge usage void that Harden’s absence creates.

Will Barton (hamstring) will be active Wednesday against the Brooklyn Nets despite being listed as questionable earlier in the day with a hamstring issue. Barton should be in line to start and see close to his normal run of about 30 minutes. If Barton were to be limited in any way, Facundo Campazzo and/or Bryn Forbes could see some extra run.

Kings start Haliburton, Mitchell, Barnes, Bagley and Holmes on Wednesday. With De’Aaron Fox out, Davion Mitchell will draw the start and become a good source of salary relief. Terence Davis also remains out, so the Kings are short on guards and Mitchell could push for a ton of minutes here.

This is obviously big news as Harden projects as the highest owned player on this slate and this game is one hour after lock. If Harden misses, the Nets are already without Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving, leaving Patty Mills as the primary scorer. This would also open up tons of potential value. With Sharpe out, LaMarcus Aldridge should be looking at a spot start and could be in line for massive minutes as Paul Millsap is also out, as is Nicolas Claxton.
